It a little longer than I thought it should to get wait staff to take our order. At 1:40 in the afternoon and exactly 10 customers in the restaurant, I took 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. After we ordered everything was exceptional! My wife had the chicken burger with sweet potato fries and I had the Pearl Harbor. The food was perfect. The rate was reasonable and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely go back.

Love this place! Cool people, good food, fun times this place is exactly what it s designed to be and I m all for it , I ve never had a bad time here , I see a lot of bad reviews on here and that s just unfair , and not surprised most of the negative ones are from women, so maybe instead of going to a place that s designed and geared towards for the male demographic they should go to a Cafe or somewhere else maybe, Dicks is not far from here.

Me and my friend went to this Location last night , the host sat us and we waited for 10-15mins at a table & no one came up to us so we moved to the bar . There was 2 girls one with a straight black wig and another server named Juliet. They didn t even do the bare minimum, took forever to take our order , she dropped off my food and didn t even say not two words to us . I m not asking for no full conversation but atleast does the food look okay? . She just dropped it off and left immediately even though we still had questions. We kept trying to wave them down so my friend can order but they kept avoiding eye contact , it wasn t until she came up to the register I was able to get my friend order. This service was terrible , we still tipped $10 & $15 on a 30 tab because we are servers too but this was experience was terrible. Everyone was on their phones & unprofessional.

This was a quick stop for us on the way home. We found this to be a pleasant sports bar. They had multiple games on from baseball, football, and even Equestrian events. The staff was very friendly and the drinks were good. I wasnt a fan of the menu per se but the nachos were fabulous. It also wasnt overly crowded.

Granted, we had a little hiccup with our food but after the mishap was fixed the food was delicious, drinks were great and our server Royell was amazing. We had an amazing time and will come again. Update: I have really been trying to give this place a chance but everytime I come in here the server are terrible. Attitudes, inattentive and unprofessional. I notice they do that alot with the women or women who are with their men. Baby we can tip like them or more, but they are so busy trying to flirt up these men that they forget about the other patrons. This just isnt one mishap, I have been here on multiple occasions, by myself, with my spouse or family members. Customer services can really make or break an establishment and this place really need to get these servers some updates lessons.

There was one waitress for the whole place and she was walking around with her arms wrapped around herself shivering. She went back and forth to the bar asking whoever questions that we asked her about the drinks. She didnt know anything about the drinks. The food sucked, it was way over cooked and dry. Drinks are not worth it. Stuff was way over priced. We found out the hard way that this place is not worth coming back to. We couldnt even order fries unless you where getting something specific that came with the fries. So no, no fries for us even if we were willing to pay a little more for them. So whatever, but the food is not worth it. Waitress was ok but she looked like she needed a jacket.

It was a horrible attempt to copy the Twin Peaks concept. Food was horrible, the staff was worse than the food, and the manager was more interested in texting on his phone than what was happening 2 in front of him. Waited 15 minutes for my original drink to come, another 40 minutes for salad to come out, and asked 3 times for a 2nd drink before finding another server to pay my bill and leave. There is no tip being left that night. Sad thing, they had enough staff to handle 50 people and they couldnt manage 9. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

The Renegade Pasta was really good. I wish the pasta/cream sauce itself had more flavor but the shrimp packed all the flavor for me. The chicken was moist, again, wish it had more flavor. I wanted to try the salad, unfortunately they forgot to put it in our bag, but the GM Brian was super kind, helpful and recovered tremendously for the mishap.

Ordered at this location multiple times without issues until tonight!!!! 0 star deserved for service. My initial encounter tonight, I told the girl I was picking up take out. She responded ok and moved from the front to another kiosk/ device. Countless others came and I stated the same. Some of these people didn t even acknowledge me. Eventually, a kitchen staff came and handed me my order that was already sitting at the front. To make it worse, the food was terrible for the first time. Extremely salty Riblets. I m fully aware there are thousands of customers and also thousands of restaurants. I would never return or recommend this establishment. Staff extremely rude and obviously unable to complete simple task. Staff like these are the reason why some businesses fail!!!!

Went on 6/15 to celebrate an associates birthday. Bartender lied to associate about being out of a certain liquor. I ordered a different cocktail with the same liquor and was served. Upon learning this, I approached the manager immediately. Manager said he would look into it. Finds out that the liquor was fully stocked. I asked for the drink to be removed from the tab and was denied. Manager told me that my associate should not have accepted the drink. The audacity, gall, and ignorance of this manager is beyond me! I will never to be going to location ever again! Might as well go to Hooters at the next exit!

