Full disclosure: I worked as an Assistant Manager for a Godfathers Pizza franchise in my early adulthood, several decades ago now. IMHO, he atmosphere music is too loud. The seats arent all that comfortable. And the A/C doesnt always match up against Texas summer heat. The food is still the strong point of the place. If youve never had a Taco Pizza from GP, it can change your perspective. I wish the Stuffed Pizza (not stuffed crust) was still an option, cest la vie...

I just ordered a pizza. And sat down. After reviewing the price I realized I had a medium pizza. I got and went back to the cash register. Do they make it in small? She replied. Yes I say can I change it? She told me they were already making my pizza and couldnt and she set back down and went right back into her cell phone very rude customer service here. I will never ever revisit$28.35..wow As an update to my report, godfather Pizza reached out to me and fixed the issue. The employee was recommended and they gave me a credit to my account. I thank you for having great customer service at the end of my issue and we will give you another chance

Food is always fresh, hot and delicious! Pizzas are meaty too. Customer service was amazing as well. I accidentally ordered the wrong bread. The lady at the front told the manager and they made the correct one without hesitation. Wings werent good.

They are hit or miss. Most times it will be a miss. Inconsistent food quality. Its exhausting and draining and a sign for me to stop ordering out. Cheesesticks, simple Cheesesticks looked like they were made on a day before the day I ordered them.

If only I didnt have to give stars. I order from Godfathers pizza at least twice a week. I ordered an all meat jumbo pizza today w/ Xtra cheese and jalapeños. To finally get the pizza and it only had bacon bits and pepperoni. No beef or Italian sausage!!!! Crust burnt!!! I called to inform them of the mistake and to let them know Im a regular customer. The manager came to the line and said that the other meats where under the cheese. NOT!!! INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM, she said bring the pizza back and shell remake it. I work at the airport, my lunch is only 30 mins. Theyve just lost a valuable customer!!! For $41.67 for a pizza, I want everything thats supposed to come on it. Marcos pizza it is from now on

If you re a New York pizza kind of person keep it moving. This is like a glorified Pizza Hut. Crust was way too thick. Sauce bland and the cheese flavorless. I personally love a thick salty greasy cheese. Not cutting it. I guess the electricity went out so no TVs were working or music. It was clean however. Although the bathrooms were propped open with the garbage can I guess to air out? Cashier charged us for a large and brought us a medium. We waited 30 min for the first and another 30 for the second. No courtesy desert appetizer or even credit for our drinks ..just sorry that was my fault. Oh can t forget the ice machine was not working so they brought ice to refill soda machine about 20 min after we sat down. I imagine this is a town favorite because quite a few walk-ins, but as for me unimpressed. Mediocre at best.

Went in for lunch. The cashier wasnt very friendly and didnt smile at all. Over all the place was empty it was the middle of the day but I didnt see they had a big togo order for a company. Good job! Godfathers Pizza never disappoints my pizza craving. The crust and sauce has me comming back for more. My kiddos loved that they added a few games to play while we waited for our order- it was perfect to have them entertained in the mean time. I ve never been more disappointed in a restaurant. I ordered pizza at 5:06pm on a Sunday. Estimated delivery time 5:51pm. Around 6:15 i called the store multiple times to no avail. 6:30 i left my house to see what was going on. There was absolutely no one there. Store closes at 9pm no sign on the door no communication at all. Only a charge of $44 to my account. 3 medium pizzas (overpriced to begin with). My daughter wanted your pizza as a reward for a job well done. Called the corporate number and a ridiculous recording is all I received saying they were unavailable. No communication at all. Too bad you can t give a 0 for a rating. Any communication would have been understood. Any excuse, but to not even reach out and say what the issue was in unacceptable. Ended up at Marco s pizza. I m sure they will appreciate my business.

We ordered a large regular crust, half classic combo, and half chicken bacon. I chose chicken bacon after reading a review from a customer who raved about that selection. Best tasting coke on tap in a long time! Pizza was fantastic and very cheesy. Definitely don t consider it a great pizza, but it s definitely godfather s pizza as you would remember it. This place was a childhood favorite of mine growing up in Ohio. I just moved here from NY and realized this restaurant was here! I had to try it!! The staff was very nice and it is a Very clean establishment. OMG the pizza was delicious! All of the ingredients was fresh, the extra sauce and extra cheese topped it off! The crust was buttery perfect w/a nice crunch and chew to it! The mozzarella was so creamy and delicious! This was true nostalgia for me! I thoroughly enjoyed it! My only complaint is the price $31 is a lot for one large pizza(half veggie and half cheese). Outside of that it was an awesome experience! Vegetarian options: We only eat a vegetarian diet and this restaurant has very fresh veggies to add to the pizza.

