I love this little gem! Great place to go after church or late at night. Always good food. And that cheese dip though... I highly recommend the chorizo cheese dip and the fajitas. They have great aguas frescas too. The decor inside the restaurant always puts me a in a good mood. Our family loves it here.

May 2024 visit. Thought we would give em another try. Wasnt bad. Tried some new stuff. Had a fajita baked potato, fajita bombers and the nachos. Everyone else had dollar tacos for taco Tuesday. Much better visit.................Newly opened restaurant. This location has been several different restaurants so we decided to give it a try around 5pm. Service was great and staff was very courteous. Food seemed a little pricey but was well served. Wife ordered fajita taquitos which were really loaded but a bit salty. I ordered a beef rib plate. It was well served and had great presentation but the ribs were not made fresh. They had good flavor but were dry and shriveled. Curiosity got the best of me so I decided to try one Tripa taquito crispy with everything on it. That was fantastic. Also noticed they had mollejas on the menu. Not very many restaurants do. Didnt try them but I will on my next visit. Im willing to give em another shot. Maybe I caught em on a bad day. They accept cash or card but there is a fee for using your card.

The food was great but not enough the alambriza was more onion than meet and bad service from the initial waiter the heavy set guy with slick hair deliberately took long to bring drinks and a plate for my husband and kept forgetting everything like salsa and guacamole dad cause this is place is close to our home but I think we get better service and it s more friendly over at la hacienda in San Benito on Sam Houston way better I don t think I would be going back I would give no stars for the service but can t.

First visit, definitely recommend. Was given plenty of time to look over the menu & make a choice. Perfect timing for everything. Had enough time to eat chips & salsa, as well as a small bowl of charro beans, and the main meal came out as we finished those. Food was very hot & freshly made looking too! Will definitely be going back again. (Bonus is that the lemon slices were super juicy, not like other places that barely have any juice to them)

Second visit here and the fajita sizzle platter was excellent! Beef fajitas with mushrooms, onion, peppers and topped with mozzarella sizzling and so delicious! Fresh tortillas and Mexican coca cola and a side of guacamole that is delicious as well. Going back every chance I get!

Solid 9/10 Authentic Mexican Place Really reminds of some of the late 1990s legacy restaurants from Matamoros. The food quality is excellent and the quantity is very fair. Prices are excellent. Staff is extremely welcoming The only complaint is that theyre not open later than 11pm although I understand there is some operational decision behind that. You just need to try this place out for yourself.

Had lunch and ordered the Taco Pirata. They took a LONG time to bring our order. It wasnt even crowded.The taco was big, the fajitas were tender. But they charged $11.00 plus $1:00 for the avocado. There were 4, tiny slices of avocado! If they had added half of an avocado, it would be ok. But not enough to justify charging an extra $1.00. We asked for a lemonade to-go, but they said it would cost an extra $3.99. We declined it. We will not be going back.

We started going to this place but after several BAD experiences it was the LAST TIME we ordered from this restaurant, on one occasion we asked them for a roast potato we told them no bacon 3 times and what do they think THEY PUT BACON IN IT! Today I called to order a fajita flour tortilla with only avocado, cheese and cilantro and they told me that they charge for each ingredient and it came out at $18 and on top of that with an attitude and in a very hurry! I am very sorry that because of those details we will not stop at this place again.

Im having the best time watching the children play in the open air sound stage. This band is playing huapangos and the kids are feeling their culture. Im happy to see the fellowship! Im bilingual so its easy to drop in and have some fun. You can feel the balance of divine feminine and divine masculine power here. The New World Order is designed to displaces us. But this place has established solid roots and foundation. I got to witness their 1yr inauguration party, and im really interested to see how they grow. Service is ON POINT. Theyve got that sacred hustle. The artwork and decorations are lovely. Their brand stands out and makes ya jump with joy. Everybodys gotta eat! Excellent service and food! The fajita was delicious and freshly made, the waiter was super attentive and the place was very clean. Definitely will be back!
