Very nasty for the price we paid , cigarette burns all over the bathroom, rusted draws and light posts, one of the plug ins for your phone hanging out of the wall literally with wires and doesnt work, couches stained, blood all over the sheets, ac barely worked ,didnt know it looked like that from the inside next time will make sure to check next time.

Do not stay at this place had things come up missing had a man with a red dot on his forehead walk in while my wife was in there alone said is was protocol for them to do it .. change the prices overnight.. lock the door we had to call the police.. just to get our belongings back.. no TVs the place.. sewage kept backing up.. toilet would not flush had to get another room.. they charge for service animal.. in my opinion that worst motel I have ever stayed in my hotel stays... I do not recommend this place... if you have children keep them out of the pool my granddaughter got eye infection.. I can go on and on... Its worth the money to stay elsewhere.. real bad service does not deserve one star.. Rooms: Smelledl like raw sewage Safety: The pool got real green gave my granddaughter and eye infection

if u pay for a room at 1 or 2 in the morning for a whole day be aware that u wont be able to stay the whole day they going to rip u off and u only let to stay til 11 instead of staying the whole day that u paid for even tho u payed for a whole day they wont tell u when u getting the room and will not give u your refund for your half of stay also , i called him before i came asked for the price its was the man with the glasses he told me room was 55 plus tax and it wouldve been 63 $ so i came with 63 and he looked at me and told me the room was 75 $ and i was confused bceause i told him i just called and he told me 63 i dont know if they have racial profiling with skin color or what but i told him i came with what he told me over the phone he said instead he will take 65$ for a room this time after telling me on the phone 63$ cause he notice i had an extra 5$ bill with my money i was counting so dont count money infront of them count it to the side or already have what he told u the price n no extra money cus he tried to play me just cause he seen extra money and i still paid for a room and didnt get my full stay the whole family lives at the motel in the office area and they all be on eachother side instead of getting an understanding on what im coming from i just feel like they need better communication and need to let people know ahead of time that if u buy a room early in the morning u will not get your full stay cus i wouldve spent my money else where ..

Love this place. The rooms are being remodeled and are very nice. The area is safe and close to most work sites and an HEB is just down the road. The owners and staff are very nice and accommodating. This is the 2nd time I have worked in the area, and the 3nd time staying here. The kitchenettes are nice, just bring your own pots, pans, and dishes. Rooms: In the process or remodeling and upgrades. Safety: Working class neighborhood. Safe and quiet.

I had to get a room last minute. The lady at the front desk was really helpful and courteous. Had a little issue, but was fixed immediately. Room is great, housekeeping is great, and wonderful location for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Especially if you are away from home working.

They took us w/o any reservations. We had been to another place that we were very dissatisfied with, drove over to here, and found it to be much larger and a little more expensive. They were very easy to deal with. And they serve breakfast every morning. (A Plus in my book.) Reason for my 4* rating is that even though this was a non smoking room, we found signs of cigarette burns on toilet seat & the shower. The sheets and blankets have cigarette holes in them and the room had not been cleaned very well in the past. Have spent some time cleaning it myself. Where I am located seems to be a high traffic area... lots of noise and people outside my room at all times of the night. I have reported some repair situations, which I have not let them resolve yet... so that is on me. But I would have thought they shouldnt have been a situation in the first place... you would think if there was a broken TV... they should have known that. Dont you usually check out a room when tenants leave? Regardless, I am pleased with our being here.

Had to go there last minute due to air conditioning failure. The pics online looked nice but when looked closer they were dated from 1year ago. Looked like they were remodeling, not many customers, the room had funny smell and was dirty . But I gave 4stars due to when went to office to discuss refund, they were accommodating and showed other rooms but were also in disrepair. So happily issued refund thankfully. Maybe after remodel will be better. But hospitality was shown!

Its a 2 star motel. Exactly what you would rate a 2 star motel. They do serve breakfast which is donuts or pastry , cereal and waffles. That is of course always a plus when youre budgeting. They have restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance and a Walmart nearby. Somewhat too far to walk for me anyway. I could have 2 years ago but not now. Whatever you do make sure you check out at 11 am or you will be charged for any more stay. Was an extremely high amount. First off don t say here someone that has access to key cards and able to get in to the rooms stole my gun from inside of my back pack. I left in there since I am doing work at a refinery and no weapons on premises. I went to front office as soon as I noticed it was gone and they said we can t show you camera footage you need to call the cops. I did and got a police report they said a detective will call me. The girl at the front counter said she talked to the cleaning lady and she said she didn t take it and from what she seen in the video she didn t see her take it. I told her it not like she s going to take it out off the room in her hands. She also said it she know her and knows she didn t take it. I doubt the police will be able to do anything since they didn t see anyone walk with it but at least if they get caught with my name is clear. There was mold and some liquid on the floor behind the stand. They don t clean very well.

We paid 97 for a room with a king bed and a sleeper couch. Our boys said the couch was not comfortable. The lamp on the left side of the bed didnt work, and there was sticky stuff on the left of the head board and on the wall. The toilet ran all night. The showere was nasty, and the drain cover was not on the drain. They brought bedding for the sleeper couch and it was slightly damp.

Room 110 is too small to fit 2 beds in. The bed is up against the AC unit. Room 111 has a broken window. There was trash in front of the room. Someone on the phone came and picked one piece of trash up and left. Someone checked in at 3 am and waked us up and was causing a ruckus. The manager refused to give us a discount or refund or even giving us the $55 rate that was advertised online. She claimed that she has no control over prices advetised on the internet. This experience has convinced us to never stay at this brand of hotel again.

I live in Louisiana but work here in Port Arthur Texas every week. So I have rented alot of hotels in this area, but I have never been treated so well at ANY other hotel chain before. They treat you like family. And are quickly becoming my extended family. I had a set of personal problems that I could not deal with myself, and not only were they concerned for me but also took care of me in ways that go beyond a customer and a service. They have won me 5 times over and anyone my company bring this way will get my solid recommendation. I hope everyone gets a chance to experience this type of treatment in the service industry so everyone knows how real carrying people can make all the difference in the world. God Bless this family.

Rooms are old but clean. Not in a great part of town and the outside of the hotel is Questionable as well as some of the other guests I saw Living there. They have kitchenettes but dont provide ANY cookware or utensils. The prices are WAY too high for what you get since there are MANY other extended stay hotels within a 10 minute drive that offer more for the same or even less $$. I stayed one night after booking it, and paying up front, for a week and couldnt sleep due to feeling uneasy about my vehicle in the parking lot and when I got up and took a shower in the morning the water NEVER got above cool warm. The Suite I rented had 2 AC units and one didnt blow cold air, so half the suite was warmer and humid. I went to the desk to let them know about the issues I had and let them know that I found another place to stay and they charged me for 2 nights even though I only stayed one. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here with all the other options in the area.
