The venue is beautiful. Unfortunately, we encountered many hiccups in our wedding during the planning and the day of the event. During the planning, our meetings were constantly rescheduled sometimes at last minute. The host asked questions that were already asked and accorded before in other meetings. This made me nervous, I thought it was part of the process. However, on the day of the wedding the photographer showed to the wedding an hour before accorded letting us to rush through the cake cutting and other activities to capture the moment. Some details came up last minute, like the need for more flowers for the ceremony arch. The ceremony we had was outdoors. They didnt provide an aisle runner. It was difficult to walk in the grass with heels. Not to mention, I did not have bouquet walking to the aisle, apparently it was in a refrigerator..... would have been nice to know. In the reception, the coordinator told our wedding party to go in together. Even though, we provided a schedule to her and the DJ to call out name by name. This made the entrance to the venue... Messy. I wish this part was thought through rehearsal. That was ok, no problem... But once we were in the venue we found out that some tables had only 9 chairs instead of 10. Some of our guess were standing and walked up to us to ask were they could seat. We didnt get to eat, while we rush to deal with the photographer situation someone removed my and my grooms plates. Nor our guess or us received the banana pudding desert that was supposed to be included in the package. Lastly, and this upset me. One of my bridesmaids went into the venue to pickup our pictures. As she moving a centerpiece out of the way. The coordinator told her not to take it, it wasnt for her to have. She was just picking up our pictures. The venue is beautiful. If you choose it, you will love it. My advice is for you to look for you own vendors as it be more comfortable for the planning.

I just had the pleasure of viewing this venue which is absolutely gorgeous. They have a bar area, screened in porch feel, and breathtaking views. Planning a wedding or a special event or just want to hear a concert or have a few drinks? Definitely put the Bumblebee Ranch on your radar and buzz on over!

Had the opportunity to visit the venue for a Bridal Crawl and was not disappointed. Its a eautiful place and the owner is a real gem. I am not sure of the capacity (give them a call), but it is bright, has a rustic feel with some really cute elements tucked in and it is a WORKING RANCH! If your event theme is rustic, then definitely give this place a try. It is a MUST SEE.
