Ive been trying to call, but no one answers the phone at this location. Over a year ago, the manager was A-mazing. Verizon is the worst phone service Ive e v e r used. Mr. Leonard, Senior Analyst at Verizon Executive Relations corporate office told me Verizon does NOT guarantee indoor service, and told me he had NO record of my dropped calls, NO record of my (recorded) call to get a paper to return the Galaxy 6 watch..this is all lies and can be proven. Credits I was promised on my phone line for my cell phone promotion were removed, then were credited & then charged back to my account, a $30 return check fee was credited & then charged back. Verizon originally said I paid with the non primary bank account on my online account so my payment I made was sent back, so then they also removed my ability to use autopay & get a $20 monthly credit. WHY allow 2 bank accounts online if youre only allowed to pay your bill from one?!!! This credit and charge back happens all the time. Im beyond b e y o n d fed up. IF YOU CANT GUARANTEE INSIDE SERVICE, WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO HIGH??!! Whyyy even offer phone service period??!! And what good is the corporate office when they tell you theyre letting the Better Business Bureau and FCC know theyre denying helping you. Mr Leonard said I can cancel the service if I want but Ill be charged for the remainder of everything, including the watch I asked to return before 30 days was up, then he says hell take $100 off my bill (of incorrect charges) if I turn in the Galaxy S23+that I got Fall 2022..Two years later Verizon is trying to say the phones only half paid off???!!! Really?? At this point, fed up isnt the word Im looking for Will it help to go to the news about this? I cant deal anymore with way overpriced service that is NOT guaranteed, and when I do get credits, they charge them back to my account My son has tried repeatedly calling me from home when he needed me and phone will answer then drop, repeatedly. If it was an emergency this is a hazard - 911 wont even work - After being a customer since 2019-Im DOOOOONE I want my recorded calls pulled, about returning the watch and the conversation of the rep that said they were sending a technician to install a booster -never showed up & no accountability for lying about that either and Mr. Leonard needs to be held accountable for his lies WTH is REALLY GOING ON VERIZON??!!

Madrid at the Atascocita location is the rudest, most condescending manager that I have ever encountered. He had an opportunity to turn a disappointed customer into a satisfied customer. I went for assistance with my new account consisting of 6 lines and his attitude was so poor that I cancelled my service before it even started. Madrid obviously doesn t have the demeanor, attitude or interpersonal skills for customer interaction. Verizon would do well to provide him an opportunity to work in a non customer oriented field of employment.

I went in with an older damaged phone. Mentioned my protection plan and that if it wasnt able to be fixed I had a phone in mind. They helped me file the claim with my protection plan and did not try to sell me a new phone or accessories. How refreshing to work with honest genuine employees who want the best for their customers! Will definitely be back for my upgrade when Im ready for a new phone!

This location has the worst customer service Ive ever seen at a Verizon Wireless Store. Verizon use to have some of the best customer service representatives in the cellular phone industry, I just dont know what happened with this batch of representatives. They are all dressed in black streets clothes and standing around huddled up talking which is very unwelcoming and intimidating. They are rude and the security guy just sits there like a lump on a log. I would give this place a zero stars if i could. After the second visit and bad experience it will be my last I will drive an hour away if i have to to get better service.

Went into this Verizon they had a total of 4 agents 1 manager a lady, we came into the store she put us down and said it was two people ahead of us two of the agents were helping other people we waited so long the manager helped another customer than went to fix on some store display phones leaving us waiting one for 45 mins she than came over asked wat we needed told her she was rude not friendly she added a device to my account never explained anything gave me the phone n my hand and said have a great day.!! She didn t ask me what plan I wanted she didn t even put phone in a Verizon bag she was trying to get us out because it was almost 7 closing time, we made two trips to this store 5pm and we came back at 6 because we were advised to come back. The original agent we spoke with told us if we come back with the defective phone and box they could waive the restocking fee so we did that went to get it came back the agent that was helping us ran to back n never came back out I explained to her what he told us and she stated that that isn t true and still charged me the fee even tho they website states if defective the fee would be waived she would not do anything Also the phone she gave me she scanned wrong so I had no service from 7pm till 9am because she was careless.. so tech support had to do some things to get the imei number sim number n etc to activate the phone properly she didn t even help us. I give this store 1 star due to there slow customer service and their leader doesn t have the Verizon customer service oath very rude I felt judged and discriminated against it was the nastiest transaction I have ever encountered.!!

