This place has always been welcoming. It is a great place to go after the game. Lindsey and Don are amazing. I have never experienced a better time at a bar. Be careful of some of these reviews because there are a ton of homeless people who somehow can afford a cell phone but when they get turned down they get mad. You should absolutely check this place out after a game.

The times that I have come here has been for Pac-man fever. Always enjoyable. I like they have a jukebox so you can input your request. Diverse crowd from the times I have been there. Parking is free I appreciate that they have a parking spot. Even when busy the bartenders have done a great job. Definitely worth checking out.

Great place to be before and after Astros game, if youre attending the game. Same goes if you decide to watch the games in the bar. Very nice place to have your parties. Like that they have every first and last Friday game room open all night and for nominal fee you can play any game as long you want. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and regarding the beverages, surprisingly they have most of them and of course you can have a great time

The general manager discriminated against me, called me the N word, and disrespected me. General manager also refused my service for no reason. He was Caucasian , old with a beard. He was very rude and should not be allowed to work ANYWHERE . Will be filing law suit for discrimination.

Stopped by after a concert at the minute maid stadium, walking distance, small, relaxing and with a great a/c for those of us visiting Houston that are not used to the humidity and heat, had two dri ks while we waited for our Uber and left very happy, theres couches, bar seats, a pool table and bar tables.

Always a fun time. Great staff. Great drinks. Inclusive atmosphere. During baseball season, you do pay for parking and its subject to the Minute Maid Park rates in the surrounding lots, so I would recommend an Uber to Eighteen Twenty at that time but otherwise, free parking right out front.

We like to have our company Christmas party at Joystix and the Eighteen Twenty Lounge. Cozy, small place with games and pool table. Parking across the street from the lounge. Good selection of liquor. Located 1 block from Minute Maid Park, it is also a great pre game location before going to an Astros game. We have always had a great time there and we will return in the future. If you are looking for a great place for a small company to have a gathering, I highly recommend renting out the Joystix location attached to the bar. Tons of old school arcade games and free play when renting the facility. If you grew up in the arcade era, this place is totally for you and will enable you to relive those glory years of the 80s arcade.

Friendly bartenders and a great place to hang out after an Astros or Dynamo game with other fans and stadium staff. Drinks prices are reasonable. Little dive bar with pool, pac man, and fairly priced (cheap even) drinks. Worth hitting up before/after a ballgame. Service was a bit slow, but definitely tolerable for a before game crowd. I walked in this bar, they had 1 pool table, the bar tender was tweakin with a nervous itch but i disregarded it. They were aggressive about seeing ID mind you i came in here with full beard. I tried to talk to the backup bartender and he proceeded to treat me like some rando that lives in a tent off the street.long story short i took my self outta there because i couldnt have a conversation with the bar tender without him arguing with me about why i chose to come here

I think the proper term is industry bar. It sits in the shadow of Minute Maid, and if you catch it on the right night (First and Last Friday of every month) its attached to an all you can play arcade. Drinks are cheap. Mood is chill. Theres a jukebox, photo booth and pool table (free during happy hour, I think) and while they dont have much in the way of food, Uber Eats will deliver.

One of the best experiences ever at a bar. 1st off we (Braves fans) were welcomed by all the Astro fans during game 6. Enjoyed myself a little too much lol. Enough to drop my cell phone with ID, cash, credit cards etc. one of their staff members picked it up and secured it. Messaged the bar early the following morning. Spoke with Charlie. Absolutely an awesome guy! Took care of me and was able to recover the phone everything still there. It s so refreshing to know that there are good people out there.
