Called them and went to voice mail, so I proceeded to hire another lawyer. They called back and the lady hung up in my face before I could say my thanks anyway. Glad I didnt hire them if thats how they treat people. Mr. Kameron better start cleaning up the house or hell reach 3 stars or below sooner than later.

Best lawyer in Houston! Mr. Searle got me dismissal on ALL 9 tickets I had accumulated over the course of several years. I was always reminded beforehand of the court date/time and he always advocated my best interest. If you have tickets old or new don t hesitate to hire him!

Horrible attorney 2 years ago told him to take the ticket to trial showed up today ready for trial and he says the same thing he said 2 years ago this cop is really good and crosses his ts and dots his Is youll probably lose you could always pay the court cost and it wont go on your record .anyone with common sense knows you cant radar 4 people at 1 time needless to say it got dismissed no thanks to Kameron Searle and his secretary or whoever it is hung up on me when I called to findout why I paid them to do nothing then she called back cussing me after I told them on the answering machine that I was going to leave a negative review

I contacted this firm and sent them my information, They said I would receive confirmation upon receiving my information. They charged my credit card. I never received confirmation of receipt of my information. I made three phone calls to confirm and never received a call back. I hired them to relieve the hassle and it has been more hassle dealing with their poor communication than dealing with the courts!

Marissa set me up, reminded me of my court date. When I called in a panic thinking I had missed it, she calmly told me I had not missed it and everything was fine. She had sent me a reminder in the mail with detailed information and I forgot it at home and had to call. I spent more time waiting in line to get through security and the court room than I did waiting for the judge. 10 minutes after the judge was seated, he called my name to DISMISS! Mr Searle made my day and maybe my week He found some technicality .... the cop was in the courtroom and he STILL got my ticket dismissed. Thanks for the help!

I must stop by and leave a review. I just want to say that i was hesitant about hiring this attorney due to bad reviews. I am all about reviews when bad oh yes, quick to leave a review but when happy, why not leave a review for others to see some good too. i chose this attorney because Marissa was patient in looking up my many tickets and was prompt, she even kept my info for a month or two for when i came back ready with money. so far i have had 2 court dates, they remind through snail mail AND by TEXT! a week ahead, and the night before! i have already recommended a friend too! Great communication, she may come off as dry but she is patient and kind after dealing with her and getting a feel for her. Attorneys are nice too! i highly recommend this attorney!

The lady that answers the phone is so rudeeeeeee!!!!! Worst experience ever! I called to ask about my court date since I hired them to represent me and she got all loud and agitated with me for no reason! Please save your time and do not contact them, it was such a hassle to get the I formation i needed from them because she was so mad for no reason and didnt want to help me by simply providing me with my info!

First of all Im a very very polite person because i treat people the way i want to be treated ... that been said, Mrs searle which is the lady that answers the phone was VERY VERY VERY RUDE with ZERO MANNERS; I called to explain to her the outcome of my case and my thoughts on it and she immediately started raising her voice and getting ANGRY. I told her there where was no communication from their part and i wouldve like to know more about the whole court process (this is my 2nd ticket EVER ) so my knowledge on this is small to nothing which is the reason why i hired them, as i was explaining to her she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME and when i tried to call back she NEVER answered. I came here because i was recommend by a friend, i felt a little off whenever i started reading the reviews but i trusted my friends feedback... Horrible Assistant Marisa was referred to this attorney by my boss. all websites talk about how helpful Marisa will be. As soon as she found out my court and judge she proceeded to complain about how long she would have to sit in court and basically it wasnt worth it. I said thanks and disconnected and decided to call back to talk to the attorney. Marisa wasnt going to let that happen. she says they know that she turns people away for this judge and that is what they practice and to stop calling her (loudly speaking at this point) then hung up on me.

I used Mr. Searles services for a moving violation in 2011 and the experience went smoothly. I called recently (03/2012) to clarify something regarding my previous violation, and the receptionist / legal assistant was extremely rude and ended the conversation by hanging up on me. I was polite throughout the entire thirty second conversation. Her own confusion with my simple question and the idea that her colleague could have misspoken to me was apparently too much to bear. I have NEVER written a review for anything online, but I have also never been treated this poorly by someone working in a professional setting. I will never again use Kameron or his associates for any of my legal needs, and I will make sure to send my friends and family elsewhere. There are too many choices in Houston to put up with unprofessional attorneys. Take your business elsewhere.
