This place was recommended to my family after being in a car accident. The people that recommended them to us were under the care of Mr. Trimble meanwhile our attorney was Mr. Grant. We were happy to start our case with them due to all the positive reviews and compliments about this law firm, however our experience was very different. Mr. Grant said that his law firm would be more than happy to represent us after collecting all the information he needed, we signed our contracts with them and waited. A month passed before we were finally told that they were dropping our case. We were being set up to receive treatment due to our pain from the accident but then they just stopped the process and never openly communicated with us after that. We had to go out of our way to call them only for them to then let us know they had dropped our case 3 weeks ago and just decided not to let us know at all. After being informed they were dropping our case, thats when they decided it would be appropriate to send us the letter formally telling us and informing us they were dropping our case. When asked why they were dropping our case Mr. Grant said that it was because he didnt feel confident enough that he could win the case even though he had all the same information when he decided to represent the case. I dont hold a grudge against this Law Firm or hate them, I am just severely disappointed and let down by how they acted. Due to their lack of communication and professionalism, I effectively wasted one month of my time that I couldve spent with another Law Firm receiving treatment, however, due to the one-month gap in my treatment it is very doubtful that another Law Firm will take my case, and am just stuck with my injuries. Overall, I would rate them less than one if I could but I sadly cant. There is no excuse for making a person wait one month and go exceptionally out of their way only to find out their case was dropped and they were just never informed. However, many people seem happy with their services so maybe they were just in a bad mood when handling my case, I dont know. While I recommend seeking out someone more professional, if you choose to stick with Trimble and Grant I hope it goes well and wish you the complete opposite of how they treated me. I was injured 2 years ago at work and started having difficulties dealing with the insurance company. This was not the first time Id ever been injured and had to hire an attorney. Due to previous experiences with attorneys I was very reluctant and apprehensive about hiring an attorney. After talking to Larry Trimble for a very short period of time I knew this was the guy I wanted in my corner. He actually cared but he wasnt fake and explained everything in a manner that could be understood by someone who didnt know the laws. He was never FAKE!!! What I mean is he never promised anything he couldnt come thru on and he never lied. Anytime I had an issue I called and he handled it immediately. Im hoping I never go thru another injury but if I do Mr. Trimble will be the first person I call. If he was in court or unavailable for any reason his staff also made sure any problems I had was a priority. Mr. Trimble, Amy, and his staff did an excellent job on my behalf. I very highly recommend them as you will not be disappointed!!!!

Larry Trimble is a very knowledgeable, hard working, caring attorney. He will fight for you. He is very patient and will explain the law and your rights. He has been in business many years and knows a lot of people in town in the legal world and workers comp on both sides of the issue. Do not talk to anyone or do anything before talking to Larry first. He can save you from a lot of trouble and from making mistakes. He has experience in many different areas of law. He is also my personal attorney. Make sure you have a Will and power of attorney and medical and financial directives so that your wishes will be carried out in the event you are unable to make these decisions for yourself. I may not be using the correct terms, but Larry can take care of all your legal needs or direct you in confidence. I trust him and have complete confidence in him. And his prices are reasonable.

Mr. Trimble and his staff are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. I was on workers comp and suffered a back injury at work . I didnt know anything about workers comp and trusted my adjuster. This was a mistake . The insurance companies want to string you along , deny surgeries , set you up with bogus drs. That work for the insurance companies. Mr trimble recognizes this and is prompt to get action from these companies. He got a real designated dr. To review my case and got my surgery approved. Also got me the most compensation for my injury . He went to court with me and walked me through everything. I wouldnt be where I am today without him. He even took way less of a percentage than he was entitled to just so I could make ends meet. I am about to go back to work and highly recommend if you are going threw the ringer with workers comp insurance he is the man . Thank you LT!

I hired them and for me, it was the worst deception I ever had. Didnt want to represent me no more because the workers comp insurance adjuster gave them hard time with my case. They only wants easy cases where they can get easy money. They dont really cares about justice they just want money
