The manager tried to charge for me a drink that I did not order! I told her immediately after it was brought to my table that this was not what I ordered, so they took it away. Once we were ready to leave I checked my tab and she charged me for the drink. The manager was rude and refused to take it off of my bill even though what was made was not what I ordered. Eventually, the manager took it off after fighting with me about it for 30 minutes. Will not be back.

Poor service, did not appreciate how slow they being out food. It would have been better if they at least bring our food fast, we waited waiting for about 20 mins and only 1 plate came when we ordered 4. Service could have been better.

First and last time I will go here first of all order me some hot wings they charge me $18 you guys should see the size of this wings. It was like a joke I promise you guys . I don t think it was chicken I think it might ve been some type of pigeon or something so small. It was five times smaller than a traditional wings or Hooters then I ll ask for some Mexican candy shot. Each shot worth $12 and they were nasty and did not taste like no Mexican candy. And then I ll order me a beer almost 8 dollars per beer.. I will never go to this place again too expensive and the food is not really that good

This place is the absolute worst. At 8 pm at night, with families and kids in here. You HAVE YO YELL TO TALK TO THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU. No one understands English; I can speak Spanish, so lucky me .

If you are going to play pool, the tables are uneven and without room to shoot with seats, tables and columns around. One crown: $5. The waitress told me that the table cost 10 dollars per hour with no option to pay proportionally if you dont arrive at that time, when that day it seems that it was free...

Music nice but the bar has the worst service, very bad experience, we spent Saturday simply wanting to have fun, we ordered a drink and they gave us the wrong one. We complained to the girl who was at the bar and she told us, tell the waitress, I have nothing to do with it and The waitress says I dont know anything, its the people from the bar and we say okay, call the manager and it turns out that it was the one from the bar who gave us the wrong drink omg she didnt change our drink, she acted crazy and charged us in the end for the lousy drink service

I went there this weekend with my husband. The waitress seemed nice but the manager! Was horrible. She charged us more than what the price stated on the menu. I asked for the manager to explain to me why she was charging me more than what the menu said. She yelled at me from across the room to tell me that the menu has the wrong pricing and that its not her fault. The worst service ever! Never going back because they are thieves!

I ordered a large ceviche and they came out with this, it doesnt have any fish or anything, this is not ceviche, it only has tomatoes and onions and shrimp, just this and it has shrimp as small as if they were taken from a maruchan soup, just for four ceviches, it cost me $65 dollars. I dont recommend anyone go to that place or buy anything.

My husband and I live close by. So, we made the decision to support the local business. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The waitress made us wait 10 minutes as she talked amongst her colleagues. We ordered 2 drinks: a rum for me and some cheap cognac for him. She charged us $25 total for 2 drinks! My husband gave her a $5 tip and we left and never looked back. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Stopped in at Bongos for a quick beer and had a great experience! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bar is catered to latin vibes with great music and no matter where you sit, youll be in a great position for a great view to catch sports on the multiple TVs throughout establishment. Bottled beer was the coldest Ive had in the Houston area! I recommend and Ill definetely be back in the future.
