We attended a function this past weekend. The place is nice, just not enough tables & seating. It would be perfect for a stand-up and mingle type of party. The location is good and theres plenty of parking.

I attended a Bridal Shower at Swanky Events. It is a beautiful contemporary space with a lot of seating and area to set up food. Everyone had a great time and the pictures we took are beautiful impart due to the space being very photographic. I would definitely book a personal event here in the future!

I attended an event at Swanky Spaces in North Richland Hills, Texas, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and elegant aesthetic that sets the perfect tone for any event. The space is versatile and can be tailored to suit a variety of occasions, whether its a corporate event, a wedding, or a private party. Overall, Swanky Spaces exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium event space in the North Richland Hills area. I will definitely consider hosting future events here!

My wife and I attended our dear friends daughters 16th birthday party at this venue and to say that it was a hot mess would be an understatement. The air conditioning system was not working at all. That day/evening was around 95 degrees and the venue faced west towards the afternoon sun which all the more intensified the heat inside the space, which was also 95 degrees inside with no air flow at all. It is my understanding the proprietor was there just prior to start of the event to turn on the air conditioning system and then left. It was after that we all began to realize that there was a problem with the system since there was no air flow from the vents and the temperature on the thermostat continued to rise. I feel there could have been other preventative steps taken for instance knowing there was an event at my venue this day I would have turned on the A/C first thing in the morning at the coolest part of the day. From there if I saw there was an issue it would be possible for me to come up with a solution or at least provide an advanced update to my clients of the situation. What baffled me the most was that guests of the party we leaving to go to there homes and bring in their own fans and portable A/C units to try and salvage the party from the sweltering heat, all the while the owner of the venue was know where in sight... only communicating via text message. Furthermore I commend all the guests who came out to celebrate the Birthday Girl and not let this unfortunate situation ruin the occasion. Especially those who went above and beyond to grab fans, ice and extra water to try and keep everyone cooled off. I hope this feedback is taken to heart by the owner and can learn from this situation so that it can prevented for future events.

We celebrated my daughters 16th birthday here and unfortunately the AC was not working properly. We understood that the AC needed time to cool the room once turned on, however an hour and a half later the room was still not cooled. So we ended up having to open the doors and go home to grab fans just to get air circulation going. It ended up reaching 96 degrees inside the venue which caused our desserts to melt. Majority of our guests stayed outside near their vehicles because it was much cooler outside than inside. It was miserable and our guests could not enjoy the party as intended. The owner was in contact with me to check in on us, but it does not make up for the fact that it was hot and miserable. We were offered a 50% refund on the venue, but I do not think that is still enough. While I do understand things happen, this could have all been avoided if the AC was turned on earlier in the day to make sure everything was working properly. At that point we could have determined a solution. Since this was all last minute, we were not able to change our venue location. I am disappointed in the overall experience. There are good things to this venue as well; the owner from the very beginning was professional, communicated well, helpful and whenever I had any questions she was available to answer. The event space itself is beautiful. I hope in the future this does not happen to another guest.

My son s high school did not host a prom for the seniors so I gave him one. This space was perfect for a formal intimate memorable event. I highly recommend booking and decorating isn t needed but keep in mind if you want additional decor previously plan time for it.

Swanky Spaces was the perfect backdrop for my Husband s surprise 50th birthday celebration. We wanted a relaxed vibe that was comfortable and engaging for interaction and connection and it was perfect. The backdrop is set, so we just added a little decor to set it out. It was perfect for the event and Vella was a joy to work with!!

This was a great spot for my function. I hosted a CHAIR DANCING COMPETITION (SIT N GROOVE) here. There was enough space for everything I needed. The service of the owners was GREAT. I would definitely suggest this place for any type of gathering, and I will for sure use this spot again.

Beautiful space! I recently hosted a murder mystery dinner party with 30 people and Vella provided the tables and chairs for us. The space is beautifully decorated, has a great flow from conversation sets to the dinner set up and the bar area. For the purpose of the mystery and lots of mingling/engagement we were able to easily walk around and have small group discussions without being in the way or too loud. The parking lot is HUGE and can easily accommodate guests. I loved working with Vella, she uses a portal for us to put our notes and ideas. I personally used it to show my decorations idea and would in the future use it to include catering or DJ information. It s a great collaboration and communication portal.

Had an amazing experience with the Owner of Swanky Space. I had planned a whole event to take place at my house and had to find a plan B within a week due to the weather .(we gotta love the spontaneous Texas weather. ) Sharvell was very helpful and flexible with us. We set up a tour and it literally took 5 minutes before I said yep let s do it, let s book it I love it! The space is perfect for an intimate event it s spacious and so cute ! You seriously don t need to add much to it because it looks great as it is! Super clean and a great new spot!
