Incredible place! The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to accommodate groups of any size. Chef Javier s gourmet creations are worth using the venue on their own. Plenty of amenities to make sure everyone has what they need including restrooms and dressing rooms for men and women. Definitely recommend!

We hosted our annual banquet at The Bougainvilleas on Aug. 8th, and it was a fantastic experience. The elegant decor and spacious layout of the venue provided the perfect setting for our event. The staff, Badra (owner) and Jessica, were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their catering provided a variety of delicious options that pleased all our guests. I highly recommend The Bougainvilleas for small or large events. We had a guest count of 50. This is our annul banquet, and we would be thrilled to secure this venue for next year and beyond.

We were there for a yearly function , however, the food was just gross. It was cold and unpalatable. Everyone at the table had their food 15minutes before I finally flagged down a server to ask about my food. The dessert was wonderful, but the coffee in the urn was cold ugg. Ive never eaten there before and I will never eat there again. At the price per person we paid, you would have thought the food would have been better. Ive eaten better in the army in the field, and thats saying a lot.

I had my wedding here and it couldnt go any better, everything was perfect and just as I imagined it. The food was beyond excellent, the costumer service on my first appointment was what made me chose them. My wedding coordinator Sarah was really patiently, always helpful and she made sure all my questions were answered and my requests accomplished. Received a lot of compliments from my guests, some of them even saying that it was the most organized wedding theyd ever attended. All of this to say that it is an awesome venue with wonderful staff.

Yesterday I Was Booked At The Venue For A Lovely Couple For Photobooth Services. Upon Arrival I Walked In And Was Greeted By The Owner, Who I Didnt Know Was The Owner At The Time. She Was Very Friendly, Nice and Making Sure I Was Satisfied With The Amount Of Space To Set Up. Her Staff Was There Every Chance I Looked Up Asking Did I Need Water Or Anything. After The Wedding Was Over With, Elizabeth Walked Me To The Door And Thanked Me For Coming Out. Never Seen A Wedding Venue Cater To Vendors and Thats A Plus To Me. Newlyweds I Highly Suggest This Venue Plus The Venue Only Cater To One Wedding A Day, Ample Parking and The Cleanliness was 10/10.

Literally one of the most gorgeous event venues I have ever seen! I d definitely give this place more than 5 stars if possible. The place is in the corner of a shopping strip as well as some restaurants, but as soon as you pull in, you can see how gorgeous it is! Sometimes parking can be a little tight, but I believe there is additional parking in the back, as well as street parking. The decorations are beautiful, and the atmosphere is lovely. Everyone in the staff is so nice and accommodating, and the food was really good as well. I had a very smooth experience and time here. I d definitely come back and recommend to anyone who is looking for an event venue !

Went to tour this venue today, but the doors were locked, no one was to be found, no one answered the phone. We went to the restaurant next door to see if they could help and they called as well and no answer. Other options have taken the time to confirm tours, this place did not. They wasted my time and I m writing this review so other people s times aren t wasted. Very unprofessional.

