Upon walking up to the door, security was very rude I guess they don t know what hello means. After being aggressively searched, we were given a limited menu and told they were already running out of food, so we had to basically order whatever was left. The place was not busy, but the drinks took forever to come. The waitress was nice but a little unorganized and wouldn t check on us often enough. The food was kinda salty but not horrible. Probably won t be back.

We love this place, but it s very hard to enjoy somewhere when it s not open! Update your Google times! Fix your A/C consistently so your staff isn t working in hot conditions and your customers can enjoy themselves! 2nd time I ve tried coming during posted times and you re closed! Great place to relax and enjoy some great drinks and food. Waitress recommended the strawberry Hennessey house drink called the 100 Grand and can say it tastes great! The fried ribs hit the spot. Was a large car event there that night, and even that busy the service was still top notch!! Great food, drinks, service and environment, what else could you ask for?

This place is nice inside BUT it s a shame they didn t have over half of the menu items we out of this we out of that not to mention the menu was small already. They were selling bbq outside looks like we should have gotten bbq, not to mention they ran out of tequila needless to say I wasted $65 and I will not go back there and spend a cent they must do better such a nice establishment that I m sure will close soon because no way they can operate this way and be successful just watch

I sat down and everything was just off. Our waiter was all over the place! My boyfriend ordered some CHICKEN WINGS AND SHRIMP and I ordered some CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA! He got all his food before me and I m thinking to myself like chicken coming out before pasta? Like no way so the waiter proceeded to say wait 10 minutes for your food it already had been 30 minutes I was waiting for my food. 0/10. Our waiter eventually came back and said they had to make the Alfredo sauce fresh this place is ALL OVER THE PLACE. The food is just OKAY. I tasted some of my boyfriend food and it s not worth the HYPE that TikTok gives. I m definitely going to be making a video on there about my experience.

This is probably the worse restaurant experience I have ever had. First disappointment was no one even acknowledging us after we were seated. Now that I know the guy sitting at the bar chatting with all the servers was a manager I am even more disappointed because HE saw us being seated and he saw us NOT being served. In fact the young lady that was our server was at the bar with him and others. Secondly, I have to assume the young lady serving us was new not only to the restaurant but maybe as a server in general. She was not a good listener and the order had to keep being repeated. Thirdly, there was not many people dining so we are not sure why it took 20 mins to get the drinks we ordered. During this time again our waitress was laughing and joking with the other employees at the bar eating along WITH the manager. Our food came to the table first. Mind you we have yet to get a glass of water or anything. We asked where the drinks were. So she goes back to grab them and it looks like that had been sitting there all this time. I asked for silverware, she asks plastic or the real ones???? HUH? If Im dining in why can t it be real silverware presented to me with my meal. Guess what she brought out after giving me the option and me deciding on real utensils. Plastic. My friend didn t like her drink so she sent it back and said she doesn t want to replace it but the waitress kept asking her did she want to replace it. The answer remained no. Now its time to pay and I asked if she removed the drink sent back. She said yes, I asked to see because they use the handheld machine and she never gave us a printed ticket. Guess what was still there. The $15 drink that was sent back. I asked to have it removed. After another 10 mins she comes back and I ask if it was corrected, she said yes and I askes to let me see again. Guess what was STILL there. Like commmmmeeee on honey. I just can t make this up. Another 10-15 min goes by because she is doing all types of stuff. While that is going on the busboy starts to clean our table but clearly saw something more important outside because he stops and leaves the dirty container he is using to collect peoples dirty dishes on the table. My friend had to yell at him outside that he left his container on our table . Ok now ticket is finally correct and I ask for a printed receipt. Yall should already know how that turned out. After another 10 minutes I had to go find her and ask for a manager because while she was trying to figure it out someone told her she had a table. She had the audacity to ask if it would be ok if she went to handle the table. The look on my face answered that question for her. Manager(same guy that I seen chatting with the servers when we first got there and never was greeted) comes to help. He printed my receipt and I promised myself I would NEVER be back. I read the reviews prior to coming and was hesitant. Yall these reviews are not just from bitter customers because I remained cordial and smiled the entire time I was there. These reviews are ACCURATE. Sad because I wanted to support.

