I would not recommend this place. 0 stars if i could give it! I went in to get my information captured and 5 months later i am still not in the system. I called to find out why and Lydia stated that i should check back in a week. The week arrives and i call back and Lydia Aguebor stated there was nothing she could do on her end and left me with no options. I got in contact with someone from the biometric center and they stated i would have to recapture my biometrics. I asked Lydia why wasnt this relayed or why wasnt i notified? She stated she gave me a number and she did her part. She told me if i wanted to recapture that i would have to pay another $50 that she didnt do correctly the first time. Stay away from Lydia Aguebor, shes more concerned about collecting money and selling you her services.

Called ahead and asked if they take walk-ins, so I walked in. After waiting OVER an hour and having people with appointments go ahead of me I decided to walk out. As Im walking out, attendant asks if I have an appointment -__- A complete waste of time. Even people with appointments didn t make their allotted time.

They are friendly, its a shame they dont speak Spanish, but they provide good service in filling out forms and it is economical. I recommend it, if you bring someone bilingual, they will help you with your case

The staff is extremely friendly and the assistant speaks Spanish and is really helpful as he translates for those that do not speak Englsih. The prices are affordable as well. It was a pleasure to have my immigration pocesses done here. A place that I would definitely recommend for any legal process.
