We booked Khanh for our wedding on 5/11/2024. We could not be more satisfied with the services that he provided. He was easy to work with, professional, patient, and punctual. The quality of our formal ceremony, reception, and family pictures was amazing. But what really pleased us is the amount of candid photos that he took of the guests. Khanh is not just a wedding photographer, he is an artist. Our wedding photographs were so moving and beautiful that relatives have called me in tears to say how much they loved the pictures (happy tears)! Khanh really got to know us before the wedding in so many ways. He had an introductory meeting with us, sent us a detailed questionnaire to get a feel for our wedding further, and arrived early enough before the event to get a feel for the different personalities and vibes at play. And the pictures show that- the compositions and lighting are beautiful, but oh- the candids! He caught moments that no one else would. When my husband and I watched the slideshow of photos, they were so full of life that we could almost hear the music, smell the flowers, taste the cake and feel the hugs. We will treasure these photos forever. A note on logistics- Khanh was super professional. Contract was clear, price was excellent, he and his partner were on time and could deal with some weird timing glitches that happened on our side. They stayed very late, I barely noticed them yet they must have been everywhere because almost every guest was photographed. I didn t stress about a thing.

I would give Khanh Nguyen a 15/10 if I could as our wedding photographer. He was absolutely the best photographer I could have picked and we are in love with all of our pictures! He made it a point to introduce himself to everyone at the wedding, friends and family included and made sure everyone felt comfortable the whole night. Not only did he capture the formal photos but he captured many wonderful candid photos as well. He wasn t afraid to lay on the ground or stand on a chair to get the perfect shot! He even stayed longer than was planned to take pictures of our private dance because he didn t want us to miss a moment. Words do not begin to explain how wonderful he truly was that night and how much we appreciated all of his work. I couldn t recommend him enough. If you are picking a wedding photographer I promise you will not regret choosing Khanh! Thank you so much again for capturing our special day!

Khanh was able to help us with our engagement and wedding photos. He was super friendly and we enjoyed having him as our photographer. After the wedding, it was a surpirse how much wonderful comments we received from our guests about him and his working partner! Not only did my husband and I enjoyed his photography but they made a great impression with the guests as well. The photos were amazing and it was available in a timely manner! We thought it was going to take longer. A few weeks after we recieve the photos we found a gift in our mail just right before Christmas. Khanh has sent us all the pictures inside a usb in a cute engraved box!! You will not be disappointed with him taking photos for you. If you have him help you, be ready to get surprised by his passion and motivation! We will definitely ask him to do many more photos for us in the near future as our family grows!!

Talented. Brilliant. Artistic. If you want the best in the industry, look no further. Khanh is passionate about his work and the outcome is spectacular. He is magical behind the camera and captures the moments you want to last for a lifetime. Looking back at our photo album made me tear up since I was captivated by the emotion seen while knowing the personal story behind the moment. The wedding album allows us to experience our wedding day over again. We also ordered several of the largest framed and matted pictures from our wedding and have them in our home to remind us of one of the best days in our life. We are so grateful to Khanh for agreeing to take on the challenge and be our photographer during the pandemic last year. In addition, he graciously accepted us as clients when we had an intimate wedding. Khanh was my favorite wedding vendor! He fit right in like family, and we enjoyed how he interacted with all of us especially on the dance floor! His professionalism was incredible! A behind the scenes secret I want to share is my older cousin was trying to put my veil in my hair but could not remember how to place it. Khanh stepped in for the recuse and put my wedding veil in my hair. The church had decorum the photographer must follow; however, Khanh was able to still ensure he captured our precious moments. Khanh was friendly, very responsive, and easy to work with. We chose him since his photography style wasnt very intrusive, which was great for our wedding since we prioritized meeting with guests. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, easy to work with. I chose to have Khanh as my photographer because I liked his style of photography. He and his team are very professional and easy to work with. Theyre good at getting in the middle of the action while not being too intrusive. Khanh knows some good spots in town to get good photos. Khanh took the headshots for our office and Ive never been so impressed with the way the photos came out. He was very professional and helped us get everything straight before he took the photos. He even brought clips for those of us that were wearing clothes that were too big. He came prepared. He didnt overextend his stay, but you wouldnt be able to tell by the way the photos came out. Before I even begin talking about the quality of Khanhs work, I want to point out that one of the reasons I wanted to go with Khanh as our wedding photographer was his kind and calming personality. My husband and I are awkward with photos, and we knew we wanted someone who would make us feel less stressed during the wedding. Khanh is literally like your cousin with a camera - total family. My mom told me when he came over he offered to help her take out the trash. That speaks volumes to me as a hired vendor. Khanh is super passionate about his work, which made taking photos more fun for us, because we knew he was having fun too. Obviously, the next reason I chose Khanh was his amazingly high quality work. I saw his albums and I thought if I hired him I would not need a videographer. And so I didnt get one, and I still dont regret it. Our photographs exceeded our expectations. They captured so much emotion and feeling, that when I look at the photos I can re-live that feeling and that moment and see the story of our wedding. I cant wait for our album, because its going to be stunning. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Khanh to make your wedding photography dreams come true.

