I used to love the Tuesday special at the other location. It is much different at the new location, more expensive and less flexible when ordering tacos. Food and drinks are still pretty good quality. Probably will not go back, will find a new place for us to go to.

I recently dined at Ramses Tacos and was quite disappointed with both the service and the prices. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which led to long wait times for our food and drinks. When we finally received our order, it was incorrect, and we had to wait even longer for the right items. As for the prices, I found them to be quite high for what we received. The tacos were underwhelming in size and flavor, and I expected more for the amount I paid. Its frustrating to pay premium prices for a lackluster experience. I won t be coming back anytime soon.

Can I get a refund? Very pretty, but thats the only redeeming quality. Bad service. Bad food. Pricey. I spent thirty dollars on an overly sugary sweet burrito before adding a tip. Didnt get a drink and noticed some odd extra charge on my receipt that I couldnt get a reason for. Couldnt get anyones attention to order or pay. Ladies were too busy flirting with the male customers at the bar to pay me any mind. Waited forever for food. For the price, go down the street for some tacos or half price sushi . Also parking is a nightmare. Parking: You have to park on the grass beside a ditch that floods. Bring a lifted truck. Kid-friendliness: Wouldnt recommend it

There isnt anything special about the food. Its Mexican food but we are trying to dress it up as fancy food with the atmosphere. Im sure it will be popular but I wont be going to eat there...maybe for a couple of drinks. The puerco asado was good but wasnt the greatest and the price is a little too much.

One and only casual and elevated dining experience in Harlingen. Service, food, and atmosphere was all on point. Had the barbacoa plate and michelada and everything was delicious. Great place for every meal of the day. Fun spot to celebrate birthdays as well. Vegetarian options: Keto tortillas, oatmeal, fruit, and vegetable options.

Waitstaff is the only reason I didn t give 5 stars across the board. It was a table of 4 and Ashley reached across the table to serve instead of walking around the table. This included passing a sharp knife in front of me for the lady on the other side. When serving the beans she held the bowl from the top and that s not good since I don t know if her hands are clean or not. Should hold the dish from the side. Management should train staff on proper serving techniques. The atmosphere and food is excellent and look forward to going again.

Ive only been here twice and have gotten the ramen bowl both times. Its very good and a big serving. They also give you chips and salsa while you wait for your food. The salsa is very good as well. The only thing that I wish was better was the tea. It tastes gross. I assume because they are using faucet water thats not filtered. Not a deal breaker but I will definitely be ordering soda or bottled water from there in the future and not tea (which is my preferred drink most of the time).

I ordered the 4 tacos: 2 birria & 2 bistec. Birria tacos were excellent. I also had chips and salsa; the salsa is delicious. My son had the ranchero ribeye. He said it was good (he ate it all). The waiter was attentive and made sure our drinks were refilled in a timely manner. Ramses has a great decor and ambiance. Love the soft lighting. Overall, this place has a ritzy yet casual vibe. I ll be back to try other dishes.