This place is very nice. The food was good. I would recommend going on a Wednesday as they have burger specials. This makes the burgers a fantastic deal. I ordered here tonight and was completely disgusted and disappointed. My favorite part of a meal is my salad. To say it was displeasing would be putting it mildly. The lettuce is wilted,brown and slimy. The odor once I opened the container was vile. To top it off even more , even if the salad wasnt well past its expiration date, the ranch I ordered with it, came as sour cream.. On to the pasta, it was so completely over cooked it was mush and the shrimp was over cooked and chewy like rubber. So, the fried pickle spears would have been at least decent, if they came with any kind of dipping sauce. Worst food I have had in a very long time.

The manager Bryan decided to leave her on the floor after hearing about the incident and other employees also witnessing the incident. They both need to be removed immediately and I will not tolerate this type of service from any establishment. Makes you wonder what he would have done if someone used a racial slur??? Picture this: We get there with 15min left for HH Us: Are there any specials? Server: They didn t give you any menus with our specials Us: No (hence why we asked) Server: Comes back with menu Us: Thank you, come back in 60sec Server: ok. Goes to flirt with (presumed regulars). Takes 10min after going to back. Us: seeing that HH is about to end goes to 2 different servers to ask to put orders in before HH ends. Both say hold on Original Server: Comes back after HH is over what can I get yall? Us: Can you grab a manager please? We ve been waiting to put in orders before HH over and even asked others. Manager: Unfortunately we can t honor the HH pricing, but we can discount the food (of which I didn t order any). So essentially no apologies for your servers untimeliness and lack of accountability. Literally letting money walk out the door. That s what the problem is with Houston. Too occupied with other money to let new money walk out the door. The service is subpar and managers are getting run over by their own staff to stand up for what is right. Really unfortunate and unfortunately nothing new.

BEWARE!!!! DISHONEST RESTAURANT. CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!!! Totally dishonest restaurant!!! I went to Bombshells with a co-worker of mine a few weeks ago when we were staying in the hotel sharing the parking lot. The place was fine with respect to atmosphere and food. It was a quick meal and we paid our tab. I always manually calculate the tip, so I added over 20% tip (22% tip POST TAX; Picture Included). I had to submit my expenses for work, so I go through my credit card charges and notice the charge is more than what my receipt states (picture included). The waitress (Kaitlyn) changed my tip from $7.00 (22%) to $14.88 (47.2%). If you look at the receipt, it is easy to see how they could change it to this amount. Also, if you notice, the Tip Amounts on the bottom of the receipt are not correct either. IE: the 15% they show is actually 17.3% and the 20% is actually 23.1%. and this is on the TAXED amount, not pre-tax, so the actual percentages are higher.

Started out great! It was Tuesday night March 5th and our waitress was very nice and attentive. We then found out very shortly after that, that there was this guy in his late 20s or early 30s that had been up there for six or seven hours and harassing her and watching her. Which made her feel very uncomfortable. She then asked another waitress to tend to the guy, which he was clearly not mentally stable. Also, she had been asking her manager that night many times to let somebody else take over her shift with him or to have him leave because she felt very uncomfortable and threatened. The manager refused to take the matter seriously, which upset me and my daughter , as women we empathize with her and told her to be careful leaving. I think the manager showed bad management, and should first and foremost be more concerned for his employees instead of a mentally ill man that did not have good intentions for the waitress. We found out at the end of the night that the waitress quit because of this reason. I really don t feel comfortable going there if this manager will be there again because This could happen again to one of the other girls. That is not a good and safe place for them to work. He should be watching out for their safety and welfare, I hope she does something about this. These girls should be protected. It s a real shame that this happened, it ruined our experience there because I was taking my daughter out for her 21st birthday and this killed the vibe for both of us. I hope the girl will be OK and be able to find a better job with the more caring manager elsewhere! Grrrrr! Not happy!! Plus, we were charged extra for a drink that we sent back. I will definitely try to dispute it. I don t blame her for this. I blame the manager because she was so distraught. She probably did not even notice.

I rarely post or complain much, but this was possibly the worst meal of my life. Had the WMD for an appy and the chicken fried steak. Sat at the bar, servers kept asking if I wanted another beer, but nothing about the food and no attempt at conversation. Ate half the appy, and maybe 20% of my meal. After I pushed it away, I was finally asked how it was. Told her it was not good. There was zero attempt to do anything about it. I had to leave a zero tip, hated to do it. Would give 6 stars if possible. Only gave one star on the atmosphere because it was a little sunny. Juliet is the greatest. Really took the time to take care of the table and keep us hydrated with some cold ones. 11/10. Will be back here again when these prize picks bets hit. Wheelchair accessibility: I m just happy the option was available.