Where do I start. The service is HORRIBLE. The grand candy was HORRIBLE. The service act like she was incompetent. The look on our face gave every one how we were feeling.. no one came to check on us. $40 hookah (never got more coals) Took 15 minutes to get someone to take our order. The food came out hot with no eating utensils. Real utensils was requested and the waiter still brought plastic ware. When I told the lady my drink was nasty and I didn t want anything else she was trying to force me to get another drink. She brought the bill with the drink still on there. I asked for Lemons for my water and never got it I had to wave the cleaning guy down to get some lemons and he brought the whole container When he was cleaning the table he left the nasty bucket on the table Ana walked off to do something else When we were finally able to pay the tab we waited another 20 minutes for a receipt Y all the PLACE WASNT EVEN PACK!!! Found this place on tik tok and decided to give it a try. I wanted to like this place sooo bad but it just wasn t it for me. For it to be a Sunday and not busy you would expect the service to be somewhat quick. However, there was only one server. We waited a long time to gave our order taken, and food/drinks delivered to our table. The server made us close out our tab before our food ever made it to the table because he was going home and said if we wanted to order anything else we d have to open a new tab with his reliever. After food was brought out no one ever came back to check on us and see if we needed anything. Not even a thank you when we were leaving. They add a 18% service fee to the check which seems like a rip off considering no one went out of their way to help us. Overall food was okay but nothing to write home about and I definitely won t be back.

I live in Florida. I came to Houston Texas for the first time back in September 2023. This is one of the spots I hit up. The food was ok just a little bit salty for my blood. The drinks were hitting. That was just at lunchtime. But at night I decided to go back at night so I tried the chicken it was good not bad at all. Great service I gae it A. Those women move so face. Ok ok... it was just aiight. Walking in, you see that they spent alot of time making the place look fancy. The atmosphere was to my liking. The service was slightly above average. The food is another story. Im from the south and when I see catfish on the menu, I expect Catfish(American) and not Swai(Vietnamese) !! Please stop going the cheap route because real foodies, like me, know what its supposed to taste like. I digress... the Mac n cheese was ok and the greens needed the stems removed before cooking. I had a lot of big stems in mine and it made for a not so good eating experience. Overall, I give them 2 stars. I love supporting black business, but unfortunately I will not be returning. $120 was alot to spend for 2 meals and 2 drinks for subpar food.

First, I would like to mention that NO ONE is waiting to seat you. You must find your own seat as you enter and pray to god someone comes to take your order. You can wait 30+ mins and not have a soul approach your table. Secondly, the food is overpriced and MID. Believe the other reviews. If you want hamburger buns and luke warm meat with a couple cut up peppers on it, order the oxtail sliders. Thank me later my only saving grace was the waitress. She was very sweet once I was actually approached! The drinks are OKAY. Nothing to write home about. The ambiance however is lovely, the music is vibes. I have been here several times and Henry was my bartender. Today we sat at a table and the service was terrible!!! My friend ordered a drink from the waitress and 15 min later didnt have it. She walked to the bar and had it in 2 mins. Another friend ordered wings and 1 hour later she still had no food. I ordered plain wings and they were so salty! 10/10 do NOT recommend. They double charged me for the wrong amount. They charged me $60 for 1 margarita and a fountain drink. ??? Then got charged again for $30. When I tried to call for an explanation, they said the balance will fall off . Needless to say, it never did and had to dispute the charges. Not very inviting or friendly, I read the reviews, but I still try places out for myself. I was in the area and my honey was hungry. I ordered water, and a queen bellini drink, he wanted ice tea they didnt have any, so he got water. I ordered a salad it was OK, he got a burger and fries, but for the price of the food they need to do better. I checked my receipt we got charged 4.00 dollars for water, okay and an 18 percent service fee, of 7.38 plus we left a 5 dollar tip. We may not be going again. We really wanted to like this place . The first time we came it was pretty empty . Maybe 8 customers which is fine , we like it like that. We waited 30 minutes at the bar before we were services , the woman behind the bar kept saying one second .we ordered two shots waited 10-15 minutes to get those . At this point it was almost an hour and we hadn t been able to order food so we decided to close the tab . After waiting over 20 minutes for the check , we just left the money on the bar . We love to support black owned businesses so we tried this restaurant again for Valentine s Day . Even worst experience . We made reservations. The place crazy loud with music (a band and guy singing ) . The hostess gave a seat RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE LIVE BAND AND SINGER . I mean , so close we could touch the band if we wanted to . We asked the hostess for a change of seating and she said there was none available. So we set at the bar . Almost everyone at the bar was complaining about the long wait for service . We set down anyway . The woman at the bar said she would be with us in a sec . After waiting at the bar for 30 minutes with no service , we left . We went up the street to Quotes and had a great time . Hopefully service gets better but we won t be returning for a very long time .