I booked my graduation party with the team at Bougainvilleas. I had a phenomenal experience. Badra and Sasha were awesome from start to finish. What I enjoyed most about booking with The Bougainvillea is I did not have to compromise my vision for the price. The pricing and what was included in my package was the best I found in the Houston without being 45 minutes to an hour outside of the city. Their level of professionalism is unmatched and Sasha being present on the day of the event made things go seamlessly. The only thing I wish I could change is me asking about taking the left over food home. I certainly would book here again and recommend them to anyone.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I had the most amazing wedding day. It was everything that I imagined! From arrival until departure and everything in between. I can t stop thinking about how amazingly beautiful everything was and how Rasha coordinated and made everything flow. My guests were blown away by how beautiful the event center was and not to mention the food!!!! When my fiancé and I went to do the food tasting prior to the wedding we were skeptical (since wedding food isn t usually that amazing from our previous experiences). But when we began the tasting our eyes and tastebuds lit up!!! The food was DELICIOUS!!! It was so hard to chose what to select for the menu because everything was just so good!!! So we ended up going with the shrimp and guacamole as well as the crab cakes for the appetizers. We opted for the chicken with greens and dirty rice. The guests are still talking about how good the food was!!!! My friend who is from New Orleans and is one of the absolute pickiest eaters I know even came to me and told me she couldn t stop eating because everything was so good!!! I could go on and on with this review but to sum it all up, my husband and I had a day to remember and we are sooooo glad about choosing The Bougainvillea s! First i would like to give Rasha 10 stars for being a life saver, due to the pandemic we were forced to shrink our wedding ceremony. Rasha was patient, understanding and very helpful she made sure everything was perfect. Our association held our bi-annual board retreat here yesterday. I cant say enough. Fantastic service, food was EXCELLENT, elegant environment, and the value was incredible. I have had the pleasure of attending events at the Bougainvilleas several times. It is a lovely hidden gem just beyond the gorgeous trellis of Bougainvilleas trees lining the outside. Inside they have many rooms and ballrooms, all very tastefully done and neutral, no tacky multi color carpet here! The service is what sets it apart though, every attention to detail is thought of and met with a happy smile. Recently during the Covid 19 lockdown they have started doing meal delivery and pick up service as a way to keep their employees working and keep their business open. I ve ordered four different times and each time the food has been very tasty, homemade, and large portions. We typically have leftovers for lunch the next day! I love ordering from them because they have always given so much to the local community and it is nice to give back to them, and I don t have to cook!

I can t say enough good things about this venue and the team behind it. I had the pleasure of working with Rasha and on occasion, Riley, and these two are truly consummate professionals in the wedding planning industry. The thing I appreciated most about Rasha was her responsiveness. I can vouch for this because I sent A LOT of emails during the 14 months leading up to my wedding. Not once did she make me feel like I was a burden, and she was extremely patient with me during my periods of indecisiveness and uncertainty. She was always accommodating and available to work around my schedule. Regarding the wedding day itself, everything was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I just showed up, got married, had a great time and Rasha made sure everything went as I had so diligently planned. The team at The Bougainvilleas is highly dedicated, so much so that I looked over at the buffet during my reception to see both Rasha and Riley serving food to my guests! Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you to Rasha, Riley, and the rest of the team at The Bougainvilleas for playing such a huge part in the best day of our lives. P.S. We had an idea of what we wanted, and how much we were able to spend because we were paying for the majority of our wedding. We narrowed it down to 3 different venues. The Bougainvilleas was the first one we were able to visit because they made the time to accommodate our schedule of really only being able to come on the weekends. At first I didnt know how I felt about the location. When we walked inside it was beautiful, and you forgot it looked like it was in a shopping center. As soon as we met Rasha, we instantly liked her. Although we looked at the other 2 venues, I just knew The Bougainvilleas gave us the most for our money and having Rasha with us every step of the way was a huge advantage. She was absolutely amazing to work with. I dont like making big decisions on my own (I know not always the best when planning a wedding), but Rasha would give me options, voice her honest professional opinions when I asked, and she was always there to answer my questions. Being from out of town she was accommodating of our schedules for meetings, taste testings, and even rehearsal. Having her the day of really was a weight lifted off my shoulders. Having the ceremony and the reception in the same place was such a convenience for our out of town guest. The decor was exactly like we planned. All of my guest talked about how great the food was. We had the chicken and steak fajitas and they were delicious. I could go on and on about how amazing everything was, but I promise The Bougainvilleas and Rasha made not only my wedding day, but everything leading up to it a stress free, wonderful experience.

