Erica has always been nothing short of Amazing. She is genuine, caring and always putting our needs first. Erica is amazing!! She was very patient and even though we had some offers fall for one thing or another she never gave up on us. Prices are too high right now making it impossible to reach the monthly payment we were looking for but Erica went out of her way to make our dream come true. Erica sold our house in Palm Valley. We have worked with other agents in the RGV and one thing that sets Erica apart is her level of professionalism and responsiveness. She is a class act! She guided us through the entire process from the initial vetting meeting, getting the house market ready, negotiations, and closing. She promptly answered all the many many questions we had during the process and never once did she try to steer us in a different direction. Whether you need to sell or buy, (or both like in our situation), Erica is the person you need! Erica went above and beyond to help us find a home. She constantly kept in contact with us about information regarding the housing market, which was a huge plus for us! I highly recommend Erica! We had our house on the market for about a month and got an offer we were happy with. She actually got me more than I needed!!! She is patient, will fight for you to make sure you feel great about your sale and is very informative in regards to questions I had as a first-time home seller.