Went there for dinner, was forced to reserve a table which didnt make sense because we got there in the entire restaurant was basically empty. Vibe is nice, music, food is all great. My only issue was a catfish dinner only comes with one catfish, never heard of that before unless a restaurant was giving you an entire catfish, not the normal takeout dinner sliver. Regardless food was really good, had to order another catfish for $7 to have two of them on my plate, yams and macaroni and cheese were absolutely wonderful and drinks were great. Service was okay. My drink was good. My friends said the $75 peach margarita tower was not good. They were not peachy at all, just blah. They gave most of it away so their money wouldnt be wasted. Food was not good. Wings were greasy. Greens were tough. Spinach dip was tasteless and I paid $8 for 3 shrimp. I ate about 3 bites and threw away the rest.. Ridiculous! I was looking for a restaurant to eat lunch and stubbled across a the fairly new eatery called the 100 Grand Bar and Grill located in the Willow brook Mall area (totally convenient location). I arrived during the Brunch hours. The atmosphere gives a laid back, time to relax and listen to good music vibe. I was greeted by the Host (professional and courteous), she seated us in a location where I was able to view the entire restaurant. Its a great size and the location of the bar , the dining area and the kitchen is perfect and gives a even flow for the waiting staff to serve customers drinks and food. I started off with a drink called The Grand Tea, very similar to a Long Island Ice Tea. The drink was served in a nice size, tall glass. The drink was light Pink and absolutely delicious and after two sips it was clear, it was worth the reasonable price. Three MADE TO ORDER entrees were served: Chicken & Waffles- One nice oversized, fluffy waffle and perfectly breaded chicken pieces (pretty large size) NOT CHICKEN STRIPS, actually chicken pieces...finally someone got it right...:-) 100 Grand Pasta- absolutely, 100% spectacular. The amount given is more than enough and you will need a take-out. The penne pasta is boiled just right and the sauce (there are no words). Really great flavor and reheated at home the next day, IT TASTE EVEN BETTER. I will definitely be ordering that again. Buttermilk Fried Chicken w/ cabbage and mac and cheese- ok, I saved the best for last. That fried chicken was soooo good. The breading, the right amount of fry time, it was juicy, seasoned to perfection. I have nothing bad to say. I am extremely picky about eating anybodys mac and cheese and rarely order at restaurants for fear of disappointment. OMG....the mac and cheese is just so darn good...I was just so surprised....its not the ordinary cheese, its just special and the perfect amount too (the chef is not stingy). The cabbage is super favorable which can be difficult for the most seasoned chef. I rarely write a review; however you guys deserve it and I will tell anyone that wants to listen, this is the place to go. If you eat like you scared, this is NOT the place for you. If your interested in excellent food, good music and nice courtesy/caring staff and they have a stage....then this place is for you. I WILL CERTAINLY BE BACK ( the waitress recommended going at night). Thank-you for taking the time to just think of the things that count and keep people coming back.

Ordered two drinks for my wife and I; it took me 15 minutes to get them. I chalked it up to them being busy with a party being held there. I ordered to more drinks for my wife and I, but at the 15 minute marked I asked for the manager. The manager blamed it on the waitress and said she would comp the second two drinks, we paid for the first two drinks($26 and change) and left, but not before tipping our waitress $15 because we felt like it wasn t her fault and she was crying because the manager yelled at her. I check my account today and see they charged me anyway for the last two drinks. Wow!!!

My husband, me, and my daughter walked in on a time crunch just trying to find food for dinner. We really didn t know the area and saw that it said bar and grill. We never got a menu since they said they didn t have one. We ordered two cheeseburgers with two non alcoholic drinks and one shrimp basket with one alcoholic drink. We were told that we couldn t get an itemized receipt and just had to pay for the meal. It came out to a whopping $80ish. My husband and I are not confrontational people. We just paid for the meal with a tip and left. I took it that although everyone was nice to us we weren t really welcome and definitely not wanted back. I m not one to usually leave a review but it was a bit bothersome for many reasons.

