Honestly, this is one of the best places I ve been to with some of my friends. Marlene was a wonderful employee at this establishment. She helped with any issues I had and answered all of my questions. She really went above and beyond to ensure that my friends and I had a wonderful gaming experience. This was my first time here, and you can bet I ll keep coming back with my friends. Thank you for an amazing experience, whether you re a gamer or just looking to hang out. Cool place! My first time there so I called ahead with some questions and they were very helpful and easy-going. The atmosphere inside is not a sensory nightmare like an arcade, and there are lots of comfy couches to kick back on while the kids enjoy the large variety of games. The Omni VR rig was especially cool, if a bit expensive. It was also really clean inside. The kitchen was closed when I visited so I cant speak to that area but I noticed they have a full bar. Well be back!

We had an amazing experience at Belegend Gaming today! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind to my kids. Special shoutout to the manager, Jackson (or Jacen, sorry if I spelled it wrong), who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The black-haired girl working alongside him was also fantastic and made our visit even more enjoyable. We definitely plan on coming back. Thanks for the awesome service!

We had a great experience for my sons birthday party! The hosts were very patient and helpful, (lots of 10-year-olds with questions!) and the place was big enough to accommodate a large party along with several different stations and computers for the kids to play at. We really enjoyed it and will absolutely return!

My son had a birthday party here and the staff was decent. We did our party on a Sunday and were one of the only groups there which was nice. The party room and space were more than adequate for our needs. Everything was slow to get started and have everyone log in, but once they did, everything was great and the boys all had fun. There was one issue where my credit card misplaced and used outside of the establishment. I gave them my credit card to hold in case we ordered food or drinks and I forgot to pick it up when I left. The next day when I realized I didn t have my card, I checked my account and had 4 large charges I didn t make at local retailers. The owner and his assistant were very responsive in responding and to my concerns and reviewed security cameras. I was told it was a mixup of my card being given to someone else and was told it was immediately addressed. I updated my review based off their timeliness in resolving the issue and their concern in the matter.

UPDATE 2/27 - Ownership has identified that fraudulent charges were made on the card but not if it was an internal employee or simple mistake of a card being returned to the wrong person (feel free to clarify on this review). They are making it right $$$ wise but further clarity on what is being done (removal of employee, new process?) will make customers confident this will not happen again. I recently attended a birthday party for my sons friend...Luckily my credit card did not work at the front desk because the party host left her card there only to have hundreds of dollars of fraudulent credit card charges. Hopefully the owners can get to the bottom of the theft...happy to change my review if so. Do NOT pay with a card at this facility, I know I will not should I return.

Booked a party room here. The party room is extremely hot and small and remotes weren t charged. They didn t really have a host set up so I m not sure what the large party fee is really for because the party room is too hot to even be used. One girl I thought was gonna be the host took the pizza order and disappeared. I had to request for drinks and walk to get refills . So really there is no party host . It does take a while to get computer games going . The VR room was the same it was sooo hot . Games did continuously disconnect from games.

I would highly recommend this lounge to anyone looking for a fun and exciting place to spend some time gaming. I would rate Be legend gaming a ZERO if I can. It was NOT a pleasant experience at all. My 2 kids were invited to a birthday party they were excited to attend because they love playing video games and also it was their 1st time going to a gaming party and it will definitely be the last time. The private room that was reserved for the birthday party nothing worked. First, both controller for the Playstation were not charged so the kids couldnt use the big screen to play. Then the monitors in the private room didnt work only 2 of the monitors were working. Oh i forgot to mention the headsets for the monitor were not working. It was frustrating because the kids only had 2 hours to play and it took over an hour moving the kids around to see which monitor was working so they can play. My daughter was moved at least 3 or more times to find a monitor that was working. Then my son headset and monitor was not working. The whole party was scattered everywhere which defeated the purpose of all the kids to be together. It was very disappointed not only for the birthday boy but for the guests as well because nothing was working. Three of the staff members were very helpful and friendly but when the party was over and the host asked for the manager to explain what had happened that her guests didnt get the 2 full hours experience and the room she reserve nothing worked. The employee had to call the manager because she was not there. I been in customer service for over 24 years and the way the manager spoke to her employee over the phone I was flabbergasted not only she did not want to hear what the employee was informing her but she kept hanging up on her employee. She was so unprofessional screaming at her employee which we can hear her. When my friend who threw the party asked to speak to the manager she immediately informed the employee no to email her concerns and hung up. It was very disturbing the way the manager treated her staff over the phone. I would definitely NOT recommend Be Legend Gaming at all!!!

