I went in and there were 2 employees working. There were multiple customers there that were caucasian. They offered help multiple times to those people, but ignored me the entire time. When a minority couple walked in, they were ignored too. I will never return to this store ever.

I was looking for a snoopy snow globe and bought the last one. I thought they would have a. better variety, but no such luck. I personally would like to see some snow globes with baby Jesus ( People of color and Caucasian). See some mahogany cards for people of color. If you get these items please advertise you have them.

2 Employees in the store and couldn t even get a greeting when I walked in. I tried to over look it as I was looking for a baby christening gift and not once ever asked if I needed help but didn t hesitate to greet other non colored customers upon walk in. WILL NOT BE BACK

I shop at the store often. I am a platinum member. Today a lady that was new with a gray bob haircut was helping me. A heavyset middle-age woman with orange glitter eyeshadow, horned in, and was bossing the lady around very rudely, insisting to her she needed to do things she had already done. I had several coupons from my rewards. She rudely refused to let me use some of my rewards, stating I already had a discount, telling me loudly that I needed to check the conditions on them. I used the wrong card, it had expired, and the clerk with the bob haircut loudly stated declined ! I had the money, I had just used my old card. They made a huge scene, and told me I would have to buy something else to use my coupon. I went to get something else and because they have a three for five dollar pricing, I was told that I could not use it, even though on the coupon it states that I can. I left and ordered a large item online. As long as these two work here, I will never come back !!! I finished playing the mean girl game in middle school. I m sure not gonna spend my money and be treated badly. This store will not get another penny from me, my friends, or family. They give Hallmark a bad name. I will note I was dressed from gardening all morning. They need to realize looks can be deceiving, but their nastiness shined bright and clear for all to see. I ve been in before and seen glitter eyeshadow treating others badly. She needs a job not working with the public. She has obvious personality flaws.

I went here to find a card and gift for a 50th birthday. I found several cards, both for a 50th birthday and regular birthday. I also found a 50th specific gift. I also got a lovely gift bag with tissue paper. The one stop shopping was very convenient. It is a bit on the pricey side, but not prohabitely so.

I love to go here for that special gift! You can find unique Christmas gifts,wind chimes,fragrance,candles, decor, and more. I love the childrens selection and typically go here for my mother,mother-in-law, or seniors,teachers, or grandparents. You may also find jewelry here in addition to some yard decor. We will continue to shop for more.

Terrible customer service! Refused to accept CASH! Ruined Christmas shopping for teens trying to shop for family. Even after giving rewards info which obviously showed we WERE loyal customers. Never shopping there again! Manager on duty Gabrielle Geiger insinuated that since I was trying to pay with $100 bill it must be counterfeit! Told me to go next door to Kroger and cash it in. In this country, This note is legal tender for all debts public and private! Even after explaining my son would be shopping as soon as I could leave the store and would be spending the change. Use some common sense, AND treat your LOYAL customers with dignity!

Staff was not friendly. No one offered assistance while I was shopping. I was purchasing two Hallmark ornaments. When I presented a coupon for $5 off of a $10 purchase, they refused to accept it. I explained that the emailed coupon does not indicate any exclusions and she responded with, It wont. I called the Hallmark customer service and they said it should of been accepted in store and had no exclusions. I actually should of been able to use both my crown rewards bucks and the $5 off coupon. I will never shop at this Hallmark again.

I usually go to the store in Kingwood on Lake Houston Pky but today I went to the store in Atascocita. The employees were very helpful. I am a Hallmark junkie so it is good to have three in my area plus a new one going in nearby also. So many stores have closed in areas of Kansas and places where I have friends and family.

If I could give this place no stars I would. As far is the store having the product and the price that I need to find that was all good and fine. The older woman that checked me out she had glasses and long Brown hair she was going grey as well. I purchased close to 50$ of product. As I Was checking out she literally told everyone in front of me you have a blessed day, but when it came for me to check out because I had tattoos on my arms and I looked dirty because I had just gotten off from work she did not say anything to me but bye have a nice day. I literally almost cried because I am a religious person and I felt very hurt by that. So what if I had tattoos on my arms my tattoos are my own mistakes that I carry with me everyday and if I could go back to my younger self and change who I was to put some clarity in my head not to tattoo my skin I would. But having tatters on my skin does not make me ungodly or wrong in Gods eyes. And I just wanted to point out how wrong that was about lady because I went in to get something for my mother for Mothers Day and I felt judged and I felt ashamed to be there and I should never ever have to feel like that when I go into a store. I will never ever go back to this store and these people are judge mental and wrong. The moral of my story is is that you dont know a persons story every person has their own story in life no matter what they may look like and we are not to judge God very clearly States we are not to judge and I felt completely judged and like I said ashamed.

Drove all through Houston to find certain ornaments after Christmas sale. This was our last stop. We drove up to store on a Sunday at 5:45p sales lady greeted us at door and said were closed me and my sister said excuse me she said we close in 15 minutes. We said yes we know. They had 3 of the ornaments I was hoping to find and bought all 3 along with other Christmas decor. When I got home (38 miles away)only 2 were in the bag but she me charged me for 3. She was more focused on getting us out of the store then helping us when we asked her questions.
