Mr. McCarty was extremely helpful in my child support case with the other parent. He was always very responsive to my calls and always took the time to explain processes and procedures in a way that was easy for me to understand. My case originated through the OAGs office, but his long standing experience with the court system, and just working with people in general, was key to negotiating the best outcome for the situation. Working with him helped to make a very stressful situation as smooth as possible. He made sure all filings were communicated back to the OAG and that all parties were kept in the loop. When I was at a point where I could no longer talk to the other parent civilly, Mr. McCarty was able to have the conversations needed with them and keep the process moving forward. Dan assisted me with my Divorce - with children and to be honest I dont think there is enough time or space here to describe how amazing he is. While my ex and I made all the decisions about what we wanted from our Divorce - with children there were constant issues with the other side with things such as missing language in documents, incorrect filings, and extremely long wait times to the point my ex was beyond frustrated with his own attorney but through it all Dan was there for me. I never spoke with anyone but him. He was always a phone call or email away. His responsiveness was amazing, he even went so far as to take time out of his weekend to lay out word for word how our decree needed to read to the other party when they continued to fail to make corrections. Beyond that he explained everything to me in full, always ensuring I understood what everything was or meant, why it needed to be included in our decree, what my next steps were and how to cross the finish line. At the end we were delayed again when the other attorney failed to sign the documents in a timely manner, and my own house closing was days away and he went out of his way to call them, keep me updated, follow up with the clerks office and use every ounce of resources he had to help me get there. Divorce, even in my case where my ex and are are still friends is a grueling, emotional and arduous undertaking but through it all he was there for me and my family ensuring we were getting everything we needed to move forward in our lives. Work with him and I assure you, you are getting the absolute best attorney in Texas!

My wife and I reconnected with Dan to both revise some legal documents, as well as create new ones. Our first rendezvous was a decade ago in Sugar Land. Upon our second visit, we met him for signatures at his I-10/Park Ten Place office........more specifically at his office parking lot with witnesses due to our CIVID-19 safety concerns. Our Last Will & Testament documents needed finetuning that only a professional attorney with experience could revise, which Dan accomplished. In addition, we had both our Medical Power Of Attorney as well as Directive To Physicians And Family Or Surrogates forms renewed. Finally, Dan drew up two new documents for us, HIPAA Release and Appointment For Disposition Of Remains. Informative, courteous, not condescending, empathetic, honest, truthful, straightforward. Talked in laymans terms. Made recommendations but made it clear it was our decision regarding each document. We communicated both by phone and e-mails. The benefits I received from his many years of experience in managing unsavory divorces, financial & property disputes, and child possession orders was tremendous. I hired Attorney McCarty to handle my divorce, but most importantly manage the custody battle for my two precious young children at the time of the separation. Just the thought of being forced to be a Weekend Dad was overwhelming and devastating to me. I want to thank Attorney McCarty for everything that he did for me and my Children. It is a debt far more than money, that I could never fully repay. When the dust had settled, and the decree had been signed, I fully realized at that time, that Attorney McCarty (1) always had a strategy specific for me situation (2) was always one step ahead of the opposing counsel and (3) was continuously working that strategy on my behalf, even when I could not see it. The net result was an extremely favorable possession schedule with my children, which was most important.