OMG! Soooo glad I found a Godfathers Pizza close to me! Talk about a walk down memory lane! Absolutely the best pizza ever! No one campares to their quality of ingredients, and it shows. I wanted something on the lighter side, so I opted for a thin crust veggie pizza. Love love love the crust! BEWARE, this God Father Pizza Restaurant tells you over the phone that the cost is one thing but then charges you 17% more when you get there to pick up. We ordered six(6) of their XL Pizzas for one of our very good customers. I spent time on the phone with the store manager (Brandon) yesterday, 25-Jan placing the order. We went over everything more than once before settling on the final cost. As agreed yesterday, we arrived at the Restaurant for 10:45 AM today as the Pizzas were suppose to be ready at 11AM. When we went in to pay, they charged us $17% more then what was agreed the previous day. His excuse was, I forgot to add one of the Pizzas. This in non-sense, as I mentioned, yesterday we went over everything more than once before the pricing was established. They are a rip off so BEWARE

I didnt leave a bad review the first time we came to this establishment 6 months ago because the error they made was made right by giving us money off our order. Thought they would have it together by now, but tonight they proved wrong. Ordered the deal two medium pizzas with two sides online. When we got there to pick the order up, they had the pizzas ready but not our sides which were bread sticks and the cheese bread. They ended up giving giving a breadstick to another patron that was dining in (which is fine) but then when that customer took it back to their table and realized it wasnt what they ordered they brought it back. The girl working then stacked that breadstick on top of our pizza and was ready to give it to me - ummm no, I dont want something that another customer clearly took with them back to their table and then brought back! They finally figured everything out and I received my full order...30 mins after the time they said it would be ready. The workers working the front of the restaurant seem like they dont really know what theyre doing or how to manage the orders. They clearly need one person working the register, one person working the to go orders that are ready and someone taking the phones. Because the two workers they had tonight were clearly overwhelmed.

This place has the best pizza from any chain place I ve tasted. Their pizza is more expensive than Papa John s, Pizza Hut, etc, but it s worth it. When I have it for dinner, we always order extra so I can heat up the leftovers for breakfast the next morning, and sometimes lunch too. Parking: There are enough spots to accommodate everyone and their is handicap parking.

Superb pizza and service! Mr. Donald Lees business weathered the COVID pandemic, thank goodness because their pizza is delicious and so much healthier than competitors. Went in at 7:45 pm to place a preset for a personal pan I was told that they are closing. So I asked was it enough time for me to place a order (mind you that the doors are still unlocked, TVs are on and orders are still under the hot light), I think as told that they have cleaned up already. Well, I thought they closed at 8pm on Sundays? It s only 7:45. SMH.

Thank you Godfathers pizza...and amazing staff!. You made my little girls birthday a very memorable one...she loves pizza, so when a women from staff...came up and greeted us...and wished my little girl a great birthday, she offered her to make her very own pizza. She was ecstatic!. You guys are the best..and the food was amazing.! Thanks again.

Cheeseburger pizza was so-so. Could have had more flavor, missing the pickles but they quickly rectified the mistake with a smile. The young lady was very observant as I had not even spoken a word yet when she asked what was wrong. That is a skill that cant be taught! The Philly cheesesteak pizza was popping with flavor, and OH. MY. GOD- The monkey bread struesal is TO DIE FOR!! I had to physically put it away as soon as we got home so I would not keep munching on it for the rest of the evening. Crispy in the right areas while very doughy in all the right places!! Yum yum yum!! Even my picky eater 5 year old was saying how good the food was here. Good job guys and gals!

The service was bad. They ran out of individual pizzas. So let me get this straight you are a pizza shop and you ran out of pizza dough. My guess is its all frozen dough and they come in sizes. The person in the cash register could not answer simple questions. Could not even order. That is why that place was empty with only a handful of people there.

I brought a large pizza the crust was so thin and so hard that you couldnt eat the crust . I called and spoke to the owner she wasnt willing to apologize and she make excuses. What happened to customer all ways right. She was rude and I will not buy nothing else for them.

Service and quailty of pizza has gone down at this location .Pizza didnt taste fresh, and was charged twice. I reached out to the store to resolve and they didn t have the decency to call back. I will stick to the Katy location going forward.