No surprised at the most recent negative comments about this store. I owed them a review from a few months back based on my experience. I wanted to first figure out the logic behind what happened with me so I did a little investigation. It turns out that some people have been able to obtain phones using other peoples information and the stores are on high alert. The target group appears to be my race and skin color. So here I was walking into the store very casual (shorts, slides and socks). Apparently I fit the description of the usual suspects and so I was treated as such. Long story short, the one csr intervened in my transaction and ordered another csr to not complete my order. The other CSR lied to my face and told me I would receive an email explaining why in 4 days. I called customer service, only to find out that my account was suspended because the store flagged me. I was now left with 4 Iphones and a suspended account. My monthly bill is $0.00 because the account is suspended. Did I call to have it reinstated? Absolutely not. I sold the phones on Facebook Market Place and they gonna have to keep it suspended. This is the price Verizon will pay for its ra**st and judgemental staff. The information used to open my account was mine. I could have provided multiple IDs and even my US passport as proof of idendity. But no, this one overzealous guy declared me persona non grata. Stop profiling people! Its disgusting.

This store has the rudest store no signs on the doors or windows stating the hours theyre open and thats what I wanted to ask. They wouldnt acknowledge me. The security constable is a big lazy no talking dope. I got to the store and they were closed but staff were still in the store. I tapped on the window to get someones attention and they wouldnt look up but shook their head no. The security came to the door, took his phone and tapped on his badge. What was that? Was he threatening me? I just wanted to ask a question and they treated me, a long time customer who pays her bills auto pay every month on time. Im thinking of switching and Ive never had problems with Verizon especially at that store.I was shocked. We go in there all the time and joke and kid with those guys. I couldnt believe I was treated that way. Needless to say, Im not happy right now.

I just received my Galaxy S23 Ultra so I went to this Verizon store to get my number/account transferred to my new phone. I asked the tech if he could transfer my data from my old phone. He informed me that they charged $29 to perform this task. I bought my phone from Verizon and obviously have service with them but they cant provide a basic service for their customers without charging them. By the way, they use smart switch to transfer your data, the same app I would use if I transferred my data myself. So the tech started the process of setting up my phone but was having trouble. After a couple of attempts he asked a co-worker for assistance. Without trouble shooting the problem, she chalked it up to Samsung not allowing the setup because the phone will not be released for 3 days. I knew this was incorrect because there were people on the internet talking about how much they love the phone. So I went home, turned on my phone and set it up within 5 min and then transferred my data. I dont know how this happened, but somehow Im more qualified to work in that store than the employees that work there. The take-away from this is, dont charge for a service if you cant even do the basic job you were hired for. I will never visit this location again.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. It s been almost a year and I m still over paying on my business account. Was promised a set promotional price last Black Friday which looks like it was never applied or they lied about it. I ve been to the store for assistance every month and no one can help. Not one single person. It s as if all they know how to do is stand there and sell phones but can t fix what they messed up on. Managers are never there. They never get back to you, you have to hunt them down. I ve been charged upwards of $700 in overcharged payments. Don t bother calling the store, they don t take calls. Customer service is all over seas, they can t help either. I ve been disconnected (hung up on) every single time I call to get this sorted. I guess not one single Verizon employee knows what to do. Switched from T-Mobile thinking this was a better company, I was absolutely wrong. If you are thinking about switching, don t. Stay where you are.

I use Verizon for my phone service and its great. However, I went in to the store by my house to try and get some things changed on my account and the customer service was really bad. None of the agents bothered to speak to me the entire time I was there, not even to say hi, were busy but well be with you in a moment. I had to go up to them and was then blown off and told someone would help me in a moment. That moment never came and I left after wasting 30 minutes of my time. They need basic customer service training.

Originally : I went to pick up a 5g gateway for home 5g wifi service. They had everything ready to go upon arrival. The service guys were friendly and competent. It was a good experience. However, about the actual service I would end up with, thats a different story. I got the 5G wireless. First they set me up with a gateway assigned to a disconnected account that couldnt be activated. Then, after working through that, got another gateway. Went home, hooked it up and was getting low speeds like 30 - 60 Mbps. Tech support worked for about an hour to resolve but was unable only declaring there is a signal problem in my area. I gave it a week and speeds just got worse. I cancelled service. Customer service said they were sending a return kit which I never received. Called them back and they declared they could not help me on phone because noone set up a pin code for my account so I instead have to drive 15 miles each way to get help at the corporate store in Atascocita. Made the drive, got a FedEx label from the Verizon store, packaged the gateway and sent it in. Then, got a bill for service used that never worked correctly during the trial period for the service. Called in again and again told cannot help over phone because noone at Verizon set up a pin code. Have to drive to store again. Drove to Atascocita store again and finally got effective help from James in the store and Kelly over the phone. It was all a bit of a hassle but its at least resolved and I was reintroduced to T Mobile in the process. T Mobile turns out to be the absolute bomb with awesome, seamless service and support and home 5G download speeds running upwards of 300 Mbps. As well, got on their Mint Mobile wireless phone network with fully unlimited everything for $360 per year ($30 per month) with cell phone data speeds running at over 260 Mbps. In the end, all worked out for the better.

