So many things wrong with this establishment! The beer was flat, the fried pickles were stuck together and soggy, the women s restroom was disgusting with toilet paper everywhere. It was so hot in there. Everyone was sweaty and sticky. If you want to feel uncomfortable this is the place to go. This place is not classy and not a family friendly.

I ve been to many knockouts and this is the one to not go to. Our waitress was amazing and did the best to accommodate us. First of all we asked for plates for our appetizers. They didn t bring out plates, look at my pic. Then they put our guacamole, queso, n salsa in a to go container to avoid washing dishes I m guessing. The staff were all eating including the bartender who was on duty. She was on the side eating her food while we wait for our food n drinks. Just a bad visit overall.

This might be the worst experience I ve ever had. Stopped in on a Sunday night with my wife because it was late and were out of options. We didn t know anything about the place. I don t care that it s not our type of place with the way the staff dresses, but I do care that the server we had was the absolute worst server we ve ever come across. 30 seconds after someone gave us menus and water, she comes over and asks us if we re ready to order. Clearly she had an attitude when I said we just got the menus. Because it was late, I asked if they were running a full kitchen and she snapped at me and said that s the only menu they have and walked off. She never came back so the lady that gave us our menus and water came back around and took our order. Ten minutes pass by and the server came back and asked if we were ready to order. We told her that we already ordered and she snapped at us again and said that we couldn t have because she s our server. She shakes her head at us again and walks off. Now we re super confused as we don t know who took our order. We wait another 15 minutes or so and she comes back and literally just throws our plates on the table and walks off. No napkins. No utensils. No ketchup. Doesn t even ask if we need any of those things or anything else. We have to go to the bar to get those things. We asked that bartender who the lady was that gave us our water and menus and took our order, and this the cherry on top, she said that was one of their regulars and they call her Tia. You can t make this stuff up. One of their own customers was nicer to us than one of their paid servers. Straight up bizarro world. Obviously never going back. Just an embarrassing establishment. Burgers were decent by the way. Visited on Sunday, 5/26/2024 around 10:30pm. Sat near the bar in a booth.

Stopped by after arriving into town to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a couple drinks in an lively environment with my wife. Sat at the bar to watch some playoff games. Restaurant wasnt very lively. The bartender, I believe he name was TT or Kiki something to that regard. She was quite entertaining and engaging. Her service was great and made my wife feel comfortable in this environment. She kept making sure we were good and as well as the others sitting around us. It was a pleasure meeting this young lady. My wife says well be back to visit her again. Thank you for your service.

If I was given a gift card to return to this place, I would give it to someone else. Its pretty hard to mess up an order of loaded cheese fries, but by God theyve done it. What I received was basically a basket of fries with seasoning and a scoop of bacon. Barely any cheese, no onion or jalapeños, and no ranch. How can you forget the ranch? Never going back.

Absolutely avoid this place at all cost. At first it didn t seem like that bad of a place. I got the fried calamari, came out and pieces were uncooked. My boyfriend ordered the bbq plate. Was just brought out a tray with a few pieces of brisket, no pork. Brisket was absolutely terrible, no flavor, wasn t even warm, nothing but fat. We all got sick and ended up throwing up after eating here.

Definitely not a place Ill be going back to! The bartenders and waitresses were all younger women with very little clothing. They did do a good job of getting drinks and food to the customers. The customers were mostly young to middle-aged men. The cheese sticks were ok but its kind of hard to mess up frozen cheese. The drinks were very weak. It wasnt very impressive...

This location is not as busy or lively as other locations Ive been to, but it was cool. The food was good, and the bathroom was clean. Our barmaid Ciara was awesome. Ive been to sports bars where the bartenders ignore you because you are a woman and they cater to the men for tips. Ciara was very sweet. She was attentive, paid attention to us, and was conversational.

After driving by several times, I decided to give this place a try. At the door I was meet by my waitress Brooke. Brooke was friendly and continued to stop by making sure that I had what I needed, never letting my glass go empty. They have a full bar selection, and the food was good and reasonably priced. I especially like the Brisket Nachos.

My wife and I appreciate a good breastaurant from time to time, but this bar was super disappointing. This place was extremely filthy, the service was severely lacking, the food was mediocre at best, half the TVs werent playing a game, the staff had a haphazard dresscode/concept that was barely enjoyable. Overall, it can be skipped unless theres a major overhaul.

This location flat out sucks, the service was beyond terrible, the food was even worse, the atmosphere was a joke. We order brisket nachos 30 minutes later they brought out ground beef nachos we told the waitress another hour later they brought the correct nachos saying they would give us a discount for having to wait so long. Our drinks were never refilled our waitress had no idea what she was doing. Im not to sure about the other locations but the one in Grapevine STAY AWAY!!!!

Great atmosphere. Great service. Cold drinks. Management takes care of employees and customers concerns. Alexis is amazing. I drove from Dallas to come see her. If youre looking for a new spot to come watch a game, this is the place.

We had a great server it was her 3rd day on the job she was really nice, but they had her spread out across half of the place at different tables. I was pleasantly surprised by the smoked brisket nachos chefs kiss best mess of nachos i have had in a long time, we will be back!!!

This location is top tier, Barabra is the best server I have ever had out of several Knockout locations. I didnt see any server on their cellphone either, thats a Knockouts first for me. ASK FOR BARABRA!!!
