I dont believe that there is one bad sub on their menu. The quality and taste is a perfect blend. The service was solid and pretty quick even for the lunch hour. Top notch place. I would love to see a location in Port Isabel, TX! Vegetarian options: Just ask for no meat Parking: During the busy times, the lot gets full because its also shared with other businesses. Kid-friendliness: Unless your child is too small or a picky eater, kids will enjoy the food and fire truck designs.

So came in a good while, but my question is Firehouse subs. Whats the deal with the Mac n cheese like only half of the bowl its not even well served. Why the shystiness all of the sudden? You all need to fix that for what you charge. It used to be a nice decent portion, but this is getting ridiculous. Your sandwiches are consistent, but the Mac n cheese is a joke. Fix that issue. I ordered a small sammich. It was delish. The gentleman who did it did awesome, thank you. One thing i will point out is why is the mac n cheese less amount than before they went smaller oz. Of serving, its not even full of the container you can see on my pic. It is good but confused as to why less. Well, i came in yesterday day after fall. Anyways, i asked for a hook and ladder, and i got it for free on my app, but I was upset because the girl who took my order its as if her heard me but not listen. I told her i need blk olives and Jalapeno she did put any at all i said again i need olives and the girl making them was so shysty, no cup just out of her hand gave me 6 pieces and i literally said are You kidding me? Wth??? Gave a bit more and she passed to the other gentleman on his hand and placed it on my tray(pic below) then the sandwich had no jalapeno by this point i didnt bother because of the service i go with the olives it be worse with the jalapenos. Ive been here many times, never an issue till this day. Either i hope she was having a bad day, which is no excuse, or she was just sloppy. Makes you all look bad she needs 101 consuling. Otherwise you may lose your customers. And I will be one. Might not make a difference to many, but it just takes one to follow the rest. They were even shysty with the meats inside the sanwich. i was just upset. And I took my friend because she had never been there. And this was a first reaction. it just didnt look well in the restaurant.

Wow! I came in for the first time with my kiddos and I had an amazing experience! The restaurant was very clean and everything was put together nicely. I love how the coke machine has many different options, my girls were excited. Our food was 10/10, So delicious! We had no idea how or what to order but thankfully the cashier was a huge help. It takes a lot to have patience! I believe her name was cameron, the rest of the staff were just as nice and respectful too. Great Job Firehouse Subs!

Had a very nice time at Firehouse Subs. The people were friendly and explained everything we asked and treated us well. When the subs were ready we couldnt believe the size and taste. Size was bigger than we imagined even though we were warned ahead of time. The taste was excellent! We could taste all of the meats and ingredients. The bread was a highlight. So soft and tasty. Wow. It made our day. Thank you for treating us so well and thanks for the great food! Keep up the good work. We will be back.

** Update** We had Firehouse yummy subs again. We decided to order the Mac and Cheese. This is something you can get at this firehouse but is not available at all. It is not on the app. Anyway the menu showed a full container but we received much less than that. See photo. The mac and cheese was good but not great. Not worth the price. I am also a little disappointed at the size of the pickle spears we have received the last few times. They are less than a quarter of the whole pickle. Love this place. Crew is nice and helpful. Place is always clean. Owner is very nice. Great place to eat or get take out.

Ive been at this location several times. Its always clean. Very attentive to the request of customers. The manager Maria C. is always very lovely, talking to the customers with a smile and a wonderful attitude, and in turn, the atmosphere is tranquil. The staff seem to enjoy their job. Showed up and sign on the door said restrooms were for paying customers only well okay so I had the hook and ladder sub with a baked potato soup. I asked for a cup for water but it was denied. They told me they didn t provide cups for water I ve never been denied a cup of water anywhere at all. I don t drink soft drink so this was a let down. The baked potato soup was bland to say the least. The sub was alright but nothing special.

My first visit to any Firehouse Subs was yesterday! I was impressed by the menu variety, store cleanliness and efficient service. They have a very good selection of hot and cold subs. Their prices are competitive with Subway and other sandwich shops, (maybe even a little cheaper). I thought the decor was great. I think Ive found another alternative to other sandwich shops. I will frequent this store!

I am so appreciative of this establishments help. I placed a big online order for a lunch order for our office staff and put the pickup date for the next day. Totally my mistake. I went in and the employee and manager (I believe) helped me without hesitation and started working on my order immediately. I was so embarrassed but ended up feeling calmer as they assured me it was okay and that theyd fix it for me. They have great staff and employees willing to help.

The only thing is the tables were sticky from the varnish starting to come off but I think that is because the sanitation chemicals they use are probably eating away at it. I hardly post anything about a bad meal but If I have to I will. I went in to this Firehouse Sub along with my son in Harlingen on 10-04-21 it was 4:00 p.m. I have to say the sandwiches my son and I ordered were not good this time around. We both ordered Turkey Bacon Ranch a small sub just the sub for myself and a medium sub combo for my son and ordered both of them. { To Go }. We have never gotten a semi warm/ cold sandwich from this place they have always been good sandwiches and made to order. We were standing watching this young man he was wearing an earring with another young lady watching him prepare our sandwiches. This young man needs to be trained more cause the sandwiches he made for us were not what me & my son expected we were so looking forward to enjoy our sandwiches instead we both left them there didnt care to eat the subs cause 1 we both dont like wheat bread. We ordered the sandwiches on white. When placing my sandwich I told the older cashier lady I wanted a small sub on white and her response was the small sub are small and she was showing me with her hands how small the sub was I told her its ok thats all I want a small sub. She told me the total and she took it upon herself to throw my receipt away. I was like ok I dont need it cause we are always satisfied with these sandwiches. Sorry to say we were both so disappointed that our sandwiches werent made right...

I usually go here for the hot speciality subs , I like the Italian. I wouldnt recommend their brisket , I got food poisoning once after like 6 visits its like playing Russian roulette but with your intestines. Cold cuts should be fine though.
