I was arrested for criminal tresspass. The complainant was a pastor and an off duty sheriff. Charles T. Ganz Esq. got the case dismissed with out me even having to plead. He is a competent attorney. He does not like to loose.

I was referred to Todd by the bonding co I used for my daughter. He is not only the BEST attorney ever, he is also a decent human being. He went above & beyond to help my daughter and EVEN though my daughter screwed up her own case Todd STILL got her the best outcome ever!! He is honest and to the point!! He helped me with my daughter in ways he did NOT even have to. He NEVER gave up on her even though I almost did and he asked me to be patient with her. When he has to be tough, he will be for your own good. If my daughter would not have done some of the things she did to mess up her own case the outcome would have been even better, however it was STILL the best out come we could have ever prayed for. I had given up the day before her court date and Todd text me the night before and said I think I can still help her! I was shocked and he DID! She got the best deal and we were happy and blessed! I will always thank Todd for what he did for my daughter and my family and will always refer him to any and everyone!

Todd Overstreet is hands down the best attorney in Texas. I have been using Mr.Overstreet for the past 10 years and I cant emphasize how important it is to have proper counsel retained. He always shoots for a dismissal or better yet how he can beat the case. He is NOT like these other lawyers who try to get you to sign up for probation. He gets work done. If your looking for the best, look no further.

Almost six months ago I was pulled over for my second DWI (my first was out of state many years ago). I was referred to the firm by a friend who had been in a similar situation. I cannot emphasize how important getting my case dismissed was to me. I was dealing with some legal issues related to child custody and if the DWI went on my record, I would have been in a very bad position to argue my case. It took some time and it was not an easy process, but I was well informed of my rights and at the end of the day the case was dismissed. This guy is good! If you need a criminal defense lawyer in Houston, give him a call. My outcome was very positive.
