They didnt answer my calls, voicemail (they didnt return my calls), email, messages on the Portal and NO ONE ever contacted me! If after they call and they dont answer or they dont communicate with you, they send an email, have proof that you communicate and they ignore you! There is much more that happened next. They wanted to get more $$ from me. PLEASE think carefully before hiring the service here. If you already have a case with her and they ignore you like they did with us for years, look for someone else for your mental health and family. Its what we ended up doing and thank God we decided to do it.

After seeing Norma on Tiktok for a long time I decided to hire her to find out some information. After about a year of trying to get ahold of her and her leaving tiktok I felt robbed I called her office to get a refund and they never got back to me to this day still no refund and my issue has been resolved! DO NOT HIRE Norma!!!

Single worst experience with a law office. The damage they do to my spouse and our hopes and dreams. She is so quick to want illegals yet the people that follow the law and pay get shafted. This democrat lawyer Norma is corrupt. She is quick to want illegals but wont help us who paid $$$$$!!1000s

The office customer service is absolutely the worst. Ive been calling for the past 2 months and trying to get an answer on an immigration case. They never follow up, they never call back, they give you the run around, oh but they sure want your money. I would NOT allow this office to take any legal case of mine to be honest. Look for a law firm that gives you excellent service, calls back, answers questions immediately, and is a professional. This law firm is not the one for sure.

They never call back and I paid in full when they took my wifes case! It s been over 2 months since I have heard anything and they promised me a call back in July 2022. Prior to that I had to wait maybe another 4-5 months to get any response!

VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! Payed March 29th for a phone interview schedule for April 5th. I sent all paper work and fill out survey days before my appointment and the lawyer didnt read the papers so therefore she was unable to give me any info or advice as of what can be done. I resend all the paperwork again that same day and up to this day no one has called me. Every time I call Im being told Im gonna get a call back and that never happens. 100 dollars wasted. But Im not even upset about that is the fact that no one calls me or answers my emails. Maybe Ill get an answer through here. I really had hope in this lawyer, but I was wrong.

I called the office of Norma Sepulveda, my brother is asking for asylum in Port Isabel. I paid $1,000 and the person I talked to said that they would talk to my brother and let him know right there if he had a chance. He was deported a long time ago during the 3 strike law. He came back illegally and was put in jail 5 years, then deported again. I gave the office of Norma the case number so they can see if there was anything in his case that said he could come back in a few years or not at all. All she did was go talk to my brother and did not have the time to call me back, she had a assistant called me and said it would be $10,000 to represent him. I asked what are the chances and she said in this case there are no guarantees. I asked did you pull his record and she said we cant until we go to court, in other words pay us $10,000. I live in California and was trying to help my brother all they want is the money. I do not recommend this lawyer. My poor brother is back in Mexico where he is having a difficult time

I cant say enough good things about the Law office of Norma Sepulveda. Honest, reliable, professional, and gets the job done. Gave my family hope when other attorneys made us lose all hope in my fathers imagination case. I visited Ms. Sepulveda in order to discuss my immigration concerns. Usually this is a very uncomfortable topic for me to discuss with others due to the sensitive nature of my situation. Ms. Sepulveda and her staff immediately made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. Additionally, Ms. Sepulveda and her staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and provided great options for my family and I. My experience with Norma Sepulveda was incredible. Am never going to forget the first day i met her i was scare and crying, didnt know what to do with my son ( AARON ), i went to mexico to visit and i went into labor had my son in monterrey even do i was from here, i was scared, i was 22 didnt know what to do. thanks to her she help me and return my son and my life back to me.