Wow - Khanh photographed our wedding and produced the best wedding photos we have EVER SEEN. He was everywhere on our big day, catching special moments between me and my husband, snapping pics of our nieces and nephews going about their shenanigans, and taking really excellent candid photos the whole night. Our staged photos are also gorgeous - at one point, he lay down in wet grass to get a beautiful shot of us next to that ancient live oak near the Menil. Khanh goes above and beyond with everything - he even drove us from to the Menil and then to our wedding venue! Khanh was recommended to us by a friend of ours whos a photographer, and I think this speaks volumes in and of itself. Honestly, we couldnt be happier. If we could give him 5,000 stars here, we would. And bonus: our family and friends are also RAVING about how much they love the photos. Khanh is talented, professional, friendly, and really creative. His pricing is also really reasonable, which is surprising, given the high quality you get when you work with him. We got hundreds of excellent photos back less than two weeks after our wedding. JUST WOW. If Khanh is available on your date, book him. I think hes the best choice we made for our wedding.

I had Khanh photographed my pre-wedding session and it was one of the best decision I ve made. During the shooting he was super professional, friendly and inspiring that made me and my husband enjoyed it so much despite the summer Houston heat. He knows exactly where to take us for beautiful shots, I never knew Houston could look that stunning in photos. He even helped us carry our stuff when we got so tired from the heat. Khanh came very highly recommended by friends who used him for their wedding in 2018. Khanh was absolutely amazing and lived up to the hype! The photos are absolutely incredible, which is great, considering we got married in June outdoors in Austin. Not only is he amazing at what he does, but he such an awesome human being. He is so personable, kind, funny and easy to work with. Also, if you have a destination wedding, you can rest assured that the second photographer (if one is required), will be just as awesome as Khanh.

Khanh is a really exceptional photographer and exceeded all our expectations. I knew very early on in our photographer search that he would be our final choice. He is responsive, creative, and thoughtful with his work, and makes you truly feel involved with the photography process. We used his services for both our engagement shoot and our wedding and enjoyed working with him. He touched base with us multiple times before the wedding to set a sort of photography itinerary for the day, which ended up being a really useful time saver and helped streamline the process. He is great at shooting in low light and capturing candid moments, and helps compose shots when necessary as well. We opted to have a second photographer helping Khanh on our wedding day, and he did a fantastic job helping to cover more ground. Ordering photos from his website gallery is easy and the print quality is fantastic, and we received a physical USB drive of all photos as well. You will not be disappointed!

My fiance and I discussed early on that the photography was one of the most important things to both of us. Because of this, we met with many Houston area photographers, and always found something to disagree on. Either one of us didnt feel entirely comfortable, or they were wayyyy out of the price range. Comfort with the photographer is of paramount importance because they are really capturing some of the most intimate and important moments of your life. We found Khanh through one of my co-workers and took a liking to him immediately. He is genuine, friendly, goofy, and most importantly, he is passionate about photography and capturing the moment. Deciding to work with Khanh was still the BEST individual vendor choice we made. You will not be disappointed. We received numerous comments from our guests about how fantastic he was throughout the night and about how he seemed like he was everywhere at once! Not only this, we received all of our photos EXTREMELY promptly (I do want to tie him to a timeline but we were pleasantly surprised). We have received NOTHING but compliments about him and his work. Would recommend him 10 times over to anyone looking for a fantastic photographer.

Khanh is amazing, I would recommend him to anyone. I found out about him through a friend - I was a bridesmaid in her wedding and fell in love with his work. I had to have him for my wedding! SO glad I did. I would give him 100 stars if I could! He did our engagement photos and wedding photos and was very flexible to meet our whacky wishes - which included going to a weird part of town to take photos at the Orange Show, and taking amazingly beautiful photographs in difficult lighting (very dark, with rainbow neon lights in the background). He is very easy to work with - if you want photos that have a special memorable but beautiful quality - use Khanh Nguyen! He is able to capture emotions and special moments with loved ones that arent just your standard cookie cutter smiling/happy photos. After the wedding, we were burnt out and put all post-wedding chores to the side. Unfortunately that meant putting off finalizing our wedding album. Khanh patiently waited two years (sort of embarrassing to admit) for us to finalize - and when we met in person he had a draft ready to go that told a perfect story of our special night. I am so so so happy with Khanh. If i ever need a professional photographer I will always go to him! Great company.

