Jaclyn exceeded our expectations! I had another probate attorney who cancelled our hearing at the last minute, among some other issues. Jaclyn s paralegal Margie knew from our first call what the problem was, and Jaclyn quickly fixed the issue and had our court case completed within a few weeks. Everyone at the firm is smart, diligent and most of all understanding...exactly what we needed while dealing with the legal issues surrounding our family member s death. I hope to never go through the probate process again, but if I do I know I m going to the Jaclyn Patton Firm. Would recommended them to everyone.

Not recommended. You would be better off using an online service to form an LLC. At the end of the day the last LLC I formed using an internet service was finished in one day. In this scenario it was almost 30 days and I had to finish it and the cost was triple the online LLC. There was no value in the triple cost. I had given my original documents for a prior LLC for review and they were never returned. If you look all of my other Google reviews are positive.

My extended family and I have used Jaclyn Patton for multiple matters, ranging from setting up my business almost a decade ago to doing our wills and estate planning. She especially helped my grandma through a really tough estate probate and was truly a lifesaver for us in very capably taking that stress off our hands. I m having her update my powers of attorney now and thought it was far past due I share her great work with others! Her staff is really easy to work with, and great at getting me whatever I need with just a call or email. This firm makes it a pleasure to take care of legal business.

My husband and I contacted Jaclyn to set up our wills. It was a legal step I didnt think we needed to take since we didnt have kids, but after encouragement from a friend to look into estate planning now that my husband and I own a home and have several business investments, we decided to get in touch with Jaclyn and explore the best options. After speaking with Jaclyn, it was immediately apparent that I did not know the first thing about wills, probate or estate planning and needed professional help to get my husbands and my affairs in order! I was surprised that without a will if something happened to me, my husband would not automatically be deemed my beneficiary! Jaclyn was easy to work with responsive and got us all set up very quickly with executed docs. I really liked the fact that you know Jaclyn is the one working on your documents and you are getting a tailored and personalized experience. My husband and I have worked with other law offices on business related issues and have had our fair share of feeling like just another piece of paper in the stack. With Jaclyn, I knew a knowledgeable attorney was making sure we were taken care of. After having our wills executed with Jaclyn, we also contacted her to work on some business contracts for my husbands business. Because of the unique nature of what we needed, Jaclyn took the time to sit with us and understand our operations and risks we were facing in our business and drafted a contract to cover us. We needed the contract in a rush and she accommodated and had a first draft to us the same day, understanding our need for urgency. I would definitely recommend Jaclyn for any legal matters.
