I really liked the place, but the bar waitress and the bar manager today, Thursday, didnt give me any attention as I was, they were very rude. I went to ask the manager for a beer and she responded badly, saying what I needed and if I could speak well why I dont speak English I told her give me 1 budliht and she told me that she didnt understand me and she was rude and laughed at my accent ; 5 minutes before they fired me they offered me another round and bought two beers and after 3 minutes they told me to leave. I told them that if they sold me a beer at least they had to give me 5 minutes and they responded that they didnt care that I was already leaving and they told them. I said whats up why did I have half of it and they didnt care. The place is great but the service is TERRIBLE. And more from the manager and the bartender who was at the bar. The mop guy was very nice when I asked. I will return but not if they touch me.

The waitress and manager sold me a round of beer at 11:59 when they were closing at 12, their bartender was too rude and so was the manager and they ran me off, I asked her if they were closing at 12 because they sold me the last round and they told me they DINDT CARE if I left and to take their tips, what a shame for the owner to have people like that working in this bar. Customer service is the most important thing and with these people they wont get very far. I work in restaurants, when you like I recommend bartenders and managers with the experience. You need You will be working in a very nice place.

Inside is too small and music too loud, outside is nice n large but slower service. They had better not be playing Bingo on Thursdays during NFL season ... in general not great place to watch sports. Only Guiness for dark beers in summer, but Ill return in winter.

I absolutely love Wicklow Heights. I first experienced this bar during the Crawl for Cancer which automatically made me like this spot because they were supporting a great cause. When I reached out to inquire about bringing a large group there for a work event, the entire team was so incredibly nice. From our planning emails to the day of the event, everyone was so helpful. The food was delicious and the drinks are refreshing! I love the ambiance and overall vibe of this bar and that there is space in the front patio and a huge backyard patio with fans, lots of seating and TVs. I highly recommend this place for any day of the week, for large or small groups, and especially for their happy hour. I never had an espresso martini until I tried it here, and now I cant imagine life without one. Thank you so much Wicklow Heights team!!!!! Of course, I will be back. :)

Great atmosphere and service all around. Love coming here on a sunny day to watch sports on the big screen they have in their backyard. The place is very well lit at night as well. I have had a few bar crawls organized with the bar owners, and we had lots of fun coming through here! We also enjoyed the drink deals they gave us for the events.

Definitely for the well under thirty crowd on a Friday night. Maybe the demographic changes through the week. Lots of young white people who look like they all want desperately to be in a Ralph Lauren catalog from 1998 but they didnt quite get it because they werent even born yet. The men to women ratio was off too, so it read like a watered down frat party. Im new to this area but Im assuming theres a college within spitting distance. The staff was nice and the heaters outside were pleasant. The DJ was spinning some great music also although it was hard to enjoy with the roar of a lot of people trying to out-shout each other with too much alcohol and too little social awareness. Disappointing that nobody there brought their handsome single father with them.

I breaks my hearth that place doesn t care about the environment, the amount of disposable plastic cups that comes from here is insane. Just adding to the landfills. We had a private party on the newly renovated front lawn of Wicklow Heights and the night couldnt have been more perfect. The space was perfect for our group - it allowed everyone to feel comfortable being outside and spread out. They allowed us to get in early to decorate for our party and didnt have any restrictions to what we could or could not bring. We worked with Tyler and his team to create a custom drink menu for our guests and had the taco truck for everyone to order from. Everything was seamless and delicious. There could not have been a better place to host our event during this crazy time - they made everything so simple and enjoyable. Thank you!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My car was towed tonight because I parked in their parking lot and got drinks and then walked to a different place right next door (that uses the same lot for parking). No signs were posted saying it was only for this establishment in any parking spots. This is not a way to run a business. You lost a customer and I will not be recommending this place to anybody. If you want to go here pay attention to where you park because you might end up having to pay $240 for your car. Corrupt!
