I reached out to Mr. Park around 2019 and he was very honest and up front about the time frame (because of COVID) my wife and I would be looking at to receive a visa. So thankful! I been struggling for almost 20 years with my paperwork due to unusual circumstances. He was there for every question, explained every concern and the process and made the process to my citizenship less stressful. 8 months after hiring them I got my citizenship. Did not know very much about the immigration processes. The man I talked to he knew the basics but did not know very much about USCIS website or how to navigate it. He might not have cared either he told me when he answered the phone he was so busy that he forgot about our appointment. Very friendly though.

It took about 10 months to be done and cost 4000 dollars or so Mr. Park was good enough for us I strongly recommend him for processing immigrant visa It took less than a year to get a green card and cost a total of over $4,000. Excellent lawyer, he helped with adjustment of status, very meticulous with all the paperwork, helpful, very kind. He prepared us through every step. Just got done with my wifes interview today we got approved. They really sit you down & explain every step so you know what to expect. Being military I pcsd during this process which wasnt to big of a deal to transfer it over. Felt really confident after a mock interview prior to the real thing. My husband and I tried to figure out this immigration stuff by ourselves for 2 years alone... getting no where... Long story... but ... my husband was born in Germany 52 yrs ago . He was not here illegally... but had lost his green card when he was 14... never knew that there were steps to take to be naturalized.. we found out 4 years ago that he was not a citizen due to trying to buy a house. He couldnt... we filed all kinds of paperwork with the government... to no end... and spent way too much money doing it... Anyways... once we hired this lawyer... he took care of everything... was friendly, empathetic and professional... 1 year later... we go to get my husband sworn in as a citizen in 1 week!!! When our original lawyer who handled our case moved to Dallas, we were not informed of his transfer so we were surprised to see a young lawyer in front of us when we submitted the documents. Although the papers where intact, I think he was not thoroughly informed of the status of our case at first. But the new lawyer, Atty. Chan Park reviewed it thoroughly and was able to get the approval of my authorization to work and status adjustment. My only regret now is that we were not thoroughly informed on the effect of the name that would appear on the green card. We ended up filing for a change in name and it cost us more than $500.

I started my immigration paper work with this company. And the lady that was helping me with my paperwork is no longer working there. I called them to see if i can get an update, but the guy that answer was no help. Now they dont answer my calls. This is my life they are playing with, and i am very upset... I Dont recommend this place.
