Brandon Strauss is a very experienced and competent lawyer. He was very nice to deal with and kept clear and timely communication with us the entire time. Our son s case very hard on me emotionally but Brandon encouraged me every time we saw him while still being honest about the tough situation. To receive the news that he got both charges dismissed was more than we could have asked for! We cannot recommend Brandon highly enough and thank the Lord for answering our prayer to find the right lawyer.

I have used Brandon Strauss again and again he got me out of big trouble. He is worth every dollar. Don t risk your freedom with a second rate attorney. When you make a bad decision, don t make another mistake by not using Brandon. He doesn t sugar coat anything. He tells you exactly what he needs you to do and if you follow his instructions you will be a lot better off. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He got my felony dismissed and my misdemeanor reduced. I didn t think he would be able to do it again since I had pretty much the same charge a little over a year ago I should not have doubted him. Don t call Saul call Mr Strauss. If you are on the fence about hiring him don t be. Don t go with anyone else if you can get it cheaper. Remember you really get what you pay for.

If I can rate over +5 I will , if you are looking for a attorney stop looking you are at the right place . Mr. Strauss , is definitely the BEST he picked up the case & got it dismissed w / a small fine & less then a year . Although w / COVID-19 , he was still answering questions that we had and kept in touch . From a reasonable price to payment plan to professional , he is the best in Houston . I had been to prison already was on parole and got into legal trouble again I got caught with meth 1-4 grams and I needed a lawyer so I came upon Brondon Strauss he was straight up with me and told me I might have to do jail time but would represent me and get the best outcome we fought the case for almost a year and was reasonable on the price in the end he got my felony charge drop to a misdeanor and I only got 90 days county jail I was surprised with his work because of my record and his hard work paid off well worth it I recommend him to anyone now and would use him again

My husband had a Felony of Possession of Marijuana over 4 oz and was in jail for 1 day and took him out on bond, & then when we came upon Mr. Strauss he told us from the very beginning everything flat out no sugar coat we paid him $750.00 for the whole case and was able to make payments and he got our case dismissed, yes timing was long, the case lasted about 6-7 months but that is the best end result. He was a very straight forward guy, and hopefully we wont need him anymore but if we do we know who to go to. Very awesome lawyer!!

Occasionally life throws you a curve and you find yourself in need of legal representation. In this case it was my twenty year old son who was charged with a Class A Misdemeanor.
