Walked in and it smelled like muddy swamp water that s left after washing crawfish. Walked right out of the sewer smell.

First time trying and it was delicious! We decided to try the fried Shepards pie bites and fried green beans. Both are delicious and were fresh. The ranch is very good. For main dishes, Heather had the fish and chips and I opted for the Wagu Burger with tater tots and onion rings. The burger was cooked perfect medium and grilled perfectly. The fsh and coleslaw was delicious!

Strange experience at this place. I ordered a Guinness and my wife ordered a Stella. I was shocked that both drinks came in regular pint glasses. My wife asked our server if they had Stella glasses and she said no. About 20 minutes later we saw another customer with a Stella glass. An English style pub should serve Guinness properly. Our server also told us that Deep Eddys flavored vodka is five bucks more than Deep Eddys plain. We have been to a lot of bars and have never heard that before. She said it was an up charge. Needless to say we took off.

We were very disappointed, but if others are happy with this establishment then that is what counts. The place is about as pub-like as any other hamburger joint with signs on the walls, although I suppose the expense of recreating any true pub would be prohibitive in todays economy. (think of the Richmond Arms, the Red Lion or even the Black Lab downtown all that do a much better job of it albeit having been around for some time...) Hence the single star. Anyway, we live in the area and fancied some fish & chips. This was the wrong choice for us as the fish was nothing like traditional fish in England having been breaded heavily in way too much batter. I did not eat any of the batter revealing only a small piece of cod. Now I dont know if the establishment buys the fish pre-battered or if they prepare it themselves. In either case, it was overcooked and dried out, we would not order it again. The french fries while the best of the meal are not traditional chips. I would guess these are purchased in bulk frozen, then cooked on site; neither of us ate even half of the coleslaw which was bland at best. I did have a cup of the potato soup which was tasty but served only luke warm. So one star for the food we experienced. The waitresses were nice, attentive and did their job pleasantly, so three stars for them. We left a 20% tip on their behalf, not the kitchens. In any event, as this particular establishment only just opened maybe they are experiencing growing pains. If all the other locations noted on their website operate their kitchens the same, we do not see how they all remain in business. We wish the management well and do not wish to harm their business or reputation. We just call em as we see em. We recognize all businesses need to find their sweet spot and we sincerely hope this location thrives for many reasons.

Been here twice, NYD and a couple days ago, both were take out. First time ordered grilled wings and fries and the strawberry goat cheese salad. Both times the fries were left out. The first time we caught it, second time it wasn t discovered until we got home so check your to go orders. The order was remade the second visit as we got the same grilled salt and vinegar wings, which are very flavorful but the seasoning can be overwhelming if you have the slightest intolerance to vinegar or the acid that makes that flavor which can cause acid bumps on your tongue. The fish and chips were good, two sizable pieces of cod, side of coleslaw and fries complete this meal. Did not include the vinegar so may need to request. Overall, kudos to the chef as the food has been consistently great, just need to double check the orders. The manager resolved the issue promptly, so no complaints there. Would definitely return to try other items. Hopefully, we will see better attention to detail next time. Staff was friendly both times and it hasn t been overly crowded when I ve visited.

Went to Sprouts and drove by this place, told hubby about it and decided to try it out. I ordered fish and chips (wish it wasnt breaded but everything in the States is so Ill get used to it), he ordered chicken fried chicken which he really enjoyed because he likes it crispy. He ordered a Reuben sandwich to go. Im not a huge fan of Reuben sandwiches. He tackled that Reuben later and I decided just to taste it. OMG, this Reuben sandwich was so delicious!! I will order it next time I go there. Like I said, I didnt really care for Reuben sandwiches but this was something else. Incredibly tasty and delicious. Im sure it will be even better when its fresh. Bathroom was nice and clean. These little details are important. Overall nice little place and well be coming back, me for that Reuben sandwich.

Food was good. Beer was cold. Music was good. Waitress was friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the space itself doesnt feel like an English pub. Its one big open space with a concrete floor and black painted tile ceiling and some pub style art on the walls. I still like the place, the atmosphere was just a bit of a letdown for me.

This place really needs to do some staff training. This is the second time Ive been in there and walked out because of the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get service. Its not like they are packed. When there is 3 tables and 4 people at the bar, 2 people is plenty to handle it. Wish I could rate the food but unfortunately was not able to try.

Don t think this is going to last. This does not have the same atmosphere as previous Baker St. its pretty plain inside. Prices were crazy and there are multiple bars in the area with normal prices. The band also was lip syncing. Bar tender was cool but it s not their fault everything else was a let down.

I used to love the location at Willowbrook Mall. I was disappointed when they close down but Im super excited that this one has opened up near Spring Cypress and FM 249. My first time at this location and Jackie was my waitress and did a great job. I ended up coming back later, bringing my wife to play some darts with me, and we enjoyed some different dishes than I had earlier in the day. Keep up the good work guys and well see you again very soon!
