I hired him for immigration defense he didn t show up he sent another one of his staff that got the case last minute and didn t have any idea about the case at court she made the person defend himself I was very upset and lost the trust in this lawyer not very good business at all

They took $3,500 from me and did not help me solve my problem and the only day I met lawyer Omar was when I decided to end the case when I saw that they were not helping me at all. Super disappointed, but God knows with how much sacrifice I made the money to pay and they practically just stole my money.

Mr.Omar Vargas is a very reliable lawyer. I was in a detention center for removal proceedings for 3 months. Mr.Vargas was always in touch with my family about my case & always kept me up to date with everything about my case. Man this dude here would not even care about your case. One of the absolute worse lawyers in Houston. This dude did not have hopes for my brother case. He did not even wanna file any papers for my brother cause he said his case was tough just do to 1 deportation. I ve seen several cases where they have been beaten with 1 deportation. And that lady name Erica, his paralegal or staff whatever. Is so rude and would hang up on our face and laugh at our situation. This dude set my brother up the entire time. He knew he was gonna get hold in detention center and did not care at all. Very heartless man

After you finished using messenger he sent me messages once he had taken my case asking me for photos of myself... I said no and he no longer answered my messages about my case, I only assisted him and then he said that I yelled at the assistant and that now He would not take my case because I made an appointment with him to find out why there was no immigration application for my case. He wont take my case anymore because of his decision and he doesnt want to give me my money back either... THATS CALLED THEFT

He was never available to answer my questions after I paid. The secretary was the one giving him my messages. He took my money and didnt represent me in my case. He dropped my case with no valid excuse. Now, I dont have more money to paid another lawyer.
