We did a sibling photo shoot with Anthony and we couldn t be happier! He made the whole experience so fun and memorable! We had a great time during our session and can t wait to do another session with him again in the future!

Exel is a great photographer! Did amazing taking my son s 3 year birthday photos! He was very accommodating, patient and made our session enjoyable for our son. Thank you so much, photos turned out fantastic!

I went in today for my toddler s 2nd Birthday pictures. It was a horrible experience my daughter was not cooperating but it was not overall her fault i feel like the photographer should of put from her part as well. She did not have any customer service experience nor creativity, she did not try to entertain her or get her attention by any means I also wasnt offered to have a number 2 come out in her picture. I had to come back later that day so my daughter can calm down but I got the same energy from the photographer. There was 2 hours left for her next appointment and I still felt rushed and and like she wanted to just be done with the session i think if she would of tried and had more energy maybe we would of got more pictures we only got one laughing one/good one because I set up the balloons behind the chair and tried to make my daughter laugh otherwise we would of had 0 because she thought the 2 taken were fine and we did not even change backgrounds. I will definitely not be returning unless im guaranteed a photographer that at least tries.

So I went to this jc penny to get portrait pictures with my family for mother s day. We drove for almost 30 minutes and when we got there they asked us if we had an appointment, we said No so they said they will take us as walk in but will put us on hold when someone with an appointment showed up. They started with my kids and an appointment showed up almost 35 minutes to her appointment time. The photographer stopped and worked with the family. The point I am driving here is that, that lady made us wait there for almost two hours and will later tell us to leave and come back. I told her No. One, the worst customer service I had ever seen, there was little or no communications with us, Two, there was no professional ethics exhibited and three the pictures were sub standard for a professional portrait. My issues were that she was on her phone all the time, waisted time with the appointment and knew fully well that she did not want to take the pictures, shot down her studio, and did not say a word to my family and I as we sat in there. Then another lady walks in and she attends to the lady and then tells us she can t do it. I told her that she will because she had deliberately waited not saying a word and now she was saying it s closing time and she will have to reschedule. I told her we were going to take the pictures that day. She goes back and turns her equipment on and worst photographer I have ever encounter. She asked my kids to kneel for her to take them pictures, she will not even give instructions on how to pose, my husband and I had to intervene. When I saw the finally product, being disappointed was an understatement. Long story short, this photographer was very unprofessional, no customer service and I wonder what kind of experience she has. I asked her name but I will spare her here by not writing her name here. I saw some great pictures there that were exhibited, but this photographer was a nightmare to my mother s day attempt to get pictures. We decided on two pictures that we did not like just because we came from far. If there was zero star, that is what I would award this place.