I bought the newest phone from this store 10 months ago and now it had a software issue and the store would not help me because I told the salesman that I didnt want to buy a new phone, I just wanted my fixed so he told me theres nothing he could do and to go home and call the insurance company lol, so I took it to a phone repair store and they fixed it in 10 minutes no charge

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for years never having experienced any issues with customer service until recently. At the Atascocita store location, I was told by a representative about deals that were being offered and was told two deals would apply to my desired purchase. Due to the deals being offered, I upgraded a phone that I had not planned to upgrade because it would be free given the Bogo deal I was told about. Now suddenly I m being told that both deals could never been applied and the store manager named Samantha did absolutely nothing to try to make it right nor even apologize for the representative telling me misinformation. I will never visit the store again and I caution you when purchasing from here. This has now become a $700 mistake that I am left paying for because their representatives told me wrong information.

The guy setting up my account messed up both my billing and shipping address by leaving off the apartment number, despite having my ID in his hand and using that to create my new account. Itll now be a month from the time I ordered my phone and set up my account until I have said phone, because the company cant adjust my shipping address because its a new line and the phone that couldnt be delivered has to actually to back to the warehouse and be received before I can order a new one. So even though I pre-ordered, I now get to wait for the next round of back orders. Thanks for literally nothing.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I am brand new to Verizon (I switched to join a family plan with my wife). Verizons biggest issue seems to be customer service. I have encountered several employees, both on the phone and in the store, whom I believe need more training in communication and customer relations. There is also a huge disconnect between employees in the store and employees on the phone (employees in the store think the ones on the phones dont know what theyre doing because they arent in the field). In short, I was having issues with iMessage and Facetime on my new iPhone 12. Multiple over-the-phone employees and even a couple in store employees said Id needed to replace the phone to solve the issue but one store worker, seemingly the supervisor, said he wasnt going to replace it and its an Apple issue not a phone issue (I received the phone on 1/28/21 and noticed issues on 1/29/21). If these employees only had better training on how to speak to customers then many of these issues could be resolved sooner. I did not have an episode nor get out of character with any Verizon employees, but I now understand why they need a police officer present in their store. In the end, I did not get a new phone because it was an issue with the SIM card the entire time, Im just glad my phone works now and I dont have to spend anymore vacation time to go in the Verizon store.

Kelly and Jonathan are absolutely amazing! I have been having a tough time with UPS losing my returned phone and I was being penalized by higher levels of Verizon. They both sat with me from 1:45pm-6:30pm to help me resolve my issues. After hours and hours of calls and being re-directed to different people, we FINALLY resolved the issue. I just cannot thank them two enough. Happy birthday Kelly and have an amazing vacation because you deserve it! Thanks again you two!!

I was there shopping over the holidays and the really nice gentleman there told me about the military discounts, I was very grateful as this saved me $40 per month off my phone bill! Just show your military ID - you save the most off the unlimited family plan. The Verizon in Atascocita on 1960 is and has always been a great help. I went to the store at Post Oak and San Felipe the gentleman there did not seem to even want to listen to my situation. Other sales staff have always been helpful. Just one bad experience.

The service I recieved from Gadiel and the Atascocita location was above and beyond any Verizon Wireless rep since Ive been with Verizon. He had 2 opportunities to tell me Im sorry theres nothing I can do but he found a solution for me. These days it seems like people like to turn you away but Gadiel made sure I was taken care of. I hope he will be rewarded in some way for his outstanding customer service.

Wonderful location and service, just upgraded my two phones and both times they were wonderful. The new Verizon layouts are different but I like it and all the phones details are now on the phone instead of a little card next to it. They even tried to put on a screen protector, unfortunately after several tries it wouldnt go on the note 9, but props to them for trying as long as they did with multiple one.

Worst VZW corporate location ever. When you go in, there is no one there to check you in, so you wait and others get seen before you. They also said they could not install a screen protector on a phone that was purchased there. Ridiculous! Stick with the original store in Humble!

I went in to discuss a bill after some recent changes and received phenomenal service. My questions were addressed tentatively and explained in a way for me to better understand. My sales rep even found some errors that I didnt see and saved me money!! The store was immaculate and fresh.

Robotic service. Verizon could put in a kiosk for all the help we received at this store recently. Plenty of employees, but the two that we dealt with did their best to brush us off as fast as they could with minimal effort. Fortunately we found a Verizon employee at the local Best Buy that was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions.