Oboi its was a blast , Midday- the food was excellent the service was excellent and the atmosphere to match... Ask for Ashley to service your table.. Big Tip for her , Yes I did...(revision) although I gave a big tip she over charged my card $50. Didnt realize it until the restaurant sent a credit back to my card. Im assuming she got fired...

This is the second time I ve come here and waited almost 20 minutes for service, even after asking for a server (in the past year). The place was not packed either time and there were almost as many waitresses as there were customers. And still no service. I thought the last time was just a bad day. Not sure what happened, but the service was good when it first opened.

Very average across the board. They have beer, really the only plus. The food is very mediocre and the prices have definitely gone up wile the quality and portions have decreased since I previously visited. Also, considering that this places really marketable quality should be the service, that is where they are lacking the most.

Long story, Brian, the General Manager, saved the day. We sat on the patio outside. It was a little chilly, but they had space heaters. We ordered our drinks, which took 10 or so minutes get and everything was messed up. Never got my salad nor did my wife. We canceled the whole order and were ready to go. Brian came by and took care of us personally. He gave us the meal and added a free nacho coupon. Great PR. We ended going back the next day and Brian noticed us. He put his best server to our table and our experience was great. Bravo Brian!

Food was less than expected. My friend didnt even eat more than two bites of chicken fried steak. The waitress neglected to give us plates or napkins with our appetizers. The only thing Id say was good about this location was the parking. Cause no one was really there. I see why.

I went today and hade the best experience the food was normal. However Mila was my waitress and she was amazing. She brings good energy and makes the atmosphere relatable. I will be going back in hopes that she is there because she is really good she didn t have you wait long, checked on you multiple times, and overall keeps a smile on her face.

First let me say the waitress ANA (5 stars for her) we had was awesome, but the manager BRIAN sucks and his area manager or who ever needs to get another manager in there. BRIAN LACKS MANAGERIAL SKILLS and that s coming from a person who does have over 20 years of managerial skills / experience ..So let me explain how I am not a Karen but I didn t deserve his ignorant look and he ignored my request for appetizer plates . it was my son s 21st bday and originally we planned to go somewhere else but like some things happen I said oh let s go to bomb shells this place is great . It was busy but not too busy for the manager to ignore me twice . When we ordered I ordered the BATTALION PLATTER , Long Island 2 sprites let s just say the ten plus tip came out to about $325.00 now I know it ain t that much but it def was more then the table got who got special check in and served by Brian several times through out the night. All I wanted was appetizer plates for an appetizer we had sitting there for about 20 min . As he passed our table I said excuse me sir several times and he passed me up . Then I when to where he was I had asked if I could please speak with a manager he said I am the manager . I said can we please get some appetizer plates and he just carried on with another waitress who was asking him something as well . As I was ignored I just went back to my table and waited more. I will be contacting higher then this review because that place is needing new management FAST will never step in that location again . So in my experience i always tell my managers that we need to lead by example and that if there s one rotten apple the whole fruit basket gets rotten so keep that in mind management above Brian . I will be going further to make sure this BRIAN gets the training he needs. his position has gotten to his head and he needs to be retrained . I have pictures time stamped to show how he catered to the table next to us. Or y all can check yall cameras . Again I want to make sure that no one else goes through what I went through . So I know it won t hurt your business if it don t go anymore but best believe me I will never refer this place again as long as Brian is there . Oh and the two orders I got to take home . I was missing my fries but I didn t want to call and get ignored on that too.

So I went for In for an interview and the workers seem like they didn t want to be there one of the coworkers didn t even introduce herself to me and my friend for the interview to try on the uniforms. the uniforms they let us try on smelt terrible and unsanitary and they didn t even bother to ask what was my friend name instead they asked me instead of her then got the nerve to not hire us when we had more energy and we not even the employees and the atmosphere stank. I was wearing givenchy perfume so I know it wasn t me

I went to bombshells the waiter took 25 Minutes before I could get a drink the waiter took so long that friends from northside of town got to place before my drink , so the drink came when they got there. Then had to wait on the waiter again for 15 to 20 minutes for my food and there was nobody in there. The food is great but the customer service is very poor. She kept leaving before we could complete our order.

I am extremely disappointed in the service we received. My husband ordered a certain beer that took 10 minutes for the waitress to come and tell him they don t have it. He orders a coors instead, another 10 mins my husband finally asks if they ve made it. The waitress says they re still working on it it s a COORS and there about 15/20 people in the entire restaurant. At 4:30 pm, I d expect a little faster service. Our 3 orders came out 3 different times, with about 6-8 mins in between. Having small kids with you, that s not ok if theirs isn t the first order out. My husband finally asked the waitress to just box up his order since it was taking forever. She says ok, then brings out his food and a box. Customer service just means absolutely nothing nowadays!! HIGHLY dissatisfied!!
