The food was good. We had to switch servers due to poor service. I might note that the restaurant was not crowded at all. There were several other issues as well. We will not be back to this location ever! The manager seemed bothered that we wanted to speak to her! I am also very concerned they are using cut-up chip boxes as coasters. This seems highly unsanitary and cheap. The boxes stick to the glasses and cave due to the liquids on cardboard.

$11 for ten chips with a teaspoon of beans and a bit of cheese. Mostly flavorless. The margarita was lime juice that bypassed the tequila bottle. The restaurant was so dark my dinner companion needed a flashlight to read the menu. Extremely disappointing.

This place is not bad for food but I accidentally left my credit card after I closed my bill and when I came back they didn t have the card and the manager Autumn told me that their policy is to shred your card after 24hours. Obviously it was a simple mistake me leaving my credit card after paying the bill .but to shred someone s credit card after 24hours to me is unacceptable!! This card is tied to so many important bills and auto drafts that I really hate to have to get a new one. Any place I ve ever left my credit card ALWAYS has a Rolodex of cards left by their patrons for when they come to retrieve their card. Not happy about this experience at all

This is one of the rare full five stars all the way across the board. They really prioritize you having a great dining experience. Theyre fajitas are so tender and the lime taste is one of a kind. You wont find it anywhere else. The beer is cold, the salsa is spicy and the tortillas are homemade. Tex-Mex at its finest. Enjoy!

Grant was the server, he was very polite but not good at serving people. He needs to learn how to consolidate. Our dinner service took almost 2 hours. 90 % of the time my drink empty. What makes this worse is they had 4 managers working, and not one of them was willing to help the staff and provide guidance or support.

As a loyal Lupe Tortilla patron since the day this location opened, I recently revisited the Atascocita location after a year-long hiatus. While the food remains fantastic, particularly the signature beef fajitas with their unbeatable lime marinade, two aspects left me with mixed feelings: price and service. Lets start with the positive. Lupe Tortillas fajitas are simply unmatched. The zesty lime marinade infuses the beef with incredible flavor, setting them apart from any other Tex-Mex restaurant Ive been to. However, the price tag felt out of line. Ordering 1.5 lbs of fajitas, two kids meals, and a single drink resulted in a hefty $140 bill. While the taste is undeniable, this price point might deter some diners, especially for a casual Tex-Mex experience. The service, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. Despite joining the waitlist online, we waited 15 minutes upon arrival despite open tables and seemingly ample staff. Our server, while friendly, struggled throughout the meal. It took a frustrating 5 minutes to get chips, followed by another wait for drink orders and then another for straws. This pattern persisted throughout the visit. Lupe Tortillas food remains delicious, arriving hot and fresh. However, the high prices and inconsistent service on this particular visit make me hesitant to return soon. Hopefully, these were isolated issues, and the Atascocita location can regain its previous level of efficiency.

The lighting is set up to be a romantic setting but all it does makes it where you cant see, if that is what they are going for they fell very short the music is so loud couldnt hear the others at the table. We ask Manger if he could turn the music down he said he couldnt turn down (I guess he didnt know how a stero works ) and for us to put in a review. So in conclusion if you are going for a party atmosphere you need better lighting if you are going for romance you need softer so make up your mind.

Our food and service were both fantastic!!.. our table was visited generously by several employees.. cant wait to return to try the fajitas.. Went back for the fajitas. The stand is way too tall for seated guests. I had to stand up to see what I was getting every time I wanted something since we ordered all 3 for 2.. meaning shrimp.. chicken and beef. For that amount of money.. Ill cook my own that I can seat myself to fix my plate. And Im 5.7. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We arrived as a party of 10 were told a 30-45 minute wait and were left waiting for over 1 hour and a half in the patio seeing as parties of up to 6 were going ahead of us the entire time. Until we were forced to leave somewhere after the 105 minutes waiting. We called numerous times the day before to try and make reservations to avoid this and were told we couldn t. The staff was very rude and unprofessional as we asked occasionally on the statues of the table after the 1 hour mark and were met with rudeness and nasty looks I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A PARTY OF 10 OR MORE.

Placed a curbside pick-up order for 6pm, arrived at 5:54pm and checked in. We usually come here for dinner and have a great experience (despite how loud it gets at times). We decided to come for brunch today and Im definitely underwhelmed. It wasnt too crowded, but it took 15 minutes for the (multiple) hostess to seat us. I dont know if they were new or overwhelmed but it was werid since there was plenty of seating options. The brunch options were disappointing when arriving at our table. Unlike the dinner options, it seamed like we could make them at home. Service was fine, but simple requests were forgotten. Queso came out with the food and tortillas requested never came. When the waiter brought the bill he over charged us for kids drinks. My only let down was that the refried beans tasted like the charro beans blended up and Id already had that flavor (not that it was bad). Just looking for something a little different. Ordered a 1 large party pack (6-8 people) and 1 small one (4-6). It could not feed 10 people who all ate small portions. Waste of $300.

Stopped in yesterday evening to place take out order. Place was busy busy. Gale greeted and said shell be right me or another team member would. So I patiently wait for a few minutes. Gale come back & took my order. Made recommendations. Placed order and paid. Let her know Ill be waiting at the bar and she made another suggestion. Kim (I believe) served me at the bar and I went with the suggestion made by Gale to try the watermelon margarita. Great choice. When my order was ready Gale brought it over. Went through the order. Gale was awesome. Attention to detail. Pleasant, professional, attentive, I was blown away. Place was busy and yet she provided such great service.

The fajitas are always great. The service is great and they you get seated fairly quickly at this location. The queso and the flour tortillas are kind of hit or miss. Great drinks. Thre parking lot is not very big. So sometimes youre stuck parking on the shopping center.
