If I could give this place a negative 7 stars I would. Let me start of by saying RUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNN far away from this place. They have the rudest receptionist on earth!!! I m not even a client and will never be. If you are looking for professionalism don t call here because the receptionist will turn you off completely!!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with one of the worst customer service experiences Ive encountered in my life. I am utterly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care exhibited by the staff. From the moment I reached out to their customer support, it was evident that they had no interest in assisting me with my issue.

This place is very unprofessional. Work ethics is terrible! HR has no concern in regard to making place better! Too much work they expect you to hit the floor working with no training! Very stressful place to work

If I could give negative star I would. This place is unprofessional because of Eunice Colon. I took my mom up there to try and pay towards HOA and this lady was on lunch. We called her later and she was absolutely unprofessional to my mom screamed at my mom right away saying I told you this and that. She never sent email about payment arrangement and I do not get why she has her job. She is classless and has no control of her self. So frustrating HOA uses her she doesnt seem to have any control of her self. She harassed my mom over a question and hurt her ears how dare you Eunice for harassing my mom.

I meant to post this over a year ago after dealing with Eunice Colon, Im not sure if she still works for the Law Firm, but I had a terrible experience dealing with her! I had to deal with this law firm, not by choice, but because my HOA uses them. I hope other people have a better experience, because I did not.

I can t begin to describe the lengths in which Lu Kaleikau went to assist me in preparing my will. The depth she went in explaining every step of the process was incredibly helpful. I run my own side business, and Lu handled my employment discrimination issues competently and quickly. When facing liability you want an attorney who knows her stuff, I recommend Lu Kaleikau to every small business owner I know, now. Lu Kaleikau is amazing. After my mom had a stroke, HR at her work did a horrible job giving her info on what she was entitled to with disability and accommodations. Lu went out of her way to answer any questions that I had so I could help my mom out. She is hardworking, trustworthy, and really knows her stuff.

If there was a zero star option I would choose it. Paralegal has the worst attitude I have ever dealt with. Received a letter that said to call if we had any questions, and then she refused to answer the phone. She traded a few emails but still would not answer the question, after they contacted me first! Incredible lack of professionalism and competency. There are plenty of good attorneys out there, so avoid this place at all costs.

They are definitely stressed out. Not bad people, but overworked and not appreciated. Over a period of five years Ive had to contact them to correct some paperwork errors a few times (the errors were not theirs but another parties). Every time they jump down my throat and are very defensive (pun intended). It cannot be healthy to work in that environment. Slovacek should take better care of his people. Read a book or two on leadership. Your people should not consistently feel this way.

I find it suspect that a big named company like Camden uses this firm, judging by all the negative reviews here. J. Hunter or whatever his name is tries to tell me I have to go through him for all communication and can t even speak with my apartment office. He never replies to emails in a timely manner, and the letter he sent me with alleged lease violations was pulling for straws at best. They seem like quacks, but Camden Properties uses them? I also find it very interesting that his assistant Erica C. also lives at Camden Plaza and left a five star review on their Yelp page. Shady relationships?

This rating is not based on the actual potential lawsuit Im involved in, since this Law Office is just trying to do their job. It is solely based on the quality of the service. Weve been contacted by this company representing our former apartment complex, and they obviously didnt even read our lease before contacting us, nor even knew when we had actually left the place. Make sure to contact your closest Tenants Council since Hoover Slovacek dont really seem to know what is legal or not. Since they wrote us, weve responded in a very timely manner and have spent most of the time awaiting their responses. The front desk staff is absolutely terrible and literally hang up on you before you thank them for their time and say goodbye.

This office is not bad. Dee Tang is super nice. I called she helped me understand what was going on. Talked me through options. It wasnt as painful as I thought it would be. The receptionist on the other hand was very rude, could not transfer a call to save her life and has a serious attitude problem. She is the reason for the missing additional star. If I could alone giver her negative stars I would. Just very rude. Call in with a name of a person if you have to call this office.

Horrible customer service the paralegals are rude and unhelpful. My account was transferred to them and when I tried to handle the matter I left a message to the person I was transferred to by the receptionist. I did not get a call back!!! Then I received another notice with a higher amount and when I tried to inform them that I called and left a message I was told I should of e-mailed and that they dont have any voicemails from me. I would not be so defensive if I hadnt reached out . But the fact that now Im being treated like a lier is very irritating! Do not use them for any services find someone that has better customer service!
