They are robbers! $3.50 upcharge for a veggie burger. Hardly any flavor or fries in the $4 basket of garlic fries. 1 Kids meal, veggie burger & fries = $21. When I asked her about the price she was rude, as she walked to the back. The other lady hurried and brought out to go containers.

Had dirty burger for the first time was not very impressed. Burger was dry no flavor or seasoning. The service was uncomfortable once I walked in. But I still give it a two because they were a local business.

Burger was decent, but I am ALL about customer service and satisfaction. Bacon was extra burnt, asked for it to be redone and the OWNER did not want to assist us with our needs. She literally said, if you want weak bacon you should of asked for it . She also stated she did NOT care about customer satisfaction, or if I did a negative review. I am mind blown that the owner was so rude and disrespectful. First time going and I will NEVER go again!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE is what the Maneger says here. We received burnt bacon and all we wanted was to exchange them for cheese fries. And the manager refused and wood rather argue in front of the restaurant causing a scene that completely unfold for and embarrassing. I definitely would NOT recommend! As for her she also didn t not care to have a bad review put up.

Not for me. My Hawaiian burger was very bland. I ordered it with bacon which turned out to be small bits of burnt pieces, not slices. The bbq fries had a cheap tasting bbq sauce on top of them with just a hint of ground beef, not chopped beef as described.

Ive visited Dirty Juicy Burgers three times so far and its just as good each time I go. I want to try almost every burger on their menu. So far Ive had the Dirty Texas Burger, the Dirty Bacon American Cheese Burger, and the Dirty Avocado Burger and they were all delicious! The family loves it and the kids ask for it whenever were in Humble. I only wish the place was located in a better area.

Ordered a Jalapeño Cream Cheese burger that had onions on it, got charged $1.00 more for substituting grilled onions and didn t even get them on my burger. Went on ahead and ate it anyway. For the price compared to the flavor it s overall not the one.

Come for the ok food, leave because of the customer service. Food was fine, normal Texas greasy burger joint. This is not a chain, there is no customer retention department. Person who took my order on the phone was curt. Closing time posted on door is 7:50, not 8:00, 7:50. When I picked up at 7:15, the employee behind the counter said I would be the last customer 9f the day. She also asked of I actually liked the Impossible Burger I had ordered, which they upcharge $3 for, so a burger and fries was $20. I asked for to go condiments, and with a mask less face, she told me that they didnt give out condiments anymore because of COVID. They obviously couldnt care less if I ever came back, so I wont.

I went here this past Saturday because we were on the North side of Houston. A friend of mine had a treated me here a couple of years ago, but I had faint memory of the experience. Anyways, lets start about rude, and has very little customer service skill! No greeting, did not tell me my total before swiping my card, then extremely unpleasant. My wife asked could she change her Burger, and this woman denied her before even asking what she wanted to change to. She was simply not willing to go the extra mile. We will never return. There are too many good Burger places in between Fresno Tx and Humble

Were from out of town and just happened to see their sign and wanted to check them out, and were SO happy we did! Awesome burgers, hot & juicy, the patty was beautifully tender and crisped on the outside and nicely seasoned, and they fry the insides of the buns! Its a little detail but its important for preventing a soggy bun. Definitely recommend their garlic & Cajun seasoned fries! The fresh chocolate shake was great next to the burger and fries, definitely blows any of the nearby chain burger places out of the water.

I would love to give yall more stars but after reviewing my bill I noticed a charge to take my food Togo. Im spending $12 per burger $5 for special frys . Then you guys sneak in a 1.68 charge without notifying your consumers. Feels like theft.. No where on your menu tells us about this specific charge. Several times I have tried to do business with them. one time was just calling ahead to pick up an order and they didnt care to give any customer service to the people calling in vs the people already there. They would give excuses that they cant help us in a rude manner over the phone vs the customers in front of them. They dont see customers on the phone as CUSTOMERS. Now on this last occasion, I found them on Door Dash and thought I didnt have to deal with the staff... wrong! They cancelled the Door dash order and when I called them myself and ask why, they said they are not on Door Dash and was rude once again. Dont get me wrong, their food is REALLY good....but the staff there has really taking a downward turn for the worse. there is NO customer service in that place.