Overall it sounds to me like the drinks are high the decor is nice the wait staff leaves a lot to be desired so I will not be trying this place thats so sad as I also like to support black on business but I do not want to be displayed with $100 bill for wings to drink two beers and a plate of 10-dollar french fries sorry guys for the snow for me and my wife and we eat out six nights a week! And I have also noticed that the owner has not replied to any of these bad reviews which is the main reason why not going to the restaurant they dont care its obvious

Nice atmosphere but the drinks are terrible. Beautiful lounge to chill and watch the game and listen to the DJ. Food is a 8/10. Fried ribs didnt have much meat on them. I would really recommend getting a new bar tender. The drinks we had last night were about as bad as you can get.

Loved the space, but had the worst experience yesterday here. First, it started with these tiny, over priced drinks with very little liquor, then I ordered the Churro waffle and chicken wings. It was actually a plain waffle with unseasoned chicken wings. But the worst part was having a glass of water spilled on me by the waitress..no manager came to apologize or owner. Sorry for the bad review but I felt this needed to be told. Ohhh and was still charged for everything. Still a beautiful place...hopefully changes wb made.

The ambience is nice but focus need to be put on the food that s coming out that kitchen. I ordered the pork chops that came out super dry. The sides are limited and they ran out of greens which is not good when you have a limited selection. Along with they ran out of sprite to mix with the beverages Would I give this place another try ..yes for the drinks and vibe but not for the food.

So me & my girls rsvp d for a table for the late night menu. So what s on the menu they did not have all the options as seen online. But that wasn t a problem. Our waiter was really attentive & nice . I wasn t to keen of the food that I ordered . Wasn t the best just tasted like it was cooked in old burnt grease . The music was a complete vibe. Loved the versatility of the music. I don t know if they have circuit issues but everything kept going out , the music & tv s. It went out 3 times while I was there . But things have time to be rectified.

This place is amazing! The hostess were very welcoming the food was exceptionally good. In fact, I actually threw my birthday party here. The owners made sure that everything was perfect for me. I couldn t have dreamed of a better venue to host my birthday celebration . From the live band in to the drinks no complaints here. I ve read some of the reviews on this timeline and I almost feel guilty to have been so many times, an not write a review about this wonderful restaurant because my experiences thus far has been a very exceptional one. Me personally I support all black owned businesses an I do understand that you cannot please everybody. To the owners you guys keep doing what you do. I will be back with more people. Finally, there is an upscale grown and sexy spot on the northside.

Stumbled on this lounge on my way to the movies. Live music and pretty decent vibe. The location is prime. The decor ok, and they offer hookah. Menu is limited. They offer brunch with eggs,shrimp/grits, and oxtails. But plastic dinner ware? Waitresses need more training of what is offered (no jelly w/breakfast/brunch). Still new and hoping they are successful.

Im giving this three stars because it is not grown and sexy. It was trying to be grown and ratchet. I went on a saturday night and it started off like a true hood night. I thought it was going to get better when the live band came on but the guy could not hold a tune to save his life. I must say that the drink that I had was really good and the ambiance is upscale but the people patronizing the establishment are come as you are. I am going to try it on another night to see if its a better crowd.

Don t get me wrong the environment is very nice good music, hookah kind like lost n found. However got there at 7:30 there wasn t a wait so we got seated right away. Before we was ever greeted by the waitress this bus boy acknowledge us asked if we needed anything. We ask for water he immediately gets us our water , the waitress shows up shouts at him this is my table. This is at about 7:45 ish so she asked about our drinks. We order simple drinks Jamerson and Ginger Beer. Our drinks come at 8:20ish Only because again this bus boy again took care of us. But the glasses wasn t even halfway full see the picture below. NOW the food looked good but I ll never know cause we order around 8:20ish when our drinks arrived. an hour later we was Informed that kitchen was running behind. At this point we decided to leave so we cash out. When we get the price for the 2 drink. 30.30 for 2 drinks and the glass wasn t half way full. Idk if I ll be back I would like to try the food. But I m going to pay 15 dollars for a mix drink please fill my glass.

I paid $15 for a Grand Margarita in a plastic cup a Bud Light in the bottle $10. The food was salty the service sub par and 18% is automatically added to the bill. Not to mention it took the food an hour and a half to come out. The aesthetic is amazing. The DJ was off the chain although the music was toooooooo loud. PLASTIC CUPS REALLY!!!!!

