Duana Boswell-Loechel is Professional in her dealings with potential clients. She was knowledgeable and informative in relating her style of leadership in operating her law firm. She looked at my case- very complex probate with an excess amount of Heirs. While it was not a good fit for us to enter an attorney- client relationship, she stood behind her firm name and her brand. In making the call to not move forward early in the engagement process, She ensured that she only takes cases that both sides are clear with scope of services and expectations.
