I had the most caring and amazing experience w/ this firm. I m not from here so when someone injured me in an auto accident I really needed help. So, I hopped on google and was hoping to find someone that would be genuine, not take advantage of me & really help with my case. I found Simmons & Fletcher and kept reading reviews about someone named Norka. Well, THEY DIDN T LIE ! Norka ended up on my case & she really made my entire experience feel like a breeze (Norka & Team). Unfortunately my SUV was T-boned by an uninsured driver while I was just sitting at a red light! Anyone that has been in an accident, knows this is a very stressful time. Firm was quick to respond with first call, worked with Kenia and she was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and explained the process very well along the way and got me the care I needed. Always spoke to me when I called or returned my call promptly. This process does take time, but I had faith in this firm of handling the situation and getting me the best outcome possible. I got rear ended last year and was sent to the ER, went through pain therapy and what not, thanks to Simmons and fletchers assistance (Norca Vera) I was able to get all my medical bills paid for and still received a good sum for pain and suffering. I am pleased with the outcome of my case. I picked Simmons and Fletcher as I seen them on TV commercials and advertised as a Christian firm. The process was about 1 year four months which in case standard isn t bad. I had a niece take 7 years and got 1/3 of what I did. When you have an accident it can be very upsetting because of all you go through but in the end worth it. I called and asked to call me back when it was convenient for them. When the person called me I asked her if she could me back at a different time because I was just leaving my home for my dialysis treatment. She didn t seem to understand why I couldn t talk right then! Then she never called me back. She didn t seem to comprehend why talking on my way to dialysis was inconvenient. Then I called them back and she said they just weren t able or weren t interested in taking my case. I guess it was just a waste of my time!

A few months ago, I was 21 years old, I had my first dream car, I was doing good in school, and life was good. In a split second on my way home, things changed when I got rear-ended and my car was ultimately deemed a total loss. I had previously left a review for this Law Firm when I was shopping attorneys after a motorcycle accident and so the first review listed below came before I was their client and am now leaving the following comments after having worked with them to pursue an at-fault insurance company that refused to cover my injuries: after selecting Simmons & Fletcher as my law firm they worked tirelessly to obtain a six-figure settlement w/ out having to go through the courts. They did everything they said they would do and more, Chris Fletcher is one of the finest attorneys Ive ever worked with, and his Legal Assistant, Stephanie, kept all of us on target and on schedule, with good feed-back loops that kept me informed during the entire process. I would recommend Simmons and Fletcher to you in a second, they really are a step ahead of the rest, they really shine in negotiations / mediation because they know personal injury law in Texas inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others ___________________________________________________________________ I am not a client of theirs, but rather met with them for an initial assessment of my case in order to discuss my legal options in dealing with a dishonest/unscrupulous insurance company. They gave me over an hour of their time and never pushed for me to sign a contract with them. Their attorney was incredibly professional and provided me with sound, ethical advice and even suggested that I continue to negotiate with the insurance company on my own to maximize the amount of the settlement that would go towards satisfying outstanding medical bills (when he could have easily urged me to get an attorney immediately to maximize their revenue). Moreover, the integrity that the firm demonstrates in their fee structure impressed me considerably (that is, the firm has a policy that they will not allow the practice to effectively pocket a greater amount than the remunerations a client receives from a judgement).
