After the winter storm in Houston in Feb 2021, I hired Attorney Cedrick Forrest after my insurance company tried to underpay my insurance claim significantly. It was apparent to me that this is a common practice of insurance companies especially with people of color. Attorney Forrest has the contractor connections and negotiated a settlement that forced my insurance carrier to pay $50k in addition to other expenses enabling me to completely remodel and repair the first level of my home. I was also able to get additional living expenses (hotel and food expenses) covered by insurance carrier and new kitchen appliances after he took on my case. My home looks great now! I would recommend anyone that is fighting with their insurance carrier to call attorney Cedrick to fight on your behalf.
