Jason Webster and his staff were great to have in our corner after experiencing the tragic loss of a family member in an auto accident in 2016. They handled everything for our family, from filling out all the documents, helping us understand the legal jargon of the settlement and insurance and filing all that needed to be done in a timely manner. This was a huge burden lifted for us, and we were very happy with the outcome of our case, in which they represented us.

I joined the class action lawsuit against the developer who clear cut land behind the Kingwood community of Elm Grove, causing 2 terrible flood events for half the owners of this neighborhood. My property was among the victims. I never thought we would win Through the excellent efforts of attorneys at Webster, they won-in record time! They kept us informed all along the way, made sure each owner prepared their needed documents, and just worked hard. I would recommend them to anyone with a legitament cause of action.

The Webster Law Firm was victorious in settling a large case with several hundred plaintiffs. I can t imagine what an undertaking this had to have been. I m truly grateful for the results. Although nothing can take away from the experience that my family went through, thanks to the team, life is about to get a little easier. During my dealings with Omar and his team, we exchanged an unending series of emails. Omar was patient with my requests and clearly stated exactly which information that I was required to provide. I had a clear cut personal injury case. The original attorney, (Colleen McClure) representing me was very inexperienced to handle my case, so she referred me to the Webster Law Firm. Omar Chawdhary was the attorney who represented me. Long story short the firm was able to settle my case, however I was not satisfied with the outcome. If you want someone to really fight hard for you and get you the best settlement possible, then this is not the law firm you want representing you. I did not choose this law firm. Attorney Colleen McClure referred my case to this law firm. I decided to go ahead with this law firm so that I could get my case settled expeditiously. I advise you to google a person or company to see what the reviews are if any. One alert is if the company has been around a long time and has anywhere from 5 to 10 reviews, then that speaks volumes. Stay away!!

Update, 2020. Three days ago I had a flare up in my l4 l5 area and I am all but immobilized it hurts so much... I am forced to remember that the Webster law firm failed to protect me and so did the system. There was no justice. I was rear ended on interstate 10 near Katy at the 99 flyover. I was sitting still in traffic. A kid texting at over 70 miles per hour rear ended me. It totaled both cars. It was so violent it broke the drivers seat and left me laying face up. I have a herniated disc in my L4 L5 and three bulging discs in my neck. I have cat scans and MRIs that show it. Dozens of visits to a chiropractor. I saw the glow of his phone texting and driving as he ran into me. I missed my sons scout webelo ceremony to get his arrow of light because of it too. We went to court and even with the admission of guilt by the guy who hit me and the preponderance of the evidence that he hit me from behind the Webster Law Firm still lost the case and I got nothing not a dime. I was left to pay all of my medical bills myself. Are you sure you want this law firm defending you? They sent a wet behind the ears kid named Omar to represent me in court and he was terrible. The way he presented evidence was terrible. He failed to convince a jury. At the time I had no health insurance either so I got no treatment nor money for treatment. The lawyer didnt even ask the judge to set aside the jury decision and review it. No appeal either. The Webster firm dropped me. What world do we live in where you get hit from behind, the driver admits fault and then they dont have to pay for your injuries or medical bills. His insurance company didnt pay either.. I have a lifelong injury that flairs up from time to time to remind me of this ridiculous situation and as I get older it gets worse. Seriously think about it I suggest you go elsewhere. This firm will screw you. They should be disbarred. Ive though of suing them for malpractice. Pathetic.

Exceptional people giving all they have for your best interest. Omar is always there for you any time. Our life was turned up side down by a motorcycle accident we were not expected to survive. The Webster Law Firm was our support system making it possible for us to live our life to its fullest. I cant thank them enough!
