My mother reached out to Topek and Topek around a year ago. After a different attorney recommended them. The things I liked about Seth is that he was always available if I had questions or concerns . Hes very professional, patient, and listens to your case with attention to details to give the help you need. He spoke to my brother several times. He helped guiding us in the parole process. We previously had 2 attorneys for my brother who didnt help us. But Seth was great! We highly recommend him. If you are looking for a Parole attorney consider having Seth take your case. My brothers case was complicated. But now thanks to Seth, he was Granted Parole.

I was an emotional mess when I first called and spoke to Mr. Stanley Topek about my husbands case. He was so kind, he listened to our story and gave me some advice before telling me that Seth would be taking our case and hed be in touch with me. Seth called me within a day and took on our case. I cant thank him enough. His communication is impeccable, he took every one of my calls (of which there were a lot!) or he would call me right back, and he replied to every email. Seth was incredibly prepared for the parole hearing, I was so impressed by that and Im thrilled to say that my husbands been granted parole. Seth Topek is a very kind, capable and experience attorney and I highly recommend Topek and Topek.

Seth Topek is an excellent attorney! He advised and represented us in a parole hearing. His thoroughness and understanding of the procedure were significant. He knew the process and that put us at ease. He explained aspects of the procedure in laymans terms. More importantly, although he was going through some trying times himself, he was able to balance and make himself available. His door was always open. If I was in the downtown area and had questions or concerns, he was there. If you are looking for efficiency and proficiency, we highly recommend the Topeks!

This dude is absolutely amazing. He pulled of the impossible! Moments from seeing parole I was caught in some trouble, was G5 and Mr. Topek still guaranteed parole which I made. An FI 2!!!! This is a absolutely worth it, while most parole officers do nothing but take your money. Mr Topek actually works effectively at bringing you home. I will recommend him to anybody.

Seth Topek is absolutely phenomenal. He is calm, professional and confident. We acquired his services for a parole revocation hearing and we didnt even have to go to the revocation hearing, he got our family member out of jail at the initial preliminary hearing. I called Mr. Topek last year. I had hired a lawyer about 25 years ago to represent my brother for parole. Rarely heard from the lawyer and had no results. I had asked this attorney every time my brother came up to ask them to allow me to come before them (the parole board) and this never happened. In the 25 years I believe I talked to the attorney three times. I went to a FILA meeting and they told me I needed to get my brother another lawyer. One that would actively look at his file and do the work. That lawyer was Mr. Topek. He took the case, walked me through the process, called me on a regular basis and got me before the parole board (I talked with a wonderful parole officer). AND NOW, my brother is being released after 40 years in prison. The parole officer commented on Mr. Topeks parole packet he put together for my brother. Said he had never seen one so professional and well put together. I know this allow the board to see my brother as a person and not just a number. I can say, I love Mr. Topek and can never thank him enough. If you need a GREAT lawyer. Please call Topek and Topek. They put the work in, believe me.

My previous experience with attorneys had been awful. I really never wanted to hire another one and no longer had any trust in them. My family insisted I hire a parole attorney. After the in person meeting, I felt Topek and Topek would be best - though still nervous about hiring another attorney. They were honest with me and did not try to charge me and my family at every turn. They worked with me constantly even though I made my doubts very clear. From the beginning, we all knew getting the first parole was a long shot. I have no doubt that because of the effort these attorneys put in, I made my first parole. I am incredibly grateful to them and highly recommend them to anyone, especially anyone in the Angleton - Rosharon - Houston area.

If you are reading this you are likely searching for an attorney and you likely already know its hard to find one that will really work for you. Seth at Topek and Topek, did an amazing job representing our son after his parole was revoked and was able to get him reinstated on a complicated case at the first hearing. Seth is extremely personable, communicates well, listens to his clients, genuinely cares about his clients, and is sincere, always explaining the process. Seth is very knowledgeable about the parole process and did an amazing job summarizing our sons case and representing, staying the course with a positive outcome. Our experience with Topek & Topek was very professional, informative and Seth was really honest of the possibilities of the what could have been the outcome. He prepared my husband and our family and when I called to ask the simplest question he took his time and answered/ explained in detail. The first time I spoke to him was for about 1 hour & 1/2, he took the time to hear our situation out when other parole attorneys did not give us hope. The most important he was honest the entire time- with that said my husband was approved for the first time on a 15 year non-agg offense and he will be home by the summer serving about 2 years. I can not thank Seth and his staff enough, other that tell others that he is an expectational attorney. He knows the ends and outs, you will not be disappointed. Finding a parole lawyer for my nephew was an emotional experience but when I met Seth and Stanley Topek I knew that I had met the right people. They are down to earth, honest, easy to communicate with and were always available for my calls and emails. Seth handled my nephews case by genuinely getting to know our family and all the details of events leading up to, during and after the trial. One of the best traits of Seth is the kindness and sincerity he displayed each time I interacted with him. Oh my gosh I cant say enough about Seth. My husband got 20 yrs and Seth went to every parole hearing for three years and went personally to see my husband in prison until he was released. I understood he was going to do some time because of his criminal back ground, but 3 yrs on a 20 ! I was blessed to have Seth as our lawyer .He took every phone call ( and believe me I called a lot! ) He walked me thru everything more than once. He was interested in my husband up bringing and how he ticked so he could better defend him in the hearings. Lets face it , theres more to the story than just the charge and Seth realizes this . My husband was APPROVED on his 2nd time up, last time we didnt have a lawyer.Seth did an amazing job on my husband parole packet and did an outstanding job with our in person interview. I hired Seth for my Husband who was denied previously and still facing 6 years left on his sentence and we had a really tough case to beat, with prev charges stacked against us and possible protests not in our favor. I hired Seth back in June of this year and there was not one time i could not get ahold of him to ask him questions or to talk about our case, he even went 3 times to meet with my husband in person at his unit. Mr. Topek must have spent at LEAST 100 Hours on our case if not more, he is Definitely worth the price. The thing that stood out most to me was i felt Mr. Topek believed in me and believed in my husband who he was representing, that, he made my husband feel that he wasnt just another Client. He made us feel that he truly was advocating for us because he believed in us and not just because he was paid to do so.