Our first exposure to Khanh s artwork was at a friend s wedding and we were blown away not only by beautiful pictures he took, but also his strong work ethic and constant concentration during the event. His ability to capture candid images of once in a lifetime moments is exceptional. Those emotional and flickering moments are priceless for generations to come. Ever since our first meeting, we immediately knew that he was the one. His photographic style is exactly what we expect from a wedding photographer: a lively storyteller. His genuine curiosity in getting to know more about our couple was expressed discretely, professionally, and affectionately. Wandering through his portfolio, we felt a deep connection with each and every story, as if we could also feel the happiness in their eyes and share those happy tears from their weddings. No doubt, he is truly a talented storyteller. Wedding planning is a stressful process, even for an intimate and small wedding. Khanh not only comforted us with his accommodating and understanding words, he has always gone above and beyond to help with anything possible. On the day of, our videographer got into a car accident and could not arrive on time. Luckily, a friend of us stepped in to help recording footages. Of course, it has nothing to do with Khanh s concern nor it would affect the quality of his photography work, he went out of the way and made sure that our friend s camera was working at its best settings, and at the best angles so we wouldn t miss any moments of such lifetime event. He blended in so well among our family and friends. He got to know our parents, he talked to our bridesmaids and groomsmen, and he even played with the kids. Khanh was truly an extra set of hands and he cared for our wedding as if we were his little brother and sister. He took photos of us setting up the venues before reception, and helped out at the same time with whatever he could. Khanh even put some of his cologne on my husband after we finished setting up! And then, during reception, since there was no videographer, Khanh pulled out his phone and recorded footages of special moments on one hand and taking pictures on the other. Just those above, among with countless of other favors Khanh did for us, they obviously show his effort in perfecting your special day, more than any words can describe. He took almost 10,000 photos that day. He then picked out the best, edited, and delivered to us about 1,000 brilliantly beautiful photos in 10 days. Needless to say, booking Khanh was our best decision during the wedding planning process!

We hired Khanh for our New Years Eve wedding and I couldnt agree more with the outstanding reviews everyone has already written - he deserves 5+++ stars. Hes extremely talented and skilled in photography, very well organized, hard working, and professional yet truly fun to be around. After our wedding, the thing our family and friends brought up the most was how impressed they were with our photographer! Obviously, his photos are incredible, but they also noticed he was ALWAYS in the right place at the right time to capture the moment (but in a non-invasive way of course!). Furthermore, he blended in seamlessly with our family and friends and I think that quality is really underrated. Its true what they say - you spend a lot of time with your photographer on your wedding day so its important to choose someone you are genuinely happy to have around. My wedding planner recommended several photographers and while their work was beautiful, none of them felt totally right - I was a very particular bride so I knew it would be a challenge to find the right photographer. When we chose a videographer, he recommended Khanh based on having worked with him in past weddings. When I looked at the photos on his website, I could tell he had a sense of humor, and I immediately knew I wanted to work with him. I wanted our wedding to be well designed aesthetically, but I also wanted to document the funny moments and good vibes throughout the day because we just didnt want to take everything too seriously. After our engagement photo shoot, I knew wed chosen the perfect photographer. Khanh was open to our ideas, totally got our vision, and even snuck us into an apartment parking garage that has incredible downtown views. We had a bottle of champagne to use in some of the photos, and he hung out with us drinking champagne on the rooftop for an hour after we were done shooting! It was such a fun and memorable day. Before the wedding, we filled out Khanhs questionnaire about specifics on the wedding day (what portraits we wanted, what specific pieces of decor we wanted photographed, inspiration photos, etc.) and he was completely on top of it. There were some fun shots with my bridesmaids I honestly forgot I had included in the inspiration photos and Khanh reminded me! At the reception, Khanh was in the middle of the dance floor as if he was part of the party but all the while capturing amazing photos of people dancing. He sent us some sneak peek photos within a week of the wedding and we had our final edited photos in less than 3 weeks. I had very high hopes for my wedding photographer and Khanh all around exceeded my expectations. We loved him and so did everyone in our wedding party and family. The planning process can be very stressful, so knowing youre in good hands from a photography perspective is actually priceless. He really made our wedding day super special in ways we didnt expect and were so happy to have those memories captured and the photos displayed in our home for years to come.

I would give Khanh 10 stars if I could! What a great photographer and all around nice guy. My husband and I had a very unique wedding situation that involved 4 different venues, party buses and odd lighting. Khanh and his assistant exceeded all expectations with their level of professionalism and commitment to capturing all of the right moments. They had to be super flexible and spontaneous given how we planned the entire evening, and everyone was complimenting them on their invisibility at the ceremony and their level of involvement throughout the event. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Khanh is absolutely amazing, and I have to say that he was our favorite vendor!! Khanh was our photographer for 3 different events--our engagement shoot, welcome reception, and wedding day. It was so wonderful working with him for all of these events. Not only is he an extremely talented and passionate photographer, but he is also very personable and friendly. He is very professional, and his work ethic is beyond solid. To be honest, it was hard to find a photographer who was willing to shoot our busy wedding weekend; we had a welcome reception the night before the wedding and then two ceremonies, a Hindu ceremony and a Christian ceremony, followed by a reception on the wedding day. Khanh was more than enthusiastic to take on the task! He was always early to all of our events and stayed past the time he was supposed to leave. We received all of the photos soon after the events and did not expect to have anything back so quickly. He even curated a beautiful slideshow of our wedding photos! The photos are absolutely breathtaking and truly capture all the raw emotions of each and every moment of our wedding day.
