Has no regard for clients trauma and only interested in financial gain. Mr. D will rush you off the phone when you consult with him, and has horrible communication afterwards. Don t waste your time. I very strongly recommend the attorney Sara Goldberg for foreign professionals seeking a green card, especially if you cannot get sponsored by your employer. Sara Goldberg is a very smart and caring attorney, with A LOT of experience in what she is doing. If you follow all the steps she recommends, you have great chances of success. I appreciated especially the clarity of her explanations, as well as her availability: I did not need to talk to her frequently at all, but occasionally I would need to reach out urgently for some pressing decision or information, and I was ALWAYS able to get in touch on the phone in less than 24 hours. Compassion for clients, passion for the job, creative, knowledge of the law, willingness to listen, and great communication skills, I hired Mr. Goldberg in 2017. He was very professional and time saver. I did not have to check on him everytime. However, with his strong knowledge In law, he knew exactly what I would do then. Within few months we closed the case, and guess what the results were beyond my imagination. A year after we closed the case a collection company contacted me to pay for a bill that I was sure Mr. Goldberg and his team paid all of them. However, they did not leave me alone and they posted in my credit history. When I talked with Mr. Goldberg and his awesome team about it, they did not even hesitate to help clear this mess up even though he was not my attorney anymore. He and his team took all steps to reach that company and clear things up. Even though the company made difficult for both of us and try always to find a reason to reject his efforts, he and his team never give up on me and kept fighting until they reduced the bill amount from $1375 to $675. He paid it from his pocket and got this sum cleared up from my credit. How awesome and nice is this :). If I were asked thousand times to work with him and his team, I will not take a second to accept that. Thank you million times Mr. Goldberg, Erika, and all the team members. Bests

They are great at what they do! Their difference for me was their communication. Many lawyers can take every case in a way that they dont care about what you really think, how do you feel about your case etc. but Goldberg law office is special in terms of building a great communication. They were constantly checking up with me to handle my case at best. Highly suggested!