Been looking for a new spot to hang at near the Willowbrook area and this one is perfect. I went twice this weekend during the soft opening and would definitely return. I tried the fried ribs, 10/10. Hot honey wings 10/10. Mashed Potatoes 10/10. Shrimp and grits was ok and some drink they had called Queen Bilini ( not sure if i spelled that correctly) but yes its a cute Brunch drink 10/10. The hookah Dolls was on point and I didnt have to hound them to refresh my coals. Music was catered to the older crowd which I enjoyed. and shoutout to my waitress Sha and Destiny :) 100 Grand is my type of vibe and I will be returning.

I decided to go to 100 grand on a Sunday for zydeco night because I missed out on Saturday night. My impression was this is a glorified sports bar at end of day. I assume zydeco night was going to have a band and etc but it was just zydeco music. Not bad for it to be they first weekend open. I sat at the bar because I wasn t reserving a table at all. If you opt to sit at bar you shouldn t have no wait at all. So I ordered the chicken plate around 6:30pm after about 20 min I believe the owner came out and told me they was doing late night menu only due to chef b being late and that it was a soft opening. So I was disappointed at that because I didn t want no wing basket or catfish basket I wanted some real food you know. But my choice of wings was hot honey and they were good. I don t agree with the price of wings but it s business at end of day. Another customer told me the burger was good so I ordered the burger also. I dislike the bun they use on the burger I would have that bun as option and use regular buns. Just my two cents on that there. The bartender jasmine was very attentive to making sure my water stayed filled and that my food came out fresh and hot and serviced all my needs without me having to ask. I will return on a Saturday to check it out to give better review. Sunday was a decent crowd just how I liked it. Dislike the music is super loud to where u have to scream at the waitress but overall it can get better in due time.

I went to the grand opening of 100 Grand Restaurant Bar and Grill and I was sincerely impressed with the location, building, waitstaff, and decor. To be honest, I passed by the building three times because I was looking for the typical club located in a strip mall. However, to my surprise, the owners had gone beyond my expectations and constructed a first class establishment. As for the food, I ordered the grilled salmon and as an extra accommodation, added grilled shrimp. It was plated on a bed of alfredo with spinach and a flavorful sauce; the dish was served hot with generous portions. I felt the drink prices were comparable to other restaurants and grills that Ive visited in the Houston area so there are no complaints. Overall, it was a great experience and I expect to revisit the location in the future.

We went to check out this place out on their grand opening day, because we knew it was black owned and wanted to support. The name 100grand gave me the impression that this was going to be a Grand upscale venue, but I was highly disappointed. The food came in small plates and drink came in small glasses but prices do not match the quality. We paid for a $15.00 wing basket that came with only 6 wings, and they told us that fries didn t come with the basket until after 9pm so we were charged an extra $10.00 for a plate of fries that arrived 20 minutes after the wings. My first salad was wilted and the shrimp were under cooked. They brought out another salad about 30 minutes later that was better, but I was over it by then, our bill came out to over $100 dollars and we only had 6 wings ,fries, a Caesar salad, 2 beers, and 2 small drinks. They charge gratuity of 18% to each bill, so even if your experience was horrible you still have to tip them what they want. It has potential but, my first impression wasn t a great one and to spend over $100 dollars to be disappointed is just not my style. This was my experience it doesn t mean that it will be everyone s.

We came on soft opening night 6/3. Music is great. Decor is nice. They are pushing it with the food prices. Spinach dip for 15. Pasta with no meat added is 18. To add meat is 6/8. It s like the borderline of being overpriced. We tried ordering the boudin balls and were informed that they were out so changed the order to the fried ribs. They were tasty but could be fried way harder. 20 minutes after I had my ribs I saw plenty of people receiving boudin balls. I didn t appreciate that. We ordered the pork chops with dirty rice and mashed potatoes. It was great! We also ordered the salmon caeser salad. I had to send it back. Salmon was NOT edible. I then ordered the oxtail sliders. They were amazing!!!!!! At 10pm we asked for a to go box for the remaining of our food. They ran out. We looking back and forth with the waitress. Ok soooo what are we supposed to do????? She left and came back to tell us that someone is going to get some but no idea how long they will be. Smh. Drinks are made strong enough too taste the alcohol but they take way too long to arrive to the table. Hookah can be smoked inside which is great!!!!!! It s the soft opening so hopefully every thing gets better with time. Overall it was an ok time.
