I went in today to get a taro latte. They took about 10 min to make my order and it tasted watered down. I will include a photo because it is visible based on the color how watered down it is. I didnt complain because I was already running late due to how long they took. The guy who took my order looked like he barely wanted to take my order. It was just a shell of a person taking my order. That was disappointing because I used to love coming here for their amazing service. Next time I want Boba I will go to Gong Cha.

Walked in after eating a great burger next door. There was several tables with customers and at least three people behind the counter. We were told sorry we are closed . It was 9:31, door wasn t locked. Sign wasn t off. Customers enjoying their orders inside. I wonder if the owner cares about one minute and another sale? I literally tipped the waiter $30 next door at the burger place. My 11 year old daughter wanted to finish the night with a Boba tea. Young employees working these days don t care as long as their check comes on Friday.

Ordered the small Vietnamese iced coffee, twice. The first time with LIGHT ice, but they fill the cup more than halfway with ice. So I order it a second time, this time with NO ice, & they tell me they cant fill the cup all the way up. OK, no problem, I expect maybe 3/4 of the small cup filled with coffee. They only filled it up HALF way (cup on the right was before I even took a sip)! Paid $6 for half a small cup of coffee, twice ($12 total)... This past Sunday i went by and got a thai tea, a matcha latte and a my sunrise drink. When ordering the cashier Heaven did not ask if i would like points. I wasn t aware of putting in my number neither because the screen didn t show an option. Once i paid and got my receipt i didn t see the code to text the number for points. My mom went to talk to the asian women and ask if there was a way to get the points. Since we purchased around 20 dollars of drinks. She proceeded to say no because it was on the machine. My mom told her well this promotion doesn t work for customers. One of the workers that s chunky and with green eyes decides to join the conversation, and proceeded to tell my mom that not because they will lose us as customers it was going to affect the clientele. This is very disappointing, we would always go every week for boba but with this experience i will no longer be supporting this business. Gladly there is other boba shops in the area and with better customer service.

While Im a fan of boba tea, I simply was not impressed with gs tea. I wanted to order a kids drink and theres no flavored teas. What! I cant make any drink a kids drink!? What is that about? Also, while the place is decorated nicely, the scent that filled the room was overwhelming and gross. The music that was being played didnt fit the decor. Their decor is nice and peaceful, relaxing but the music was way too loud I couldnt hear the cashier and they were playing rap. I went with 2 other people and only one person ended up getting something. We left right after getting the order & we wont return.

Very pretty place and good atmosphere! I may be in the minority but I really wish they would let us ADJUST THE SUGAR LEVELS! PRETTY PLEASE! I can only ever get the taro tea because that is the only one I can make it less sweet! The milk teas at baseline are too sweet for my taste. Great Service and Amazing Boba! I heard alot of Buzz surrounding this place and with good reason! Walking into a clean, adorable shop we were greeted immediatly by the owner and let me tell you, she was so friendly and patient while we ordered. We got the love tea with Dragon fruit boba and a classic green tea boba with tapioca pearls. We also tried the tarot gellatin. Everything was delicious. I would recommend the gellatin paired with something milder flavored as the live tea was too flavorful to taste the subtle flavor of the gellatin. Over Id 110% return to this place. Let me just say I been a fan since the old location before the new location. The coffee and tea s have always been spot on. I went yesterday and you all had the CUTEST teddy bear cups so I had to get one with a tarro latte . I was also lucky enough to try a lemon cupcake you had with lemon frosting it was delicious!! Everything about this place is amazing the atmosphere the coffee the pastries. The owner is extremely nice! Very sweet lady you can tell she takes pride in you business it s extremely clean and the set up decor inside the shop just makes the place cozy . If you have not tried this place yet I highly recommend coming here for a date or with friends or alone I guarantee this will become y all favorite spot just like it became mine.
