I called them from the hospital & told them the details of the wreck. I was at a stop light & was rear ended, Im in so much pain. So I asked the details as far as payment & he let me know the lawyers will get 35%. I then replied oh wow, & he said well try going against the insurance company yourself. That was so rude! This would be my first time coming to a lawyer for help so I was just surprised at the 35% I was not complaining, but for him to be so rude is a big red flag! I will go somewhere else where they are not rude & at least care about the client. UPDATE: HANK STOUT IS AMAZING! HE PERSONALLY REACHED OUT TO ME, APOLOGIZED, & HELPED ME WITH MY ACCIDENT. Great PI firm. My settlement wasnt high dollar, but they did what I couldnt do, negotiated down my insurance companies subrogation lien by over half.
