We had our annual fundraiser at the venue and were very disappointed! Bartenders were rude to our guests, food was cold and pretty tasteless, servers took food away early and then ate it themselves in the kitchen (our guests saw this), half of our tables did not get served coffee, servers did not clear dishes from the table, lights flickered on and off and electrical was not to code. Will not go back for our next years gala.

I would this place a zero star if I could. This venues cultural homogeneity is evident, and the $30 per person fee for external catering feels a lot steep. Moreover, the restriction on Indian cuisine due to the limitations of their in-house cook is a drawback, especially in todays diverse society where inclusive culinary options are often expected. They are charging me 30 dollars per person outside catering food. I have to pay 6000 dollar for catering buyout. This is ridiculous when they have a in house catering service that lack indian food catering. This is sad.

Great Ballroom in Houston Texas Very convenient parking lot attached to the side and the surrounding area is so beautiful with lots of shops and restaurants!!

I visited Red Oak ballroom on the 10th this place is nice and its in a nice location. All the staff that served dinner and cleaned up were great all around a great experience awesome place.

The staff is super friendly and this location is gorgeous we didnt pick it for a wedding venue because it was too expensive for us but def a lovely venue for someone wanting a grander more expensive affair

A great conference center right in the middle of the city centre area. Large rooms and ballrooms with great parking and ample event services on-premise. It is well kept and modern and has various sizes and shapes to accommodate any size of team or event.

The food was delicious (steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad with balsamic vinaigrette and cheesecake). The service was friendly, smiling and quick. I was attending the West Houston Economic Development Summit organized and hosted by the Houston West Chamber of Commerce. They were about 400 attendees and we fit comfortably in that ballroom. Was grateful for their service at the Norris Conference Center

This venue can be set up in so many ways. They entire staff here are very helpful, kind & dedicated to the service of your event. They have many options to fit your event needs and it s great that the garage is attached just in case there s rainy or cold weather. City Centre overall has beautiful grounds but with a venue like this you have access to the surrounding areas for photo ops, even the Hotel Sorella, although not partnered with Red Oak is a great attachment for guests who may travel from out of town for your event. There is a shy bridge that connect the two and also connect to a lounge called Mona Lisa for more enjoyment.

Attending a wedding of a family member... the parking is horrible, decorations were lacking and boring, food was served cold and security was just standing around holding the walls up. Would definitely not consider this place for any special event or meeting.

The place itself is lovely. We scheduled a meeting with Heather, who was helpful over email. But after she met us in person, we felt she was completely disinterested in getting our business. She retreated back to her office when we left for the restroom, and we walked back around past the hall to find her again. She had no papers or pictures for us even after we asked, apparently for a green initiative. Minimal details about packages or plans, and she didnt ask us a single question. Although the space is nice, we would not plan an event here simply because of the bad service.