Attended a wedding a couple weekends ago of Kearria and William and I was amazed. Im an observer so I was watching a little of everything. The day before the wedding, we had a wedding rehearsal. The planners were so helpful. I really wish I got her name. She was very helpful during the process of making sure that people were doing what they were supposed to do in regards of timing and making sure they stand behind the door. She took charge but was very nice. She looked like she knew what was going on the whole time and what was right for the wedding. The following day was the wedding. Amazing. The venue was really nice. Seats were lined up along the walls, flowers were very nice, and the vibe was amazing. The natural lighting from the windows helped with making the venue seem angelic. During the reception, wow. I was blown away. The venue did a great job with making sure everything was set up. Okay so this floating cake, WOW YES. The food at the reception was also very good. The Bride and Groom had a buffet style picked out. The servers were also very helpful with making sure that everyone was happy. - If the DJ came with the venue, he did amazing. - If the photo booth came with the venue, that was fun! - So many photo ops outside and inside. Yes, my boyfriend and I had a photo shoot lol. - The photographer did an amazing job taking photos and having it planned out. Cant wait for her to get them! - The dance floor was a perfect size! The only down fall was parking. Since it is in a shopping center with a restaurant, you would have to make sure that you get there on time to find a nice spot. I recommend anyone to come to this location for a party or wedding. From the outside looking in for the planning process as a guest, this location was A+ and the service was wonderful. I planned for my sisters surprise birthday party with only 3 months to organize. Add to the fact that I was working on a tight budget and Christmas had just finished. We looked at several places, but The Bougainvilleas is the one that stood up the most. From the moment we saw the building all the way to the day of the event, I was very satisfied. The first time we went to The Bougainvilleas, the beautiful scent welcomes you to the venue. Though this is a very small detail, the subtle smell of flowery candles gave an enchanted feeling as if youve just entered a different place in Houston. From the chandeliers, the hallways, and the size of the ballroom, every inch and detail of the place allowed me to further envision on what I want for my sisters milestone birthday. Rasha and Riley worked with us and gave us room to play with our budget. The package they offered us was reasonable, and they were wonderful to work with from the planning stage all the way to the day of the event. I did not feel any kind of stress whatsoever because they made sure that the vision I had to surprise my sister was executed without any problems. There was a small misunderstanding during the event, but Rasha made sure that the issue was resolved promptly. By the end of the night, our guests did not want to leave the venue just yet because they had so much fun. We received nothing but comments, telling us that the place was beautiful and the party was exquisite. They have taken a lot of pictures in the venue just because there were so many picturesque places to take pictures in. Most importantly, my sister was very happy with the venue, and she loved every second of it. Thanks, Rasha, Riley, and the rest of the staff, for exceeding my expectations. I am so happy that we celebrated my sisters 50th birthday party with you. I wouldve not done anything differently.

Attended a birthday party here not too long ago and it was an absolute delight. The atmosphere was light and playful, with plenty of room for all the guests. The employees were helpful, attentive, and swift anytime I had a question or request. The real showstopper however was the food -- OMG! Everyone knows that good food makes any event, and you will not be disappointed from start to finish. The owners of the space were also on site to make sure that everything went smoothly. They were very pleasant and attentive to any requests. Highly recommend the space!

Staff is friendly. Parking is awful. Ambience of the area is a turn off, bar next door, kinda scary even. Ambience can be dressed up inside but otherwise disappointing. Food is a NO for sure. Chairs are not sturdy. Signature drinks, not appealing. Small dressing areas. Pricey for what youre getting.

My husband and I got married on December 16, 2017 at the Bougainvilleas. It was the best day of my life. Rasha and the rest of the staff at the Bougainvilleas helped to ensure that my day was perfect. Rasha made sure that no matter what happened during the night, that my husband and I enjoyed ourselves. My husband is a hard one to please but he could not stop talking about how great everything was and how great of a job Rasha did. My husband and I truly appreciate Rasha and the rest of the staff for everything that they did to help make our wedding a success. For the record I am currently on my honeymoon. I just wanted to take the time to thank Rasha and the entire staff at the Bougainvilleas who made my dream wedding come true. Best part was that I didnt have to stress about anything because she took care of it all. If you Google event coordinator, Rasha will pop up in the search results because thats how amazing she is. I cant tell you how many compliments weve received from the guests who attended the wedding and from people who just saw photos! I couldnt believe how BEAUTIFUL the venue looked! Dont believe me?! Take a look for yourself! The bougainvilleas takes pride in what they do and who they work with. Having a ceremony chapel there was also a plus! FYI I pinched myself 4 times because I couldnt believe how stunning the reception room looked. Their ballrooms Are really beautiful, The service was very professional, the party coordinator is very helpful, and food tasted pretty good as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality event venue for a (probably) more reasonable price.
