After being delayed multiple times from an international flight we were greeted by Jessie who was more than a breath of fresh air. Not only does this restaurant never disappoint, but I have been amazed at the outstanding customer service every time we have come here. Our waitress, Cat, was an angel and took such good care of us. The restaurant was very busy, and she went the extra mile for us despite the fast pace and large number of customers. All the employees were phenomenal, but she stood out. Give that girl a raise!

for food and service, but for atmosphere at Chilis! This place desperately needs a remodel . The Cajun chicken pasta was amazing, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. My wife had the sirloin steak which was tender and juicy, accompanied by loaded mashed potatoes and fresh broccoli . The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff . Our server was Kat. However, the outdated decor and overall atmosphere really bring down the experience. With a little renovation, this place could be fantastic!

Where to start. Lets start by saying I have visited a lot of Chilis and have always had a good visit based on my expectations. With that said, this Chilis now ranks as the worst Chilis visit Ive ever had. This was our first visit to this location around 430-5pm on a Saturday. There was about a 20-minute wait, no big deal. I just waited patiently until 30..35 minutes passed, and the lady asked our name again and saw they skipped us and forgot to send us a text. Again, no big deal, we were in no hurry. Sat down ordered our drinks and appetizers. Apps took quite some time. When we finally received the apps, our meals showed up literally 1 or 2 minutes later. The app had the wrong sauce, which they replaced. The meals were delivered, but we had to wait for silverware. The burgers are supposed to be cooked medium well according to menu and waiter, which would have been great if ours didnt come out medium rare. They did recook the burger, but by the time it came back out, my wife had to take it to go because we were done eating. Now, maybe they were just having a bad day, but for that many mistakes. We will continue to frequent Chilis, just not this location.

When I first got there I was told it was a wait list & the wait time would be 30 mins. They told me I would receive a text letting me know when a table would be available. Waited 30 mins seen multiple people get seated. Never received a text letting me know a table was ready waited over 30 mins. I had to go back & ask if a table was available. The food was okay could have been cooked a bit longer. Had multiple servers so didn t know who my main server was. This restaurant is located in the Grapevine Mills shopping mall food court. There arent as many restaurants as you might expect compared to the size of the shopping mall, so I dont think theres anything like this. The chicken was pretty good and the mac and cheese was also delicious.

My family and I were finished shopping and decided to have lunch at Chilis in Grapevine mills mall. We approached the hostess stand to be seated and the hostess w long dark braids (there was 2 hostesses) looked at me in a dissatisfied angry look. My entire conversation with her was so unpleasant and unprofessional. I tried to make light of this situation but she continued to be very short and rude towards me. What is going on with customers service these days?? I used to be a Food and Beverage Manager in the hotel industry and if I ever acted the way she did I would have been fired! We canceled our reservation and went to Apple Bee s across the street and had a very positive experience. Are you guys aware of her attitude and the way she is representing your restaurant? 1) They kept getting my moms request for hot water with lemon wrong. 2) They brought us the wrong food. We ordered the Nashville hot chicken crispers and they gave us honey chipotle crispers. My Dad is allergic to honey and they could have sent him to the hospital, or worse killed him if he had eaten a large amount of them. Thankfully, he only had a small bite and stopped eating the food when he realized it wasnt the right sauce. 3) My mom got sick after eating here and had food poisoning the next day. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with most of the recent reviews here. While the food was good, let me say that. The service is very slacking. I m sorry but based on how the servers are today there is no way I think they deserve $15 an hour or whatever they re asking for. It s great to have this option in the Grapevine Mills Mall. But to be honest, you re far better off just eating something in the food court. I came to this restaurant today 10/31/2023 and I asked the hostess for a booth because I just had surgery on my back. She told me no more available but I seen four or five that was and she said there wasn t a server for any of those tables so I told her I wasn t very pleased and asked for her name, and she refused it, if that is the type of service, this restaurant gives I will never come back here again. If it was up to me I would have given this place a negative rating. The server took our order and after making us wait for 30 mins said the kitchen was already closed. She even lied to us and her supervisor that we hadn t placed an order. We stopped by this location before leaving the mall. When we first got there, we were immediately greeted by the hostess and there wasn t a wait. There were 3 waitresses, and each one of them had nice, bubbly personalities. They were all working well as a team too. Hostess stands at the podium texting on her phone while customers wait to talk to her. 30min wait and Half the tables are empty because they are waiting for parties to come back from the mall; to fill half the restaurant. I asked and there is no staff shortage. I walked away.

Everything was wrong, they were busy with an hour wait, but the food was slow to come out, appetizers 1 came out quickly and the other 2 came about 30 min later. Then two of the 3 meals were made wrong, had to send them back. Just a bad experience
