recently moved here and I really was not expecting much, my first time in housing and all......but it really is great the apartment is small but functional and more importantly CLEAN and well maintained, NO ROACHES or other bugs pest control comes regularly grounds are nice, office staff actually treat you like a human being and the people who live here have shown no drama at all. While I am hoping to move when I finish school I am extremely grateful for the help and having such a great place also maintenance requests have so far been taken care of right away

So rude and disrespectful. If have a car without a park permit get stickers everywhere on your car and leaves window messed up. Can t park outside the gates no more and when asked where to park so our cars so we don t get a sticker they don t say a word. It s like they want your car to get towed. And they are supposed to be helping amazing.

I love my home and neighborhood. Have sewage and drainage problems they need to focus more on rather than silly things, but overall its a quiet, quant little community.

We attended a kids league basket ball game here. It was a lot of fun. Parking is a little tight, but manageable.