Its totally worth it. I got the Turkey burger and it was amazingly delicious. I asked was it frozen and they said no. And they make there own buns. The burgers are good but I observed in the back while waiting that the cooks were not wearing masks or gloves and one of the male Cooks actually had a beard that was not covered I dont think this is a good health habit especially since youre talking with spit particles flying over the food I really wanted to address the manager but she was on the phone concerned about her childs new school and he was frustrated I asked her how much was the bill she said oh I dont know Ill give you your change this is not the first time Ive been there but this time was not a very good experience

Decided to try it out and boy was it good! The Dirty Sticky Burger is bomb ! The peanut butter taste so good with the grilled onion, and cant forget about the fried egg. We stopped by and ate here today while we were out looking for shoes for the kiddos(they werent out with us, just the hubby and I) the food was delicious! The bread was fresh and I almost couldnt finish my burger and fries it was large portions. I got the dirty texas burger and my husband got the dirty shroom burger. We both got Cajun garlic fries. They were very garlicky (i love garlic, they were perfect) for both of us it was just under $40. It wasnt expensive and we received alot of food. I wont go back with the kids because they would order plain burgers and what a waste lol they do have a realistic kids menu though. They had plenty of options from adventurous eater (one had peanut butter)to those who like classic combinations. The service was great, i definitely recommend it! They are social distancing with the alternate tables.

Very great local burger spot. Ive passed by this place countless times and finally decided to give it a try and it was well worth it. Its hard to say that a restaurant has the best burger in town but this one has to be up there. The only knock I could give is the fries could be better but they also have different options for the fries, but the basic fries could be better but theyre still tasty. The burgers are actually big and filling, and cooked to perfection. The drinks are bottled which I prefer and the establishment its self is very clean and presents a comfortable setting. Called to order ahead from Humble store. Selected 6 burgers and 5 fries. Asked to pickup in 30 minutes. Person on the phone cursed at me and told me to order 10 minutes ahead next time. I cancelled the order. There wont be a this time.or a next time.

I have turned a lot of people on to this gem. Their burgers are excellent. Lots of different options, and some of them sound weird, but theyre excellent. I mean, peanut butter and cream cheese? Yep. Try it. Also try the garlic Cajun fries. Theyre amazing.

Very pleasantly surprised! Want a good burger? This is the place! I wasn t fond of the chili cheese fries but the burgers were good. I had the Dirty Jalapeño and Cream Cheese Burger and my friend had the Dirty Ranch BLT. I never imagined putting cream cheese on a burger and I don t know I can go back. There are no fountain drinks everything is bottled, including water. The location is nice and the inside is clean. Nicely decorated with Houston sports team memorabilia. Got the Dirty Reece s Delight shake... yummy! The cost for 2 burgers, one fry, 2 bottled drinks and a shake was $33 without tip...and folks, please tip! They deserve it. We ordered at their register but they brought our food to our table!

Best burgers Ive had in Houston! I would have given 5 stars however they dont offer combos you have to purchase everything separately. I paid 4.50 for buffalo fries and it was just fries with buffalo sauce poured over them. The milk shake was was 4.00 and smaller then I anticipated....but that dirty shroom burger OMG.

My first time here. The burger were ok. I ordered a medium rare blue cheese bacon burger. There SAS way to much lettuce on it but the bacon pieces were large and think. I expected my burger to be juicy as medium rare burgers are but this one had no juice. So much for the name. However, the garlic parmesan fries were the best I ever had. Immediately addicted. I got another order to take back with me to the office. I wont go back for the burger but I may stop by for the fries.

They were efficient and very polite. The food was wonderful, I had the Dirty Texas burger and y all are gonna need some tissues because that thing was spicy and YUMMY. I had a large order for coworkers and each had different needs for their burger so they wrote out what each individual wanted on their own paper bag which was very helpful to see that everything was done right and which bag was which. Then one of the employees helped me carry my order to my car since it was so large and that was awesome! My coworkers and myself all agree we will he returning

We didn t know what to expect at this bare bones- no frills hole in the wall burger joint. What we found are some of HOUSTON s BEST BURGERS! The buns are better than any I ve ever had. The menu selection is surprisingly large and unique. We ve been there several times now and have never been disappointed.

When I hear Dirty Juicy Burger I think a burger just falling apart hard to eat because it is so messy you cant pick it up without needing several napkins. This burger was okay. A little flavorless but it was okay. Hope they take the constructive criticism and run with it. Make these burgers stand out from the rest.
