I ve been coming to this establishment for a few years now and I always appreciate the professionalism and comfortability I experience here. I visited last Tuesday because I chipped my front tooth. I was seen the same day it occurred and when I showed up I was greeted by Amber and she is always very kind and polite. She made the X-rays very easy. I ve seen Dr. Cruz a few times and I wouldn t want to see anyone else. He s very assertive, professional and informative. He fixed my tooth AND closed my gap between my two front teeth! I didn t realize how bad it looked so I m very grateful for that. Love this place and I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Actually should be zero stars! I have been coming to Rodeo dental for about a year, and they have always provided great service, and had a friendly and attentive staff . Today was insane! I waited over an hour for dentist. He spent about 5 minutes with me. Then I m told to go back to the lobby and wait to be called for my cleaning. Then they tell me there are 7 patients ahead of me. At this point, I ve been here for 2 hours. Unfortunately, i left and won t be returning! Big waste of time!

I gave this two stars for the customer service. That was great along with the wait time. I had ZERO pain before going there. I went to get fillins for cavities. I understand that due to the drilling and everything you will have some discomfort. It has been over a month now and my teeth are very sensitive and hurting while I eat . Even when I eat the most simple things it bothers me. I did not have these issues prior to going, I didnt even know I had cavities because I had no pain or sensitivity at all. I actually went to get a cleaning and thats when I found out. I called and left messages with no response. They seemed caring but now Im starting to think different. Im not even sure if all the cavities were done the way this feel.

I want to start by saying that I live in Austin but after accompanying my sister to her orthodontist appointments, I chose to become a patient myself. Every single staff member is so attentive, kind, and caring. They take the time to answer all my silly questions and really educate me. They patiently work with my budget and don t pressure me into financially obligations. Im always seen punctually, right at my appointment time. The facility is clean, bathrooms are accessible, and there s a quiet waiting area. I travel 5 hours just to be seen at this location.

Excellent! I have been working with Dr. Salman, the orthodontist, for about two years, needing a pretty advanced corrections on my front teeth. WOW! Dr. Salman is like an artist!! My teeth look good, my bite feels great, and most importantly, correcting the previous friction between my upper and lower front teeth has eliminated a very painful period of my life. THANK YOU DR. First visit to this location after moving to Texas and I was not happy with the experience. Setup appointment for 10AM for orthodontic adjustment and didnt even see the doctor for over 2 hours. Seemed like everyone was not wanting to help, until I spoke with Norma. You were very helpful and went out of your way to make sure our information was transferred from previous location. Please know you are one of the only reasons we are staying with this Rodeo Dental that is over 2 hours from our home. Great job Mario also. You are going to be great for this location.

The service itself is fine, and the staff is polite. My main issue is with the front desk. I come regularly for dental and ortho, and I have been skipped or ignored in the lobby multiple times and have waited over an hour to be called. All other appointments are usually serviced within a few minutes. I understand that staff are busy, but after a few times it becomes really frustrating. What is the point of the sign-in sheet if it is not reviewed?

Initially, I did like their office, but after going there for a couple of years, I can say that they dont manage pain well and theyre overwhelmed with patients. The dentist will be hopping around and leaving for up to half an hour at a time. One time I was there for FIVE hours! My jaw was hurting from being open so long, and I told them; they just dismissed me and said it was almost over. Other times I was clearly indicating that I was in pain and the doctor would say that its just pressure. No, its not. Its pain.

The staff in Harlingen is amazing, always going beyond job description!! Weve been going to Rodeo Dental for a few years now. Their front office staff is very friendly. The place is open where the playground used to be and has a few games for the kids. Dr. Mann always took care of my kiddos dental needs. We ended up switching to a different office because of one experience we had. We ended up waiting an hour in a half for an appointment we were on time for. The dentist that was suppose to see us popped his head in, took a look around at my 3 kiddos, & left once he found out we were next to be seen. Another staff comes by and asks, Yall havent been seen by the dentist? Followed by her saying that no one is on call and everyone went to lunch. We left the office. They did call us real quick the following day though, to reschedule us.

Was placed on hold for about 40 minutes just to make appointment. After calling back my calls were ignored multiple times and placed on hold once again. Once she called back I tried making an appointment and she hung up on me while trying to get info she was needing. Lady was very rude, ugly attitude and unprofessional. I asked for her name and she said Karina in the harlingen location. Wouldnt know if thats her name but she is really unprofessional.

The absolute most amazing staff. My 11mos old daughter was so comfortable there & only cried for a split second. Dr. Mann was so sweet and made my daughter feel so calm. I couldn t imagine taking her to any other dentist!

Excellent service!! Friendly and fast! Dr. Mann and Justice were excellent! Highly recommend Rodeo Dental! Update: Been bringing my kids here for about 2 years now. And while the doctors and staff are terrific, the reception area could use some work. A bit rude sometimes, a bit dismissive. Sometimes feel as though I am bothering them when I interrupt their texting.

Dr. Kim was very pleasant and also patient with my 1 year old (Ms. Kennedy) and her first visit. Faith helped explain every step and appointment which I am grateful for as it s been 10 years since my last newborn. The front office ladies were also very welcoming and nice. Hands down the most professional and fun place to go!
