I would like to express my most sincere and deepest appreciation for Doug Murphy and his team. They truly are a fantastic team and Doug is a top-notch excellent Attorney. For our family, he accomplished what we anticipated to be almost impossible for our case. Unlike many of the cases handled by Doug, ours was significantly different with huge challenges, and not one that typically fell into his realm of expertise, as he did make us fully aware from our first meeting with him. And though he could see the challenge of our case was going to be a very difficult one, and all the odds were stacked against us from the very beginning, he kindly agreed to take on our case. Doug Murphy Law firm did an outstanding job representing me. Chris and Nick were great to talk with and I enjoyed each time meeting with them even though the circumstances were not ideal. Not having had so much as a parking ticket in over 20 years, I was absolutely devastated when I was suddenly accused of hitting a car in a parking garage and not leaving insurance information six months prior. The facts presented to me were not true - but it had been so long since the incident I was accused of, I had no idea how I could prove my innocence. Worth the money. I brought my case to the firm in November, and it was dismissed by early February, at the first court session. With their expertise they pointed out countless flaws and inconsistencies in the officers arrest procedures and report, after reviewing dash cam and body cam footage. Didnt even reach the part where they contest the blood draw. Its a bit expensive, but you are paying for the combined years of experience this team has dealing solely with DWIs. To make matters worst I had previously hired a different attorney who absolutely abandon my case and just had me clueless with what was going on. I had an old case from another state for dui, 20 years ago to be exact , that had came back to haunt me where the State of Texas was not renewing my CDL which i need for my career due to the info from another state. ............. They say that you can t afford a DWI charge, I say you can t afford not to have the best lawyer! .............. We needed a Lawyer and wanted someone who would care about me, someone who believed in me and would not just try to plea bargain my case away without thoroughly investigating and researching my case to consider if I was actually guilty as charged. I knew what kind of lawyer I was looking for, but I never expected to find a lawyer who fit the bill more than I could ever imagine until I met Mr. Murphy. When I went into Mr. Murphy s office he immediately asked me so many questions about me and my case. It was clear that he believed me and believed IN me. My legal situation was incredibly complicated. I called Mr. Murphy s office on a weekend, and he immediately returned my call. Mr. Murphy answered a plea for help on a weekend, when we needed him and he never made us feel like he was put out. We were in his office the next day. He listens to everything you say. Doug Murphy and his team are by far the best in the industry. I was referred to him by high ranking officials that can not afford to have a DUI on their record given their professional positions. My case was very complex and I often found myself stressing over what would become of my case and whether I would have to deal with the consequences of a DUI on my record forever. Unbelievable is that start. I approached this firm he day after I had been locked up for a BS crime. Chris was laughing and being very funny the first day I meet him. Mr Douge was the one who i wanted to talk with after that, but Chris had told me he work with some folks so I went with it. He told me a price and worked with me to get to that mark. Once I hit my mark my mark, I told him I was dead broke struggling, a few months later which was less than a year for a DWI/Pistol charge is unheard of. For any legal issues he s def my lawyer!
