Food is usually fresh, staff needs to get it together some are a bit rude but maybe its the time of day I usually walk in there at about 6am. I cant stand seeing the person that sleeps outside of the door thats not okay!

I know it s fast food, but I have never once had an experience as bad as the one I most recently had. I ordered online as one does, and when I arrived there I had to do a long 20-30 minute wait at the curbside pick up, mind you there was only one other car next to me. Once I received the food, I specifically asked for no ice on my drink, not only did the guy not top it off, he also put ice in it. When I asked him for no ice he looked at me, sighed and said really dude, do you have to not have ice in it , well obviously I asked for no ice in my drink, so I said yes really, and he left, taking another 10 minutes for a drink. Honestly the lack of professionalism is baffling, so next time you re here make sure to not be too demanding with your orders or the employee will look at you and be rude. For pointers, he is a short African-American male, at the time he had twists, but that may be different depending if he s decided to change his hair.

Awful Experience. I ordered a hot fudge sundae , and when I got to the drive through window, the McDonald s employee handed me a half filled sundae. I paid full price for my sundae, so I asked the employee to fill it to the top, to which he slammed the drive through window after rolling his eyes. He proceeded to open the window and give me my sundae back and he just poured icecream over it. The customer service is honestly disgusting and pitiful. Do better McDonald s!

My mobile order for drive through was lost in their system. Then I was asked to park. A guy comes by asking what I had ordered and I tell him. He says oh its not my order goes to car next door. That person has my food for minutes waiting for someone to take it back and the guy then tried giving me that same food. I have no clue what that person who had it did to it. I was pissed because of the whole situation and time wasted. I just left pissed off didnt even care about a damn refund. Go to any other Mcds that does know what they are doing except this one!

This location seems to be a bit older than many locations in the area. I appreciate the simplicity and the customer service there. The place is not over-packed so the workers dont seem overwhelmed and frustrated like you see at other locations.

Hashbrowns are made very hard. Told the lady at the window that we want them to remake them. She told me no the line was long it was only three cars in the line. They re very rude and I strongly believe that they re remaking orders they messed up customer service is horrible unless you re mexican

I brought a big breakfast and got to work with a hair in my eggs. I called the manager was nice then I went on my lunch break to get my money back and she was rude and shorted me my taxes when I told her she gave me 10 cents back for a 6 dollar meal witch is incorrect then slammed the cash register..and as soon as walked n and asked for the manger I seen her and instantly knew it was her hair in my mouth it was like a lightish brown/ blonde with almost a reddish tint since it was a single hair and it was thin haired since I wasted my lunch break I had to order lunch here and she brought my nuggets to my table stood behind me without saying a word I grabbed it and said thank you and she walked off without saying a word and my spouse went to the restroom and there is no soap in the womens restroom. There is hand sanitizer outside of the restroom but that means no employees wash their hands after the restroom

Ordered for delivery via McDonald s app. 1st time ordering, we received someone else s order. After no answer at restaurant and then finally getting thru to be told we could get our food, bc it s sitting there we asked them to remake it since it had been an hour. They promised they d remake it. We sent our son to pick it up. The damn food was cold af. We called corporate customer service and they issued a refund. Two weeks later we gave them a 2nd chance. This time they delivered our order, but left out one of the burgers. We didn t bother calling the restaurant. Called corporate customer service. We were told to contact Door Dash bc that s who they use to deliver food. We replied, not my problem, used the McDonald s app and our business is with you. Door Dash is your business partner, not mine. After this back and forth 3 times!!!! They hung up. I wasn t rude at all, just firm about my position. They basically said it s not their problem. I will NEVER order or eat at this Whataburger location again.

Their prices are slightly cheaper than other locations. The food is hot & good especially the burgers (Homestyle) along with the French fries. Service is pretty cool, occasionally will forget some items of order but that almost all locations.

Dine in seems to be a better choice when ordering from the menu. They dont make mistakes dine in. But if one goes through drive thru, there is always something wrong with the order when arriving at home. They need to practice good ethics and good preparing orders. Mistakes cost money on both ends. Especially for the consumer.

Fast friendly staff ready to serve you. The people working inside had the restaurant clean and well stocked. When placing my order the person in the microphone had quality communication skills. When we got to the window the lady greeted us with a smile. We asked for sauce for our chicken sandwiches & she made sure we got everything we asked for. The manager was doing her job and working to make sure the line was moving fast. Last but not least they do have the curb side if you want to order ahead. This is a good location to go to and I recommend the McDonalds App so you can get a really good deal. Clean on the inside too and the workers inside are super nice. They also have a place to charge your phone or tablet. Dietary restrictions: They make to order your food so you can customize your order. Parking: Huge parking area and it is on a busy street. Kid-friendliness: They have a play area Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessible doors and ramps.

9/11/23 around 8:30 I went to this McDonald s, I ordered CHICKEN NUGGETS FRIES APPLES ON THE SIDE AND A COKE WITH A MCFLURRY. Tell me WHEREE I said happy meal, tell me where please. The lady was hella rude, made a face and told me to speak louder and didn t even get my order right. Now, I have to eat only a handful of fries, a half cup of coke and my night is ruined. The audacity and the indifference they demonstrated by serving me the overcooked fries that no doubt had been under the heat lamps for probably an hour was horrible! The girl at the register was nice ,the managers however were clueless. I was using a deal on the app. And they couldnt figure out how to do it . Their english wasnt too well,so I spoke to them in spanish and they kept on with the broken english. Then while eating we placed a mobile order to pick up at the counter. The manager called the order number once and started taking our food that was on the tray to the back. We had to call her to bring our food back. Who does that ? Then 5 min later she calls out another number for the customer to come pick up their food ,I guess they took too long she got that food and found a spot to sit and started eating it
