Beware of Fraudulent Marie T. And her fraudulent business practices!!!!! We reached out to Marie T regarding a venue. This is our first time using the service peerspace. My daughter went and looked at the space for her babyshower and liked it. She asked us to contact her via text which my daughter did. She told my daughter that she should book directly with her and she would only charge her 900 with a 150 deposit which would be returned. She asked to zelle 550 as a hold and she would draw up a contract after she received the money. Unfortunately my daughter did that and when she received the contract realized something was not right. She expressed her concern to Marie and then the communication was not as responsive. My daughter has not signed any contract and Marie says she will not refund her money. This is all a product of 24 hrs only. She has not only taken advantage but also is now fraudulently keeping her 550??? She will see us in court, there is no signed contract and how we found her on peerspace says 100% refund within 48 hrs, which is what my daughter was using as her reference nowhere did she state deposit was non refundable We have all of the communications and she has encountered the wrong people to steal from. Also.... you do this to a pregnant woman who is seeking your servicea for a baby shower???? What type of character does that? We will ensure that everyone everywhere is aware of this fraudulent company and practice. And we will see you in court!!!

This place is absolutely stunning!! I recently had my birthday extravaganza and the process was SEAMLESS! The pics are accurate, the staff is second to none and very accommodating and they even provide most of the things you need! I want to have another party just to use their space again! Lol

Amazing location for weddings and gatherings. The venue is spacious with such lovely interior. The owner and staff were so accommodating at an event I attended last year that I decided to book Studio 9215 to capture professional photos of one of my most important projects. One of the best decisions Ive made!

As a photographer this is an ideal space for photoshoots and for events. The lighting is beautiful and I have seen it transformed so many different ways. The owners can make any wish come true!

This is a great venue for intimate, small and medium sized events. The staff was very accommodating and made my experience a great one. Make sure you to book early as dates tend to go fast.

My daughter attended Studio Ninety Two Fifteen s Meet Santa event and she loved it. The venue was decorated beautifully, and my daughter really enjoyed the activities that were provided. She played with the bell for many days after the event. The owners really made things Covid safe as much as they could. We will be returning for future events and or booking this venue.
