It wasn t even 9pm and the workers said they were only taking carry out, and all the chairs were up. There were no signs or anything anywhere, I believe they just wanted to avoid cleaning to close early.

Terrible customer service. I ve been here 3x for lunch since it s nearby but sadly I m going to find somewhere else to eat because the employees here have a nasty attitude and. Also the wait time is so bad being that there s 3 employees back there and they re only taking one person at a time.

Mobile ordered and they got my order wrong. First the guy working forgot the cookies, then the sandwich was made wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Belinda who was pleasant and handled the mistake with grace. Went in to get my new sandwich and spoke to Sara over the phone and in person. She knows what she is doing and gave great customer service. She s helped me before as well. I want Sara to make my sandwiches from now on. At least with her, I know she won t get it wrong.

Bread was from yesterday. They were out of Italian bread by noon. Got no napkins. Sandwich wrapping wasnt staying closed. Felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Exactly what Ive come to expect for Subway.

Got a salad.. actually a protein bowl (cost of a footlong + some) and they really skimped on the veggies. Hardly any lettuce or spinach. Kept asking for more of this or that and theyd only grab a small pinch. And of COURSE subway ended the chopped salad (probably bc the extra 30sec to cut it for the customer was too much time) but normally all the other subways in the area cut the tomatoes and cucumbers in half, not this one... oh and they didnt have any knives for me to cut it... so I guess my mixed salad is now finger food.

My first time to that Subway. Walked in and waited to be helped. Ordered my food as I do at other Subways, Service was fast and easy but the tables were dirty. Two employees one working in the back area and the other sitting at a corner. Went back for a second time to see if it was a one time thing but it was the same. Ill look for another Subway.

The manager Belinda is very rude! We ordered using the app, mind you the order gets printed and they follow what is supposed to be put into the sub. I am on my lunch hour and they expect me to go in when I only have a few minutes left. They said to go after work with the subs. She said it wasn t their fault for the messed up sub. Seriously, this is the second time they mess up in an order that is made through the app! Very unprofessional for being a manager.

A horrible experience I had in this store. We placed an order through the app, the order was paid, they took my money from my bank. When we went to pick up the order, they did not give it to us because they did not receive the order. We show they in the app when we pay. a horrible the customer service experience was, the company should teach his employees how to handle these kinds of issues. because I had enough evidence of having paid the order.

Worst experience ever, the employees are so rude, employee Jessica and the store manager today were so rude, allowed us to waste time in ordering our food just to tell us at the end that their card machine didnt work(only cashapp cards) , there was no sign of it being out of order, the employee still had the audacity to tell us the sign was there when there was no sign and were so rude about it at the end . Manager was present at the time watched it all happen and didnt do anything for the customers. TO THE EMPLOYEE JESSICA who took my order : hope you have the worst day ever for messing up mine.

Over the phone customer service was horrifyingly terrible, the female I spoke with was rude and disrespectful, did not have any concern as to why the order was for delivery (I ordered from Door Dash) she said, it was my fault the order went wrong that I shouldnt have anyone pick up an order for me. The order was a mess, ugly, the order was not wrapped nice and neat, not even properly, an absolute mess and 4 items were missing.

Very bad customer service. A young girl that you have employed here, Jasmine, has no service experience. She charges customers before they are ready to finalize their order, is not willing to accommodate guests request for substitutions, she throws napkins into guests hands, and laughs with her coworkers when a customer is unhappy. There used to be two amazing young guys who worked here amd were always chatting with customers and showing good customer service. Im you are happy employing people with poor customer service and no experience, you should rethink your hiring process.

Horrible customer service. There was a rude and angry lady. She wasn t happy at all to take care of our order. She was throwing kitchen utensils from side to side. and refusing my requests for exemplar to toast my spinach tortilla a little bit. We order two drink and after paid then we noticed there was not ice. We told her and she was more angry and just told us you need to read there is saying it. I can t do nothing about it. That was the worst customer service experience in my life. Please subway owner your food is good but take care of customer service.

Went to eat at this Subway. I havent had Subway in a long time. It was really hot in there. You need to please fix air con. And there was no spoons for the soup. Please order more spoons. I would have liked to eat my soup with my sandwich. You need to have spoons for soup And the employees need to wear their mask right when preparing the sandwiches please. Other then that The employee that made my sandwich was really nice and helpful. He did a good job with my sandwich and took time to look for spoons in the back. My sandwich was good. I still recommend Subway

Went for the daily special on Monday. They have no teriyaki chicken which it was cool. Got a different sandwich and when I get to the toppings. They had pretty much nothing! I saw the girl restocking thinking she will bring more. Man was I wrong! The guy tells me we are out of this and that after he toasted my sandwich. Went Tues 5/18/21-715 N. Exprwy 77- very bad service only 2 wheat footlong bread available for any customer coming in(7:30pm), no soups, no ice in machine, 2 female employees didnt seem enthusiastic about seeing customers come in, the food prep line looked dirty. Wont even rate Subway, manager needs to make sure 2nd shift is stocked adequately and get rid of dead weight employees, have to put a star in order to post, reluctantly.

The lunch staff during lunch was so attentive and Vanessa was helpful in suggesting the meal and/or adding other items to enjoy my Wrap. Thank you Subway for have such a great employee. Taking breaks at work and then being rude to customers for expressing their frustration when an apology should have been offered to customers. Being purposefully slow at work and causing a line to form up, resulting in unnecessary delay and loss of time for customers. Some customers left without making an order because of that. Conclusion: Its time to be more serious about ones work.