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. It was such a stressful and downright awful experience. I had booked a private room for my sons birthday and was excited for him as hes a huge gamer. When we arrived on the day of the booking, I was disappointed to find that it was not prepped for 10 players as described, but the set up was for 8 players (4 screens for ps4 and 4 pcs). Yet, I figured it wasnt too big of a deal since it was 8 kids that ended up being in the party. Unfortunately, out of 4 ps4 controllers 2 were missing and the other two controllers had batteries that were completely dead so they could not be used. When I explained this to one of the employees they simply said to put them to charge and ignored the fact two other controllers were missing. I explained since parties are booked for 2 hrs that the controllers should have been ready to go for use and they apologized saying they had another party the night before, still did not swap out our two dead controllers or replace the other missing two controllers. Out of the 4 pcs, one did not work, while the other 3 had issues with the headsets and they could not be used. So out of 8 gaming stations only 3 could be used!! without headsets! We were directed to use the public space since our room could not be used because the equipment was defective, missing and room was ill prepared. Once the kids moved to the public space, they spent another portion of time being moved because the public space pcs/headsets were also having issues. At time of checkout I reiterated that I was unable to use my booked private room due to what was already explained. Theres no manager on site so the owner was called to approve my paying the tax on the total number of people in my party ( as my deposit had already covered the general entry). The owner refused and stated that I still had to pay almost $150 more (the balance for the room). She directed them to tell me no matter what, I had to pay the $150 and email her if I had an issue. I explained to the employees AGAIN that I was UNABLE to use the room because the room was NOT equipped, prepared and working and that I was moved to the public area. They called the owner AGAIN and explained in more detail why I should not have to pay for a room that could not be used due to the establishments shortcomings, she proceeded to yell on the phone to her employees, I offered to speak to her and explain what had occurred, and she refused to speak to me. She ended up hanging up the phone on her employees where she again said no because she had separated the room for us. When again I explained the equipment was defective, some missing and the room was ill prepared, I booked a private room to be able to use the equipment in that room, which we could not. On the third call from her employees, communicating again, the issues, she finally agreed for me to pay the tax and waive the remaining balance and again hung up on her employees. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional not only to us, her customers but her employees. Julie, Brody and Vince were super helpful and apologetic about our experience, shoutout to them. However, I do not recommend this establishment, save yourself the money and the headache.

Worst place ever to come and game. If you re serious about playing video games and playing in tournaments this is not the place to go. They will lie and make you come through those doors in order for there to be more people. If you re looking to compete in tournaments please look somewhere else if you re an adult. I would only recommend this place if you have little kids which is the majority demographic here. Even the staff are all kids. Place is boring and tournaments are trash.

Not super kid-friendly, poor selection of games, half the computers don t work. My 9 year old nephew and I were seriously disappointed, even after having looked at reviews and photos. For a teen/adult it s ok, but some reviews said they had younger kids birthdays here. There are 15+ computers, only a few work. Even the computers that do work, you have to have an account to log in or go over and ask an employee for the login information. They don t tell you that you ll need that info or how to browse what is available on the computer. Poor selection of available games on the Nintendo Switch. Employees weren t readily available to help, they were usually helping at the bar. It s catered towards adults and isn t really what could should be classified as an arcade .

Very fun place to take the kids if they are gamers! Only complaint is that for the Fortnite tournaments, people are not playing across the same platforms or game types to get into the semi finals. This makes it unfair and allows people to hide until they are nearly the last person alive. All matches should be no build. Also players should not be allowed to use their personal mod controllers.

Super cool place, great facility, clean and well kept, well staffed with friendly people. Lots of new consoles and top notch gaming systems. Nice bar too! If I had to pick a complaint it would be that some of the games/consoles needed huge updates that would take longer to complete than we were staying there. I would have the staff update these at night or before doors open.

Me, my boyfriend, and one other friend went here this past week after seeing this place open up and talking about it for awhile. It was an amazing experience! The staff there are super nice and helpful. The food was excellent and so was the prices, I wasn t expecting it to be as cheap as it was considering most places like these overprice food. You can get almost anything on that menu for 10$. The fees aren t bad if you come here every once in awhile but if you plan on coming here weekly or more you may want to get a subscription with them. They have tons of consoles and a good variety of games to choose from. My friend did the virtual reality and had tons of fun doing that, and again it was super cheap too! Only 10$ a session on weeekdays and 15$ on weekends. The place was clean and wasn t crowded. The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms are freezing cold. I hated going to the bathroom it was so cold. We will definitely be coming back again! I wish I had gotten better photos or I would show more!

We have a family membership. This has been a great weekend spot for us, but I think itll be great for after school fun too. I like that the kids can play games with other people in-person and each kid can get their own screen. Fortnite, Among Us, Friday Night Funkin, and Minecraft are better with friends. I only wish that they played radio edits of music over the speakers instead, my kids keep hearing explicit lyrics and I dont like that. But as long as they keep the headphones on in their games, Im not as worried.

The staff is incredibly helpful. They provide expert tips on each game, and they do it in a way that is not condescending or elitist. This venue is fantastic for kids 6 and older, so many options and so comfortable. The bar has a surprisingly good selection of tasty spirits, also with local brews on tap. Try the paninis, they are fresh and well-flavoured. The air conditioning works hard to keep the computers cool, which makes this place an absolute boon during summer.
